April (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt safe traveling alone. I went to see the elk, this was a decent location for that - a bit of a drive but given the choices this worked well for me.
Kimberly (10/5): - The parking lot, lobby, elevator, room all spotless even vent in bathroom which most hotels seem to miss cleaning. The breakfast was average that you get eggs sausage, yogurt, select cereals, pastry and make your own waffle besides normal drinks. But all was decent, and staff was on top of eating area to keep it clean and filled. Staff was friendly and informative when asked about area etc.

Bar closed a few years now. We were not allowed to drink BYOA in breakfast area or the nice patio with chairs. What are the sturdy chairs and tables for? We are 74-75 years old and discreet. Breakfast eggs are spongy and cold, bottled water pricy. Will not return soon.

We especially enjoy traveling to visit our 8 grandchildren, in 3 different states. This hotel, the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in the little town of St. Marys, PA is by far the most warming, comfortable and accommodating hotel anywhere we stay! The entire staff, managed by Dean, run this hotel like they own it. Literally, they great you by name as you enter thru the front door. The rooms I swear are cleaner and more comfortable than my own home! The hot breakfast is plentiful & delicious, and if you’re looking for a little uplifting conversation, the staff even assists with that! No kidding, this place is truly amazing! If you’re looking to stay in the St. Mary’s, PA area, stay here and nowhere else! Trust me, we have stayed in the other area hotels before we found the Cobblestone, and politely they are horrible!

The bed was comfortable and although I didn't use the pillows (reference previous germaphobe statement lol) they were plentiful and seemed new. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay and offered a variety of food choices. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Dean was full of local info and very personable.

Mobile605137 (4/5): Hose shower in the room is the current world standard - The only bathroom with a hose shower is the one "reserved for the people in wheelchairs", as per the reception desk personnel. I am a senior citizen, 71 years old, and I was denied this accommodation. The cost of installing a hose shower in another room is as low as $30 -- but the hotel refuses to do it. This is NOT a 3-star hotel -- perhaps 2-star at the most. Hose shower in EVERY room is the current world standard. Wake up, Cobblestone -- it is the 21st century now!

Verified traveler (6/5): - When we called to inquire about the weekend and the increase in price since our last visit, I was advised that there was a festival that weekend, which we were looking forward to attending, just as we had last year. I was advised the room was higher priced due to the festival and that there were wedding that were booked. I was also told it would be cheaper the following weekend though we were coming this weekend. When we arrived NO festival. The front desk staff stated that the festival is next weekend. And there was only about 7-8 cars in the lot. Also we had 2 rooms booked one at $344 and one at $395. In the past we have had a good experience, this time not worth the money!

Don (8/5): Great hotel, in the center of town. Bring your own pillows. - Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. The pillows suck. 4 identical pillows on the bed. Mix it up a little and you’ll have a better chance of meeting the needs of more people. And it is a little pricey in my opinion.

I only found 1 thing that the hotel could improve on- 1. The bed pillows were very flat and had no support which did leave me with a neck ache every morning.
