Oak at B2 Lampang - A True Problem-Solver! - เพิ่งเข้าพักที่ B2 Lampang Boutique and Budget มาค่ะ/ครับ อยากจะบอกว่าประทับใจสุดๆ กับการบริการของ น้องอ๊อก (ธวัช) พนักงานต้อนรับกะบ่าย ครับ! ตอนเช็คอินมีปัญหาเรื่องเงินมัดจำพอดี เพราะไม่มีเงินสดติดตัวเลย น้องอ๊อกนี่แหละครับ ที่มีไหวพริบสุดๆ ช่วยจัดการแก้ปัญหาให้ทุกอย่างผ่านฉลุย แถมยังใจดีช่วยจัดห้องมุมให้ตามที่เราอยากได้อีกด้วย คือประทับใจมากจริงๆ ที่น้องอ๊อกดูแลดี ใส่ใจลูกค้า แถมยังแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เก่งมากๆ โรงแรมนี้โชคดีที่มีพนักงานแบบนี้ ควรสนับสนุนน้องให้เต็มที่เลยครับ! ใครมาพักที่นี่แล้วเจอน้องอ๊อก รับรองว่าแฮปปี้แน่นอน! 😊 Just stayed at B2 Lampang Boutique and Budget and I have to say, I was super impressed with the service, especially from Oak (Thawat), the afternoon shift receptionist! I had a bit of a tricky situation with the cash deposit during check-in because I didn't have any cash on me. Oak was incredibly quick-witted and helped me sort everything out smoothly. On top of that, he was super kind and managed to get me a corner room just like I wanted! I was genuinely so impressed with how attentive he was and how well he handled a tricky situation on the spot. This hotel is really lucky to have such an amazing employee. He definitely deserves all the support! If you stay here and meet Oak, you're guaranteed to have a happy experience! 😊

• booyeahSydney (4/5): A room without a view - The hotel staff were not accommodating. We arrived 25 minutes before check in time. We couldn't check in. 500 bhat deposit is annoying when they don't even have a mini bar. What is the deposit for? Cash only for deposit. Room on top floor should have good views but windows covered with boards....

• sanghak5 (6/5): Fine but not the best one - Stayed 3 nights satisfied but can't tell it was the best one in Lampang. Hotel building seemed to be structured recently, quite modern and clean. Also room was decent and spacious. But when I first got into my room I felt that it's not in very good condition - housekeeping was little bit disappointing and I saw some dirt and spiderweb on the ceiling. If the staffs pay attention a bit more about maintaining the building, it would be much much better. Overall it was fine staying at B2 except hundreds of mosquitoes and little far from the downtown. In the map, it seemed to be just a step away from the main road, but it's not like that; in order to enter the building you have to walk all the way to the backstreet. In 10mins. walk far, there are several big marts and bus terminal. Around the hotel, however, there's almost nothing you can grab a bite. And I hate myself that I ignored a review saying watch about for mosquitoes. For 3 nights I killed  about 50 mosquitoes, I have no idea where they keep passing through into the room. Maybe, it was mosquitoes' nest, I felt sorry for breaking into their home.
• Megabaxx164 (8/5): Visit - Hotel is one good choice for lication in lampang that is not too far from the main road and surrounding by many shoppingmall like Lotus and Central. Hotel is quiet. Staff is okay but not that willing to service much.
• larry (8/5): Just okay good location A/C very loud - Good location very quiet and close to the mall and other stores the A/C was loud and the room was just okay this was our second time here great view from the 8th floor .
• CraftBeerDean (8/5): Good value for money - Pretty decent budget boutique hotel. Good shower WiFi a fridge / mini bar and a desk. I paid 11 Euros a night. The only downside is that the nearest supermarket is a Tesco and it's 15 minutes walk. The Tesco has a good food court.

• vspeang (6/5): Average Budget Hotel - Stayed here for one night for a friend wedding in Lampang. Here are the feedback: Nice room with no coffee/tea provided only bottle water. Basic bathroom. No hair dryer. No iron and ironing board to borrow. Higher room got quite a nice view but a trade-off with the stairs as there is only one lift and it is EXTREMELY SLOW! It is faster just to walk up the stairs! Staffs are nice but slow. It took them quite a while just reactivate the keycard. Overall, it is okay for a one or two night stay for a 650THB per night.
• BobbyBrown999 (10/5): Easy and Convenient - I was staying here for a night during my business trip in Lampang province! The hotel staff was not quite welcome during the check in and check out time, I have quickly booked a room and present the voucher to him but unfortunately he couldn't found my reservation, therefore I waited almost 30 minutes without any notice from staff! Overall is great if no much expectation from human there. The room was really clean enough and comfy bed, the hotel location was a bit far from the main road but their staff can be able to arrange a local transportation well.

Hotel accommodation situated near its downtown, so its convenient to reach there. it's also near the supermarket. its room is large. Staff provides us good service.Car parking is safe and its toilet is large too.

• anon99992015 (2/5): Worst Hotel - NOT FOR EXPATS - Been in a lot of average hotels, but this was the worst. Very average stay started with demand for money as deposit for room key. Downhill from thete starting with walk up stairs, anf then a dusty room from concrete walls - no paint, sealer or wallpaper. I always clean aircon filters and these were the worst by a mile - bath was black !! Bathroom smelt all day and had to block at night. No need to say more - worst 2 days in a hotel ever. Never ever go here.
• warmbeerhater (8/5): meticulously clean. - Big room, fair price, nice staff, wi-fi worked great. Manager speaks English very well. Allowed me to check in early. Less than 1 Km to bus station...you can actually see it from the bus station 7-11. The best of the five B2 I have visited.
• 873johnr (6/5): Hot - Booked in for a three night stay.given room 709.thought it strange that the aircon was on but the room was so hot,after confirming the aircon was working overtime on 18 we realised the whole of the outside wall was hot( not warm) to touch,couldn't change rooms as they were full so left and went to stay at Pangsawan place,better rooms,a pool and less money.
• ThaiGypsydotcom (4/5): Free WiFi Didn't Work In The Room - Very Basic Hotel. Similar to the Hop Inn but at least WiFi at the Hop Inn worked. Little English spoken. Rooms are dark and sparsely decorated. On-site parking. Located Just off the Suoper Highway and within walking distance to Big C and Central Plaza. The walk in rate for this hotel was 550 Baht per night. I stayed one night.
• jibanyalakk (6/5): Hotel for Business Travellers - We stayed 2 nights for short business trip at Lampang. B2 Lampang is located at main Super Highway Road. It is very easy access to centre of Lampang. It is near to Central and Big C. We reserved a Standard Double Room for 550฿ per night (no breakfast) walk-in rate. Reasonable price. Room decoration is Modern Loft Style. The ceiling made of concrete. It is quite dark color inside. But large window can fulfill sunlight. Can see mountain view from the window. The towels are clean but old. Free wifi available but disconnected. Overall satisfy and will come back again.
• klimCL (8/5): Bad Wifi - Boutique and Budget, that is what B2 means. They actually have a chain of hotels across Thailand and is very popular with businessman on a tight budget. I had only 1000 Baht in my wallet. This hotel was going for below 600 and it was naturally our choice then. One of the newer hotels in Lampang, popular with Thais who travelled far north for business with nearby industries. This hotel was not on the main road, we did need to travel a short distance into a soi. Rooms were exquisitely boutique styled. Bold bare polished cement walls and simple decor for basic needs. Rooms were tiny compared to most hotels I stayed. I was not going to do a T25 workout in there so it did not matter. Only complain I had was the free wifi. It was terrible in the room and I had no successful access. If B2 is targeting businessmen, maybe they should consider putting more access points and make sure they are on every floor. There were no restaurants, there was no breakfast. Food means visiting the fridge in front of the reception, paying for frozen items to be shoved into the microwave placed on a table next to it. Basic to her core B2 was. If you can travel on Air Asia, you will have no complains staying B2.
• JAD2553 (8/5): Budget hotel which fits its purpose - If you look for a one-night-stopover-budget-hotel, then this is the best choice. Conveniently located by the city-highway. If you want to stay longer in Lampang and stroll around the city center, then you would need a car. Budget wise: best value for money! Nice rooms!
• Chatchai_P318 (6/5): Nice Room - I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The in-room facilities were really good and the rate was so worth. Staffs were lack of service mind that wasn't too bad once weigh to the room's facilities. In addition, its location is really close to many department store, but quite far from down town or cultural area.
