The view from my balcony was incredible. Rooms were a little updated & could probably do with a little maintenance. Other than nothing else

• David (10/5): - Clean Hotel close to all the action. This hotel was a very comfortable stay and is just out of the craziness of LK Metro, Soi Buakhao, Soi Pothole, and Tree Town Pattaya. No noise from the outside entered the room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my week here completely. There was nothing to complain about at all.

• oldbish (8/5): - The room was made up and cleaned lovely and the staff are very good. Staying there i found out it's quite expensive for the area on comparison to similar hotels in the area. Also the smell of garbage in the carpark is very noticeable.

• Monpas (8/5): Nice hotel, been there before and will likely stay there for future visits. - Staff was excellent, hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Really a decent hotel for our stay. A chair on the balcony would have been appreciated.

• Jacques (8/5): Awesome as usual - The staff is always very helpfull and friendly and the bed/mattress is the most comfortable I've ever had in Pattaya and I've been to many reaorts and hotels. The location is perfect for me since it's just down the road from the best nightlife activities. The room itself is just a little dated, but clean. The breakfast is always good. Nothing to mention

• James (5/5): A quick, one-night pit stop stay was OK. Had I booked to stay longer I would have been disappointed. - Quick and easy check in with helpful and accommodating staff. Clear that LK President has seen better days and could do with a refurbishment. Has quite a "lived in" feel and sadly does not compare favourably with the nearby LK Grand Empire. Old, greying towels, a shower head that did not stay on the holder, and no hot water in the shower (while inexplicably the hot water in the sink was fine) made me sad.

• Gregory (9/5): Nice property, good breakfast, large clean rooms. - Difficulty crossing the road. There’s a lot of traffic on the main road and it’s difficult to cross that road. Loud music from one of the night clubs or bars continues until 4:00 AM!
