Cristina (8/5): - Quaint little motel. It was clean, tidy, and everything we needed was within a 10–15 minute drive, which was super convenient. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the weekend, which was disappointing since it was the main reason we chose this motel. Would’ve been nice to know in advance. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. Would stay again.
Maureen (10/5): - We have stayed here quite a few times before, it looks like many rooms are being upgraded. Our room was exceptionally large and had everything we could have needed. Good pillows, comfy bed, lovely white towels. The carpets could have done with cleaning. Will definitely use this one again when we are in the area. Very good value for money.

Jacob (2/5): - Super limited parking, if you go anywhere during your stay (even though youre given a parking spot correlating to your room number) you will find your spot taken, staff refusing to assist you with this. The shower runs luke warm or cold nothing else. Unsure how clean the towels really are due to them smelling like chlorine although we hadnt used the pool.

There was on the floor and in the basin in the bathroom upon arrival, there was also empty alcoholic drink cans left on the balcony. We know it’s only a 3 star hotel but you would still expect your room to be clean and not have dead insects in your bed.

Jade (6/5): - Simple maintenance repairs have not been attended to: the under sink cupboard door would not stay closed, the shower curtain rail was loose and coming away from the wall and the fly screen door did not run smoothly on its track. Also we had an issue with another car parking in our room designated carpark spot. Half of the car spaces were numbered for the room numbers, the other half were not numbered and so someone else parked in our space.

I arrived early and the reception lady had no hesitation in letting me into the room before 2pm, which was a great help and which I really appreciated.

Michael (6/5): Well located Motel - The overall rating of OK is close to the mark. The Bridge View Motel needs updating. There are some items that are broken or in poor condition, and there did not seem to be hot water in the ('kitchen') sink. However, in saying that, the hosts were polite, and are probably looking to remedy some of the issues. The motel is well located for access to beaches and there is the lake and children's play park across the road. The Wallarah Rec club is very close by, and provides good meals.

The motel was clean and the staff were nice, however we paid a good amount for 5 people, one of the beds was a fold out couch that wasn’t even suitable for our 8 year old, a towel and bedding was not provided for this bed initially but the owner helped us with this. There were no utensils, bowls or plates, nothing to even make a coffee, cereal or toast before we left and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. A group of guests were staying in the complex, they were loud, rude and made myself and my family feel extremely uncomfortable and threatened. We would have left and stayed somewhere else if we could have found something.
