• Andre (5/5): - Pas grand chose. Pas de réceptionniste à l'arrivée obligé de passer un coup de fil. Dans la chambre sitôt que j'ai ouvert le lit oh surprise photo jointe un morceau de coton placé sur le drap. Pas de sac dans la poubelle. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Chien aboyant du moins pleurant jusqu'à minuit et de nouveau le matin à 7h .vraiment déçu 😞

• André (7/5): Personnel très agréable mais quelques équipements défaillants - Les réceptionnistes (du soir et du matin) sont à la disposition et à l'écoute des clients La propreté de la chambre est à souligner positivement. Certains équipements nécessitent des réparations : crémone de la fenêtre en mauvais état et porte du couloir donnant sur les escaliers extérieurs qui ne ferme pas correctement. L'absence d'une prise de courant dans la salle de bains est particulièrement choquante. Comment faire pour se raser avec un rasoir électrique ?

• Christiane Gabriela Magdalena (3/5): Nettes Personal, aber leider sehr dreckig - Sehr-, sehr freundliches Personal. Früherer Check-in war möglich. Lage (Bahnhofs-Nähe) Schlechte Sauberkeit. Bad wurde vor unseren Bezug nicht gereinigt. Offenbar insgesamt lange keine wirkliche Reinigung des gesamten Zimmers mehr (wenn man über Ablagen wischte, war bereits lange festsitzender Dreck am Tuch), dicke Spinnweben in den Ecken. Darüber hinaus Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

• Aldo (4/5): Bien mais l’emplacement de l’hotel gache la moitié du sejour. - Le personnel etait parfait. Tres bien accueilli et on m’a directement changé de chambre quand ya eu un petit soucis. Chambre peut etre mieux faites niveau meubles. Les bruits a l’extérieur sont insupportable. Pareil pour les voisins qui parlent et vous entendez tt vu que les vitres sont pas double vitrage.

• Célia (9/5): - J'ai bien aimé l'accueil, chambre très propre et fonctionnelle. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut: serviettes, produits d'hygiène, bureau, pose sac .. Le parking est un plus vu l'emplacement de l'hôtel

• sabrina (5/5): Expérience que l on ne renouvèlera certainement pas dans cette hôtel - La chambre et une très belle salle de bain manque la climatisation car impossible de dormir avec la chaleur et beaucoup trop de bruit venant de l extérieur La dame âgée qui vous accueille comme ci vous étiez des privilégiés, avec de belles paroles ( déjeuner à volonté… jus d oranges pressées etc…) que de mensonges déjeuner médiocres pr 8€. Et qui le lendemain ne vous dit même pas bonjour! Nuit 63€ qui es monté à 109€

• Timothy (8/5): well place hotel with parking and nice rooms - The room was brilliant - large recently decorated and very comfortable we were very happy that we could also park our car inside the courtyard of the hotel rather than non the road outside. The outside of the hotel looks very tired and the reception area is being worked on so looks a bit of a mess - the staff were lovely and we had no complaints just the look of the place - which I am sure will be rectified when it is updated like the room we had

It’s a great location in the town centre near the station and there is parking in the courtyard. Nothing — it was great

• Fred (9/5): I would happily book again ! Great staff ! - We absolutely liked our stay, it exceded our expectations and after a very friendly welcome we felt aat home right away. The update of the hotelroom was very well done. When you enter the courtyard it doesn't look great, but it is for sure ! Higly recomended ! Vanlenciennes is not a great town, but we had a good time ! The square in front of the city hall is nice and there are many streets with nice restaurants. We cycled from Amsterdam to Paris and it just happened to be one of our stops. Don't expect to be in Paris yet ;)
