Simone (10/5): Una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità in un gioiellino curatissimo, poco distante dal Lago!! - Fra Tuoro e Passignano, non distante dal Lago, salendo un pò si scopre questo incantevole luogo, e borghetto secolare di contadini, poi abbandonato e in seguito completamente ristrutturato in maniera pregevole! Costituito di strutture in pietra, immerso fra Ulivi, fiori e verdi giardini curatissimi. Si nota subito che c'è un gran lavoro per mantenere al meglio questo piccolo gioiello del Trasimeno, dove si può trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole, lontano da caos e smog cittadino. Il Signor Roberto è davvero molto gentile e cordiale, si è reso da subito accogliente e disponibile anche a fornirci indicazioni per le visite al Lago, i luoghi da vedere, i posti dove mangiare. Insomma, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ma senza mai essere invadente. Appartamento pulito e confortevole, servizi funzionanti, non abbiamo riscontrato nessun tipo di problema nè per quanto riguarda la stanza, nè per bagno e cucina. Tavolini con comode sedie all'esterno per potersi godere anche un pò di fresco la sera mentre si sorseggia un buon vino. La struttura dispone inoltre di zone barbeque esterne. La pietra rende tutto meraviglioso! Unico aspetto meno positivo è la strada in salita per arrivare alla struttura che, nonostante sia circa 350mt. è una strada sterrata piuttosto dissestata, che facendola con un fuoristrada non comporta nessun problema. Se invece si possiede una modesta utilitaria come me, bisogna stare un pò attenti. L'asfalto è sempre la miglior cosa per i mezzi su gomma.

Perfectly located between Tuscany and Umbria — an ideal base for day trips to all the iconic towns in both regions, never more than an hour’s drive to anywhere we chose to visit. The estate is about 320 years old, beautifully preserved with original architecture and exceptional maintenance. Every detail was designed with thought and care — from the interior decor to every element of comfort. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens soft and cozy, and the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more), all of the highest quality. The shower had an incredibly strong flow of hot water — we were five people and it never ran out (sorry, Roberto, for the gas bill 😉). The shared areas are impeccably maintained, with a large, spacious swimming pool and peaceful surroundings that wrap you in the magic of ancient heritage with modern comfort. The view over the lake is breathtaking — and the quiet… oh, the quiet. Roberto, the owner, made sure to turn on the heating in advance every evening, so the house was always warm and welcoming when we returned — and again early in the morning, so we woke up to a cozy home. All this beauty is made possible thanks to one man — Roberto Selaverti, a person with a truly big heart, whose kindness and dedication are felt in every detail, always accompanied by his endless smile. Roberto — everything that came from your heart went straight into ours. We are deeply grateful. Our daughters already said they want to get married here someday 😉. Barry (8/5): A very pleasant stay at this property, a comfortable, quiet oasis. - This property is located up a hill so affords the visitor wonderful views over the lake. Roberto, the owner, was most welcoming and helpful. The apartment is furnished in typical farm style, comfortable with mostly everything needed. The gardens are beautifully manicured and pool is sparkling clean. It is located a short 10 minute drive into Passignano and all the restaurants and shops. It was always a delight to return to the quiet of the farmstay after a busy day touring. Very little to dislike about this property. The bed was not to our liking as too firm (but may suit other visitors). The short road leading to the property needs grading as quite rough for our small rental car.
