Everything is kept really clean and the whole hotel has such a lovely friendly vibe. Rooms lovely, everything you need, nice bar, seating area and lovely pool! • Gabriel (8/5): Lovely place - Beautiful little place. Authentic and peacful. Very clean rooms and in general. Everything was great, just the food was poor. I paid 15 euro for a pizza that was just awful. I didnt eat breakfast after that, so cant comment on that. I ate a tiny piece and im not fussy but it was really terrible. They didnt ask why or offer a refund. There are lots of great restaurants 2 minute walk with really good meals for 8 euro and up and a pattiserie, but I was exhausted and mobility is poor. The price for what I was presented with was shocking. The only downer was the food. (Pizza) I felt robbed... The staff / owners were pleasant but didnt speak. Id go back but I wouldnt eat there.

• Vicky (10/5): Perfect hotel and a perfect stay. - Everything! The 2 brothers who own the hotel were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. Cleaning staff were very thorough and cleaned the room everyday. Pool and other areas were immaculate and cleaned everyday too. Plenty of food and alcohol options and the comfiest sunbeds I think I’ve ever laid on. Surroundings were so pretty, more like a little boutique hotel and in a perfect location. Would recommend to anyone - we’ll definitely be booking again! Nothing!

Het appartement is ruim genoeg en in de keuken vond ik alles wat ik nodig heb. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Er zijn voldoende zonnebedden bij het zwembad. Ik kan eigenlijk niks negatiefs bedenken.

This is very minimal but in our room there was a small window that was covered only by a thin piece of material this allowed a lot of light to shine in so we woke up early. This is just a personal preference of ours.

Would return again. My boyfriend and I spent four lovely nights here while visiting the island early September. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main road with bars, restaurants and shops, but also a calm Oasis by day and night as we could hear the waterfall in the pool and birds chirping from our balcony. Really enjoyed the pool area (they must have updated the furniture since the photos because they were big comfy wooden loungers around the pool, some others set back, cute chairs and a swing seat too). The pool isn’t heated but was perfect for the 30+ heat in the sun. The rooms are cute, very Greek, good facilities for cooking (fridge, hot plate, toasty machine) although we didn’t use as we dined out. Good size balcony over-looking the pool and great air con too. Nothing we didn’t like, really liked it and we would return. I would say it’s probably not good for very young children or people with disabilities because of the stairs (one flight is metal), but I think you can request a room on ground floor when booking.

Всегда с улыбкой, доброжелателен, все подскажет, обьяснит. Чтобы лучше работал интернет. Немного тормозил...

• Diana (9/5): Gut gelegene, saubere Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, man erreicht die Hauptstraße von Kalamaki in 2 Gehminuten und den Strand in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich, immer da, wenn man etwas braucht. Der Flughafen ist ganz in der Nähe, in der Hauptsaison kann es schon mal laut werden.

Nel bagno una puzza di fognatura,l'acqua nella doccia non scendeva mai,e l'acqua dei rubinetti era salata.L'angolo cottura non lo abbiamo utilizzato,il Frigo al nostro arrivo era sporco e con all'interno un gelato lasciato dai precedenti ospiti; fatta notare la cosa al proprietario ironicamente mi ha risposto che ero stata fortunata,un regalo per me!Al nostro arrivo la stanza non sembrava pronta,infatti avevamo solo due tovagliette piccole e un lenzuolo appoggiato sul letto sfatto,oltre al fatto che nemmeno il bagno fosse pulito.I prodotti da bagno sono consistiti in 4bustine monouso di sapone da utilizzare per una settimana di permanenza.Il terzo giorno ci sono state cambiate le tovaglie e questa volta abbiamo avuto 2 teli e 2 tovagliette,nuovamente sostituite il 5 giorno.La piscina esterna non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata,ma nel periodo della nostra permanenza non abbiamo mai visto nessuno usarla.Lettini sporchi,una mattina ho visto la signora delle pulizie usare la stessa scopa con la quale stava spazzando il pavimento,pulire sui lettini.Inoltre gli ambienti Posto che non mi sentirei assolutamente di consigliare.Purtroppo abbiamo prenotato due giorni prima della partenza e non avevamo molta scelta. Proprietari gentili,al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto due bottigliette d'acqua. Mi dispiace,posto carino che se gestito,pulito e tenuto meglio,sia negli spazi interi che esterni,meriterebbe molto.

• Harald (8/5): - Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, da unser Flug wegen Sturm storniert wurde. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten schnell ein Zimmer bekommen. Die Anlage war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter und sporadisch eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr klein aber sauber. Positiv war ein vorhandener Kühlschrank.

• Renato (10/5): Straconsiglio - Consiglio a chiunque di venire qui. Partiamo dal fatto che gli standard di pulizia in Grecia sono quelli che sono e noi italiani invece siamo l opposto e quando siamo ospiti siamo molto “difficili” sulle pulizie, ma sinceramente le stanze e l intera struttura erano pulitissime. La posizione molto strategica 5 minuti da laganas e 5 dall aeroporto, potete muovervi un po’ ovunque, ha il parcheggio suo privato ed anche una piscina molto bella anche se non ne ho usufruito ma molto curata, pulita ed anche un bar fornito. La stanza aveva qualsiasi confort, le asciugamani cambiate ogni due giorni, forse solo le lenzuola non hanno cambiato per 5 giorni ma non ne sono sicuro ( non ci ho fatto caso ), condizionatore presente anche se togliendo la chiave dall apposito vano dopo qualche minuto si stacca la corrente, quindi come giusto che sia, non si può lasciare il condizionatore acceso ma non è un problema. La mia stanza era all ultimo piano con tetto tipo mansarda ma non si è mai infuocata la stanza, MAIforse perché ben isolata e comunque il clima dopo 5 minuti aveva raffreddato la stanza. La camera aveva un lavandino da cucina, dei fornelli elettrici e un bel frigo. Il bagno era completo di tutto ( tranne bidet ovviamente) con doccia con piatto doccia rialzato cosa non comune in Grecia, un pochino si bagnava intorno alla doccia, ma veramente pochissimo quindi niente da dire. Ripeto: CONSIGLIO ed evitare di soggiornare a laganas.

• Kathall90 (10/5): Exceptional - Two brothers is in a perfect location, not far from the strip, but nice and quiet at night. Close enough for a short walk to the beach. We had 4 rooms (3 on top floor and 1 on the bottom) and all the rooms were modern and very clean, the cleaners were lovely and topped everything up daily with the towels and beds changed on the 3rd day. We had no issues or problems, air conditioning was great. Rooms have basic amenities, hair dryer (although we brought our own) pot & pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, bowls, couple of mugs, everything you need. Pool was cleaned regularly and was lovely to end the day in to cool down. There were 8 of us altogether and none of us had one bad word to say. Would definitely recommend. A lovely family run place. The area is very nice, next to the airport and next to the beach and GREAT GREAT LOCAL RESTAURANTS!!! I whole heartedly recommend The Olive Tree restaurant!!! The moussaka was great there and there is some other gyros wrap spot nearby with incredibly low prices The room wasnt kinda cleaaannn!! I mean the bedsheets were changed with clean ones but the shower was full of hair, the sink had hair on it, the towels seemed to be taken from some other hotel…

We only had hot water 2 nights out of 10 terrible when you need to wash oil off 30% and no hot water shocking. We only had 1 cooking ring 1 gigantic stew pan and 1 frying pan couldnt even boil an egg we dont really expect much and have never once complained before and probably would not have this time had it not been for the shower and that We are both pensioners and requested a ground floor and was put on the 2nd floor

Pool and amenities were very good sized. Reasonable price for the time of season. Our main bedroom was reasonably sized with an additional room with bunk beds. If you are from a developed country - seek for something else. - Nothing, please just delist this fraud. - No free beverage/water in the room. - There is no topper on the matress, you'll sleep in the sweat of everyone else. - The AC isnt working, they removed the Remote Control for it. - The Cold Water wasnt running, so I left them a little gift in the toilette. - The batteries of the TV Remote were empty. - The floor wasnt clean, so I had black feet after walking aorund. - Windows arent clean, not in the shower, neither on the balcony. - After complaining you will hear very nice words, like Ei gamisou or astoudialou The Owner wasnt able to book a cab for me, was highly arrogant for no reason and cant take any good criticism.

• Hill (10/5): A week in September 24. - Very quiet and clean relaxing place with nice pool area and gardens. Staff were friendly and on hand but left you alone. Room cleaning service was good and at the right time of the day. Close to the main strip but far enough away for no noise. It is a 20 minutes walk to the beach which we walked down and got a taxi back for €8. Close to the airport €17 for the the taxi. The shower is brilliant compared to other Greek showers we've experienced. The food at the bar is fresh and very good. No extra charges for taxes or air conditioning when booking through booking.com and we had an night flight back which were allowed to keep the room until we were due to leave which gave us an extra day on the beach. The area itself is ideal for couples of all ages and families with something for everyone on the main strip which is accessible and very clean. No hot water in the kitchen for washing up and if I'm really looking for faults the beds around the pool were a little too close together for my liking although the beds are very comfortable.

• Ferris (3/5): Would not recommend at all - Fairly clean and good location. Very disrespectful staff. One actually hit us after we accidentally set the fire alarm off and made a fist threatening to hit us again.

• Kateřina (9/5): Superb - It was our eighth stay in this hotel complex, we have been coming back since 2012. The hotel staff is very kind and makes you feel welcome. Also, I appreciate the owners are still improving the hotel, lobby, rooms, and terrace with the pool. Every time we return we find something new (better sunbeds and parasols, outside dining area, etc.). Hotel rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette with all the necessary utensils (cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ofc fridge), so you can make a coffee or even cook a meal on your own, small balcony with seating, bathroom, and AC which was free of charge (very welcome this year!). There is also a parking lot, so if you consider renting a car, you can park very close to the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area (hence no excessive noise and crossing crowds directly under your balcony), but still in the middle of Kalamaki town, a few minutes of walking from the nearest tavernas and supermarkets. It takes about like 10 - 15 minute walk to the sandy beach, where the turtles are nesting and if you are lucky, you can meet little ones hatching and reaching the sea waves for the first time! :) Everything was as expected, without any issues. :)
• Cheryl (10/5): A welcoming, friendly hotel! - We booked last minute to go to Zante, there were no properties available so had to book a hotel in Laganas which we was only going to use as a base when we arrived it was awful and I wanted to go home, then I found this place had a cancellation, I booked it at 11.15pm and arrived at 11.45, they were closed but still found me a room for the night which was beautiful then put us in our actual room in the morning! The rooms were clean, comfortable and a good size! Air conditioned free of charge too! The two brothers were so helpful and friendly! I would definitely return and recommend to anyone! After a nightmare start we had a wonderful holiday thanks to this place!
