Wendy (3/5): Will choose another chain next time - It’s right off the interstate so it’s easy to find. The rooms were quiet. The hotel in general was fine. When I got to my room, the couch that was in the room was clearly used for sex.. because the evidence was on the couch… also down the side of the couch there was something.. not sure if it was stained from someone throwing up.. who knows.. then in the floor there were stains that looked like poop or I don’t know what.. 🤢 I called the front desk. They sent housekeeping.. the housekeeper was so sweet.. but these aren’t things she can really fix. She sprayed the couch down with what I assume is antibacterial spray and also the floor and then proceeded to scrub it with a scrub brush… it disappeared because it was wet.. she told me to just put a towel down so I didn’t get wet when I sat in it… lol… not sitting there. I ask for a different room. They said they were full and didn’t have another room. I was there on business so I needed to stay. I didn’t sit on any furniture and I wore shoes the entire time in my room. This is really unacceptable and disgusting. The housekeeping staff did what they knew how to do. It’s not their fault.. I can only hope the sheets and bedding were clean.. it seemed to be but that is disgusting. I will probably choose another hotel chain for my next trip. I don’t know if the hotel was full or not but the front desk didn’t seem interested in helping. Seemed rude and curt..

John (10/5): This staff made our stay wonderful, wonderful, wonderful - We were exceptionally pleased with the service we received at this facility. The ladies that impressed us because of their service were Try, Latosha, and Marisior, the manager. Try accommodated us with a small glitch in the room with something electrical. Very important - Latosha retrieved a sentimental item that I had left behind. It meant a lot to me. She assured me that it would get mailed back to me. It was . She said it was a group effort. Wonderful lady. We were checked out at the end of our stay by Marisior, who was very pleasant and concerned that out stay was acceptable. What a great staff !!! Kudos to Hampton Inn Cordele GA I have no complaints. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone

Room was clean and comfortable When i called from 10 minutes away at midnight to book room. The person at this location tried to jack the rate up by $80 saying he could sell out before I got there. So I booked on booking.com . He was so unprofessional

The initial room I was assigned had an unpleasant odor, and both the rug and couch were unclean, contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere. I requested a cleaner room, but unfortunately, the next room was dark and had a lingering smell.
Rex (8/5): My go-to when visiting family. - I always stay at this hotel when visiting family in Cordele. Always a nice stay, this time however the room itself was pretty clean. It was the bathroom that i was a little dissatisfied with. You could tell that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Heavy stains on the bathroom floor and shower doors. The toilet appeared to have been "wiped over" but not cleaned. With my limited actual time at the hotel itself i decided to just over look it this time. Like i said before, this hotel is usually spotless in the room. I would stay here again.

brooklynborn1960 (6/5): Pick a better location. - Not the nicest of neighborhoods. Would not stay again. The hotel was okay. Not very bright and cheery. Not the management's fault. We had to park on a specific side of the hotel where the cameras were located.

Knighttravelmd (10/5): Best of Cordele - Driving down from New York to Tampa and it was a real treat to come to this hotel. Loved the floors and most of all easy check in and right to the super room for a comfortable night's sleep. Next morning the breakfast is another welcome treat and definitely would return in the future.

Hering (9/5): If you’re traveling it’s a good option - Excellent location. Staff was great The bed wasn’t as comfortable as many we’ve slept in. It wasn’t a torture rack… just too soft and we’ve experienced much better.

Cook3690 (10/5): Excellent - The check in and check out clerks were personable and kind. I spoke to the manager with a reservation concern that I had (it was not the hotel's fault), and she was very helpful and reassured me my reservation was fine and it was. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we had no complaints with anything.

Yankee33 (10/5): Good hotel right off I-75 - As a Diamond Member, I got a nice upgrade to a large suite. The room was very clean with a great shower. The breakfast was typical of Hampton Inns. Good location right off I-75. Staff were pleasant and check-in and out were seamless. This was our second stay here and we will come back next time we are in the area.

Craig (5/5): Extremely over priced basic stay - It was fine, what I would expect but nothing special or extraordinary Way way overpriced. $250 for a standard room. Absurd. Have stayed at equal in New York City for less. Stayed here only out of necessity.
Rachel (8/5): - I noticed several not so great reviews after I reserved this room so I was nervous. I did hear a train a few times but luckily had a set of ear plugs with me. I had no other issues. Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay

363gissellec (2/5): Bad experience - I am currently staying at this hotel. I sent my husband for some clean sheets and the lady at the front desk gave him the wrong sheets twice and was extremely rude to him and told him that if the third pair of sheets she gave him was not the right size; that he would have to wait until the next day for housekeeping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Brandi (1/5): Not worth the $200. I have never stay anywhere like this - Location. Near restaurants, gas stations and highway. Breakfast was decent Filthy! This place should be shut down! I would like a refund. Hair was in the shower, toilet was nasty. Curtains didn’t shut all the way so light shine in my room all night. I got no rest. I literally could see people walking by so I know they saw me too!
FLmomto1 (10/5): Great One-Night Stay - Really great stop convenient to the highway! Always like to stay away from the metro Atlanta area and this hotel fit the bill. Partial to Hampton anyway. Traveling with 16' rental truck and requested that staff, if possible, try to book us into room to keep an eye on it. They did so, many thanks! Safe location and arriving by 3 pm were able to fit truck in. Would definitely stop here again!
Amy (10/5): - The exit is a typical interstate exit with gas stations and fast food but it seems safe enough. This particular Hampton Inn is on the older side but well-maintained, very clean, and has a super friendly staff. I’d definitely stay there again.
