• Maxwell (2/5): - This area is very good for shopping as a tourist lots of entertainment BUT this hotel/motel is a JAIL CELL. It's 6*6 for the bed and 4*4 for the shower, face basin and toilet all in-one. 2 people can't fit in the room.

• Jang Hee (2/5): - The room I was looking for was not the same as it appeared on the website when I booked through Expedia. The building was horribly old and dirty. The blankets they provided had blood stained and could not use. There were also dad bugs every where in the room and my kids were terrified. So we had to move out the next morning. There was no way to cancel my booking the following morning.

• ingo (6/5): - Das Cebi Hostel befindet sich i den Chu King Mansons. Von der Nathan Road durch den Haupteingang, rechts halten , Fahrstuhl Block E. Das E steht an der Wand zum Fahrstuhl. Nicht durch auch ein angebrachtes F irritieren lassen. In dem Geschoss sind viele Läden und Imbißstände vorhanden. Steckeradapter sind hier zu kaufen. Einfaches Frühstück, Toast, Ei, Smoothis. Vorweg: Man bekommt, was man zahlt. Wer mehr verlangt, muss viel mehr als 30 bis 40 Euro zahlen und soll nicht schimpfen. Die Zimmer sind klein, um die 6 qm. Sie sind sauber. Die Matratzen fest. Die Geruchsbelästigung ist vorhanden. Ein Korrgatap in den Abfluss sorgte für Abhilfe. Die Verstopfung des Abflussess mit einhergehender Flutung von Bad und Schlafraum ist dem Alter des Abflusssystems geschuldet. Die Verantwortlichen waren aber glei h zur Schadensbeseitung zur Stelle. Wir erhielten umgehend ein anderes Zimmer. Letztlich brauchten wir ein günstiges Zimmer zur Übernachtung und erhielten ein sehr einfaches aber sauberes, und ausreichendes. Leider war die Rezeption nur unzureichend ausgeschildert. Service war die Gepäckaufbewahrung bis 18 Uhr am Abreisetag.

• A D (6/5): - Our room was clean and adequate. When we were able to arose a staff person they were helpful and kind. We arrived late and realized that we would have a difficult time finding the place. So we stayed at the airport until daybreak. Ana we did have a terrible time locating the place. No one seemed to be on duty it took a long time to fine someone to let us into our room. So do not try to find this place if you have a late flight. The price is good and the room is adequate for showers and sleeping. That is all.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Short stay ok - inside chungking mansion. a bit crowded but okla. level 3 so no need walk too muc/ as the lift is too small and too crowded as well. the room. is okok only. cockcroach all over place. outside windows are rubbish dump. aircond broken and so hot. no aircond at all. luckily have fan. overall okla for a short stay.

• Verified traveler (2/5): シャワーが使えなくて最悪だった！ - 早朝のチェックアウトの予定だったので午前4時にシャワーを使おうとしたが壊れていて温水が出なくて困ってフロントに行ったが誰もいないようで対応してもらえなかった。 仕方なく冷水のままシャワーを使って死にそうな思いをした。 夏場ならまだしも2月にこれは参った。 返金を要求したかったがフロントには誰もいなかったのでそれもできずにそのまま部屋のキーをベッドに置いてチェックアウトした。 フロント対応は24時間OKとの安心感もありここに予約を入れたのだが残念でならない。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Litet rum nära till MTR - Rummet var extremt litet, knappt plats för väskor men läget är perfekt - nära till MTR, shopping och restauranger. Hostelet ligger på 3:e våningen vilket är skönt då du kan ta trappan när det är kö till hissen.
• kazuhiro (8/5): 価格相応かと - チェックインが深夜、チェックアウトが早朝になる予定だったので24時間フロントが開いているホテルを探していて見つけたのがここでした。 滞在予定も短かったのであまり予算をかけられなかったので安宿だったが寝るだけだったのでここにしたのだが結果的には満足レベルかと思う。 たぶんまた利用すると思う。

• krzysztof (10/5): En av dom bästa i Chung King Mansion. - En av dom bästa i Chung King Mansion, trevlig personal som dessutom är på plats hela tiden dummer var ganska stort och på 3 våningen viket sparar tid speciellt när man skall ut, man kan ta trappor ner. fick checka in i förtid , bra WIFI , enda man kan klaga på är att madrassen var tunn. rekomenderas.

• Krister (8/5): Very small and very cheap room in great location - Location in the heart of Kowloon can hardly be better. Price (especially after last minute discounts) can hardly be better. Still there are some downsides: huge Chungking Mansion (housing complex where Cebu is located) is somewhat dark, otherworldly and bit claustrophobic labyrinth, so not for those who are otherwise fainthearted. You may need to wait for elevators for a long time. But if you like Indian and African food and are not too picky then there are some 24 hrs dining options in the lobby. And heart of Kowloon is just steps away. Cebu rooms are very small, but it was reasonably clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt safe in the hostel and with my own key I was able to come and go as I wanted.
• Verified traveler (8/5): I'd stay again - Compared to the other hotels in Chunking Mansion which I had also stayed in definitely one the best one. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue for me is that there seems to be drainage problem, I stayed in two different rooms and the bathrooms did not smell very fresh to say the least. Despite that for the money definitely no complaints and I'll probably stay again when I'm back in Hong Kong
• rin (6/5): 立地は良い - 繁華街にあり立地は良い。危険な事はなかったがインド人中心の客引きがうざい。ホテルは3Ｆにあり階段を使えばエレベーターの待ち無し。 　シャワーを使うと便器が水浸しに。アメニティはやや汚れたバスタオル２枚、歯磨き２個、固形石鹸２個。口コミを見てアテにしてなかったので全て持参して正解でした。あとトイレットペーパーはありません。 　立地と値段を考慮したらアリかもしれません。

• 岡村ちゃん (6/5): 接客態度は良いです - チュンキンマンションの最奥エリア、Ｅブロック３階（アメリカ式だと４階）のホステルです。 ベッドの長さが短く、身長175センチを超える方は、足の裏が壁にくっつきます。 従業員の態度は良いです。供用廊下には冷蔵庫と電子レンジ、お湯が入ったポットがあります。 シングルルームとダブルルームとでは、入り口が異なっています。 ダブルルームのエリアはＷｉＦｉが使えます。 シングルルームのエリアは一応、使える記載はあるのですが、過去３回泊まりましたが、すべて使えませんでした。シャワーのお湯は出る部屋と出ない部屋があります。

• 岡村 (4/5): 【お湯がでません＾＾】 - 当初は２泊３日で予約しました。その後、台風による飛行機欠航で、もう１泊追加しました。 １泊目はダブルルームを手配してくれ、快適に過ごせました。 翌日は「部屋を出ろ」という強引な態度でシングルルームへ移動させられました。これは仕方ないです。ただ、態度がぶっきらぼうで、感じが悪かったです。追加の３泊目をトリプルルームで予約したのですが、再び「部屋を出ろ」という感じで、下着姿の状態でフロントに連れて行かれました。予約の確認をとりたかったのでしょう。私のスマホを奪い、フロントのパソコン画面と格闘されていました。10分ほど経ってようやく確認がとれ、今度は一変、笑顔で「このまま部屋を使って良いよ」と言われました。私はトリプルルームで予約したので部屋を変えて欲しいと言ったのですが、「とにかく部屋に戻っていいよ」という身振りでした＾＾。　このシングルルーム、以前も泊まったことがあるのですが、シャワーのお湯がなぜか出ません。結局、足だけ冷水で洗いました。マナーの悪い宿泊者が多かったのかもしれませんね＾＾。

• Manuel (2/5): very bad service - Very bad hotel, booked the hotel for 2 nights. when I arrived, the only Pakistani staff there told me that he did not have any booking record of mine. after I showed him the booking receipt of hotel.com, he called someone and chatted for ten minutes. later he told me that all the rooms were full and he could not offer any room for me. I called hotels.com customer service for help immediately, after another 15 mins, the staff approached me and said he may offer me a room in a guest house nearby but I rejected. after he called his boss again, finally I got a room and the staff promised me I could place my luggage in the hotel until 1800hrs I left for my flight. but on the last day after I check out, the staff requested me to pay one more day rental fee in cash because I need to leave my luggage there for four hours, I had no other choice so I paid him in cash but he did not give me any official receipt for me payment.

• Verified traveler (2/5): 差差差！ - 好难忘的印度味道~~~清洁度特别差，镜子上的污渍都不擦！电视不能看。热水器也是很古老，也不能用，灯都不亮，澡都么洗成，根本没有服务员。我们订的3楼，给我们扔到13楼。除了位置好，其他一无是处。

• Jeff (2/5): Don't Stay Here - TV didn't work they wouldn't fix it poo was coming out of two other rooms toilets and went into the hall. no one was there to check me in. the sheets were dirty. no free power outlets
• Bobbi (2/5): Centrally located but a death trap - Yes the hostel is centrally located and near shopping and within walking distance to nearby ferry terminal to Hong Kong island, the MTR, and buses. However, it is old and rundown. The water tank in my room dripped constantly over the toilet and under the raised bed had not been cleaned for quite sometime. It is difficult to find because there are many other hostels located in the same area. This is not a hotel for families. It is a hostel and had I known this I would not have stayed there. The gentleman who worked there was very nice and helpful. He showed me where I could catch the bus to get to the airport and told me the cost., which I very much appreciated.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Accessible to shopping malls - Small room, noted with unclean beddings, had seen small cockroaches in the room upon arrival until we've left & with defective water heater. In fact, we left our room 3 days before our supposed check out date because of the above concerns.

• ALAA (10/5): - it's was one day stay but really embrassed by how much staff was very helpful and roam condations aslo was good
• Verified traveler (6/5): Staff was friendly. Room very noisy - I've stayed at Chunking Mansion before. They're not exactly luxury stays but this one was the worst so far in terms of noise. The a/c was louder than anything. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was okay for 1 night but other hostels in the building are better (at least not as noisy).
• CY (2/5): Sleep with cockroaches - We found about 5 cockroaches in our room PER NIGHT, but the friendly staff provided us with pesticides to kill them. The toilet and air conditioner was smelly toilet and conditioner. There was only one lift which accommodates 7 people, so in busy times we had to wait up to 15-20 minutes to enter the lift. You could take the stairs but you have no choice if you're carrying luggage.

• lee (4/5): Close to subway - The room is quite okay small and no place to roaming around the hallway its tight only one person can pass and its too crowded in the main facility and people so annoying,our food night we need to transfer to other flat because of no space for us but they know that day we are arriving anytime and most of all before you buy your ticket to any theme parks be sure that the ticket is new and never used because theirs a guy who said we can save money for disneyland then what happend is when we validate to disneyland it's already used 3 months ago so we thankful that we get his number so we call him to refund our money or else we report him to the police.if you want to buy the ticket in any theme park in hongkong just go and buy to filipina lady infront of flat B she's working in money changer and she can help you the direction also
