• Aydın ATD (10/5): - Top Lage, Super Aussicht, Zentral aber Das beste ist das Personal, von Empfang bis Zimmerreinung einfach Spitze. Das gibt es leider nicht mehr so oft. Zu jeder tageszeit, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jedenfall Sehr Empfehlenswert.

• Jasmina (10/5): dolazimo ponovo sasvim sigurno - lokacija je odlična, uz obalu mora, mirno, bezbedno, u samoj marini su prijatni restorani....na par stotina metara, čim predjete pasarelom na drugu stranu brze saobraćajnice, u centru ste dešavanja... sve je blizu imate kuhinju, ali nemate baš ništa od opreme za kuhinju... verovatno iz higijenskih razloga, ali to mi je bilo neobično...svakako ništa bitno

Парковка большая на улице. Рядом метро. Набор на кухне минимальный, есть плита но готовить не на чем, ничего не разогреть. Чайник бракованный был в номере. Воду в душе сложно настроить.

• Naveed (10/5): Amazing staff with amazing view. - Beautiful location big apartmens, amazing Bosphorus views with floor to ceiling windows. Could a have a bit of retouch and one of apartments definitely need curtains as the blind let in quite a bit of light in mornings.

• Bakh (10/5): Great location and view - Location and size of the apartment excellent view and kind staff We were 9 people from 3 different countries and leaved in 2 penthouse apartments. Everybody had great vacation crossing this property. Should be more kitchen utensils

Not very far from city centre by taxi 20 minutes Excellent kitchen with white wares but kitchen gears like pots pans and all small things for self cooking were lacking.

• Serdar (10/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Lage ist super .
• Adem Erhan (1/5): Konumu harici rezalet. - Konumu harikaydı, çalışanlar güzel yüzlü ve iyiydi ama sanırım imkanları yoktu. Odalar ilk bakışta düzenli gibi duruyor ama çok pisti, hatta pislik içindeydi. Yatak altları, eşya altları, dolap içleri gerçek manada çok kirliydi. Kendimi çok değersiz hissettim. Ayrıca, birkaç başka odalara da geçtiğimiz halde klozet rezervuarı su akıtması için 2 tuşa birden basmamız lazımmış. Tazyikli su gelmiyor bile. Tuvaletimizi dışarıda restaurantta halletmeye çalışıyorduk. Sheratona aitmiş burası ama gerçek anlamda teknik rezaletti. Çamaşır makinası için lastik kısımları çok pisti. Eşyamızı temizlemeye korktuk. En kötüsü de 3 yaşındaki oğlum ve benim heryerimizi ısıran birşeyler vardı. Sinek ısırığına benzeyen ama çabuk su toplayan birşey. Kaşınmaktan mahvolduk. Sanırım pislikten evde eşyalar arasında falan bit pire gibi şeyler vardı.

• Khalid (8/5): مارينا فاخر كانه منتجع - الاطالة خياليه والمنطقه كانها جزيره فيها مارينا يخوت فاخره وتحت الشقق يوجد مطاعم راقيه والعاب اطفال خشبيه ويوجد سوبر ماركت قريب يمكن استخدام مرافق فندق الشيرتون التابع لنفس الشقق فهي بادارة شيراتون استمعنا بالمسبح وجلسات الفندق الستائر لاتحجب الاضاءه في الشقق خدمة الغرف يدخلون الغرفة بدون استاذان بعض الاحيان

Sur la description, il était indiqué que de nombreux services étaient disponibles : piscine, spa, salle de fitness… Mais sur place, aucun de ces services n’est réellement dans l’hôtel. Il faut aller dans l’hôtel voisin, ce qui n’est précisé nulle part. De plus, la réservation sur place n’est pas possible : on nous a expliqué que tout devait se faire uniquement par Internet, sans aucune explication Le lobby à l’entrée est très médiocre, ce qui surprend pour un établissement annoncé comme un hôtel 4 étoiles. L’expérience globale ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui était présenté dans la description.

El horno/microondas no traía instrucciones. Nunca supimos como hacerlo funcionar. No habían implementos para cocinar, solo un par de sartenes.
• DavidMDion (4/5): Unacceptable Apartment Conditions & Unacceptable Manager Responses - This property should not be allowed in any rental program until numerous issues are addressed. For example, there was a fence on the terrace that was failing and swinging in the wind and this created a very dangerous condition. The air conditioning did not work. When I opened the doors (because the air conditioning did not work) cats entered the unit! Indeed the property appears to be infested with cats. Window shades did not work. The bathtub did not work. The internet only worked in some areas of the building. The washing machine did not work. Lights did not work. There were no pots or pans to cook. I left a day early because I am violently allergic to cats. When I asked for a refund for only the last day they said no refund.

• William (9/5): Had a lovely week stay and would definitely stay here again - Great location with lots of good cafes and restaurants all around the apartment. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was big and spacious and really comfortable. It was cleaned daily and It had amazing views over the marina. the patio area was as big as the living area which was also great. The staff were very welcoming and on hand 24 hr It is also Less than a 10 min walk to the town centre which is a vibrant bustling place to walk around. Will definitely stay here again. Air con didn’t work in some bedrooms and living area.

We were exposed to extremely loud noise and inappropriate conversations, especially considering we were with children. This seriously impacted our comfort and did not meet our expectations for a quiet stay

• Behnam (10/5): Everything on this hotel is good staff, area, clean, etc. But noise of the AC is very bad at night. - !st night I was in the 1st floor with kitchen which I had a nice view. But, after the 2nd day a room became available in the 2nd floor and Gokhan at reception was extremely nice helping me to move my room. It was a great room. I was extremely comfy and view was exceptional. Staff was very nice specialy Gokhan who was always responding and helping if I had any Qs. Lots of restuarants around to have Breakfast, lunch and dinner and very nice area for walking. The only problem was the AC which was making a very bad noise. Specilay at night. It was hot and I had to kept the AC on. But noise was anowing .

• Fahdi2 (7/5): Good - The location is excellent just on the marina.. u have few restaurants and cafes down .. and u cross the road to reach very nice shopping and restaurant neighbourhood. The staff are amazing and helpfull We stayed 2 times before,, now it seems old and not taken care off.. curtains are broken some don't slide down or up.. shower water temperature keeps changing and hard to set .. washing machine is very dirty .. and overall hygiene and cleaning is not great

Kahvaltı verilmese de yakında kahvaltı alınabilecek seçenekler mevcut. Yaz mevsiminde sadece güneşlikler arızalı olduğu için gün ışığı sabahın erken saatlerinde sıkıntı olabilir.

Facilities require a renovation. Swimming pool located in the Sheraton (7min away by a really bumpy road), so for a trolley it was problem to get there.

• Meryem (8/5): - Helheten var bra, har bott där tidigare då hade vi problem med värmen i rummet var vinter och iskallt. De kom upp för att fixa den men gick inte. Väldigt lyhörd man hör allt från rummen bredvid. Denna gång hade vi problem med duschvattenet då det endast kom kokhett vatten. De tog oss till ett annat rum för dusch. Den skulle lagas dagen efter men var fortfarande samma.

The air conditioning was not working well all the time, but we got it managed. It would be great if mosquito screens could be installed on the doors to the terraces.

For some of the apartments the renovation was already started. Description of rooms in booking.com did not exactly meet the room situation at the location and the furniture was partly worn or stained. But the staff was able to remedy the situation very quickly.
