- DanVivkon (10/5): Cozy, Comfortable Stay with Excellent Facilities - I really enjoyed my stay at Danhostel Hillerød! The location is wonderful with easy access to public transportation. It's about a 30-minute walk from the train station (if to skip 302&301 buses), which was perfectly manageable and gave me a chance to enjoy the surroundings. The property feels like a little camp but with a surprisingly high level of comfort and amenities. I stayed during the weekend when breakfast wasn't served, but their shared kitchen was perfectly equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers, and kettles to boil water. It had everything I needed to prepare my own meals. My room had individually regulated temperature control, which was great for personal comfort, and all the charging sockets for my devices were in good working order. Overall, a fantastic value stay with thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate comfort and practicality! I was surprised to find that billing for bed sheets is separate, as they allow guests to bring their own. I've never encountered this before! For better travel budget management, I would prefer to have the option to include this cost at check-in rather than as an unexpected add-on.

- Koen (8/5): Nice and quiet - Nice room and bathroom, all very clean. Very quiet location ideally located to friends that we were visiting in Hillerod. Frequent buses from the busstop around the corner will get you to the city centre and train station. Never seen a kitchen that is so well equipped. Fantastic game rooms with table soccer, table tennis and air hockey, all free of charge. The kitchen had a bit of a bad smell.

- Hanne (7/5): Overordnet godt tilfreds - Naturskønt beliggende. Godt med eget bad og toilet. Rart at kunne koge lidt vand i gæstekøkkenet til en kop kaffe. Pladsen var trang på værelset. Lidt dyrt for bare 2 overnatninger i "skrabet model". Vi havde selv alt med hjemmefra og lejede i princippet bare 3 sengepladser.
- Tanja (7/5): Bra som mellanstopp på långresan. - Bra säng, trevlig frukost, skön dusch. Smidig incheckning. Skulle önska 50 metersgräns från byggnaden för rökare. Mitt rum låg bredvid ingången och jag upplevde intens röklukt hela kvällen och från kl. 06 på morgonen. Även hög ljud när någon tittar på film på telefon under rökpausen kl 06. Pga värmen gick det inte att stänga fönstret. Kanske luftkonditionering?
- Lisbeth (6/5): Se ovenstående - I samme bygning som jeg boede, var der køkken og fællesaktivitetsrum i kælderen. Fredag var en fredelig aften, men lørdag var der “fest med høj musik i kælderen. Fastboende østeuropæiske arbejdere havde en højtråbende fest lige under mit rum…. Jeg gav op og tog hjem lørdag aften i stedet for, som planlagt at blive til lørdag. Hvorfor fik jeg mon et rum i den bygning, når der var mange andre rum ledige ? Se ovenstående

- pilar (9/5): Muy buena opción calidad - precio para viajar con niños - Es ideal para viajar con niños, las instalaciones están muy bien. Tienen tirolina, columpios, futbolín, … las habitaciones son tipo albergue, colchones muy cómodos, pero habitaciones estrechas y mobiliario antiguo, el baño es pequeño y sin plato de ducha. Aún así lo recomiendo muchísimo por la relación calidad- precio y por las instalaciones, merece la pena si vas con niños Está a 5min en coche del castillo y a 10min andando de un bosque patrimonio de la UNESCO. Hay una cocina común, muy limpia y tiene de todo (platos, sartenes, frigorífico, microondas….) Hay opción de desayuno buffet, nosotros lo cogimos pero calidad- precio no merece la pena xq no hay demasiada variedad …

- Réka (5/5): - Szeretném jelezni, hogy a csendrendelet betartása sajnos nem valósult meg augusztus 17. során. Este 22:00 óra után, egészen hajnalig több ember hangosan beszélgetett és randalírozott az ablakunk alatt. Emiatt sajnos nem tudtam aludni, ami különösen zavaró volt. Sajnálatosnak tartom, hogy nem volt senki jelen, aki figyelmet fordított volna a csendrendelet betartatására. Bízom benne, hogy a jövőben lesz erre megoldás, hogy mindenki nyugodtan pihenhessen az esti órákban.

- FILIPPO MARIA (7/5): Un soggiorno rilassante - Struttura immersa nel verde, circondata dalla fauna locale. Prati all'inglese e molte attività ludiche. Posto davvero piacevole e rilassante. Lo consigliamo. Un po' difficoltoso e lungo raggiungere Copenhaghen; occorre servirsi di un autobus (302) fino alla stazione di Hillerod, poi salire sul treno (E) e infine servirsi della metro. Tragitto circa un'ora e poco più. Personale quasi assente, noi siamo arrivati alle 19.00 ed era già tutto chiuso. Di notte non ho notato personale nella struttura, comunque videosorveglianza.
