It is also a couple blocks from a shopping area with just about anything you might desire. Parking is convenient and free. Their restaurant/bar is not open except for lunch which you must pay extra for.

Didn’t have the normal Holiday Inn buffet style breakfast. Breakfast was limited to eggs, potatoes and bacon and sausage and some fruit. Coffee was not good.

When we shared our disappointment at checkout, they offered access to breakfast vouchers, which we could not use because we had an appointment and needed to see. So they credited the account $25 and would not discuss the situation further or provide a more substantial refund. Given the lack of sleep and attention to our calls, super frustrated that they would not at least split the cost of the evening with us.

The bathroom smelled like mildew, when I went down to tell someone, all they said was "okay'. I wasn't offered a different room, nothing. I spent $556 at that hotel for a stinky bathroom for two nights.

Sofa was broken, I sat down amd literally fell through the couch. The water was ice cold, i was told to run the water for 15 to 20 minutea from shower to get the warm water to come through.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Updated Interior Decor & Soundproof - While it looked like a Holiday Inn on the outside - on the inside, everything has been updated. Its what attracted me to this property in this first place. I loved the idea of the indoor pool, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The beds were really comfortable. There were two different types of pillows and the pillowcases were embroidered “soft” or “firm”. Generous storage throughout the bedroom - especially appreciated it in the kitchen nook. Plenty of underground parking and the elevators went directly from the second floor of the parking garage to the third floor of the hotel where our room was. Our room faced the freeway, yet the soundproofing was excellent as we never heard it. We also never heard any noise out in the hallway, such as other guests or room doors closing. The price was reasonable and I would stay here again.
