- Alfons (8/5): Heerlijk - De locatie is aan het strandje en op loop afstand van de gezellige restaurantjes in het centrum. Daardoor wel wat drukker rondom het hotel. Onze kamer was aan de zijkant met balkonnetje en uitzicht over andere gebouwen op zee. Prima locatie en kamer. We hadden wat meer verwacht van de menukaart van het restaurant die is vrij simpel. Het ontbijt is prima.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les yaourt grecs le matin, la moussaka, les gratins de pâtes, le poisson, les salades, les légumes. Le personnel est vraiment très aimable et aux petits soins. Le manager également est à l'écoute et rend des services appréciables. La proximité de la plage est un gros plus. - Jaimor (9/5): Very comfortable an cosy hotel, great for families - The beach is right at the back of the hotel, clean enough and comfortable for kids or adults alike. We were there somewhat off-season, hence there always were free beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Likewise, parking right in front of the hotel was always available. The staff were quite charming and eager to help and serve. Would appreciate at least one dark beer offered by the bar. Also would like greek salad, local fish (tasty!) to feature in the half-board menu more often, plus have some other seafood offered too. However all that wasn't major problems, of course, I guess it's good when the disliked is so petty!

- Elenore (7/5): Bra läge. Trevlig personal. Önskade fräschare rum och högre standard för att vara ett fyrastjärnigt hotell. - Läget var toppen! Precis vid stranden. Lugnt med inte alltför mycket folk. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Bra frukost, ganska litet utbud men extra plus för att det var bordsservering på kaffe och juice. Hög musik vid poolen på dagarna, inte helt lätt att försöka läsa en bok. Flera sällskap var syfte med resan verkade vara att dricka drinkar från förmiddag till kväll, de okuperade loungedelen vid poolen. Bra mat från restaurangen men enkel och lite tråkigt utbud. Dock stora portioner. Städningen av rummet var inte bra. Myror på rummets uteplats och möblerna. Tråkiga rum generellt. Negativa med läget var att det rörde sig personer som inte bodde på hotellet bland pool och solstolar. Personalen erbjöd personer som inte bodde på hotellet att nyttja poolen.

- Roy (10/5): Fantastic more than met our requirements and will be returning next year. - We stayed half board, breakfast and evening meal. the meals were buffet style with plenty of choice and full of flavour. we requested a side room with sea view and the views were splendid, beach was just golden sand and only no more than five feet from the breakfast beach tables. The hotel website shows what to expect. This is not relevant everything was great.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the amazing staff. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety to start the day right. The location is perfect – right by the beach, and only a short drive to Zakynthos town, making it very convenient for exploring. We also loved the special evenings at the hotel – the BBQ night was fantastic, and the live saxophone night made for a truly memorable experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with friendly people, excellent food, and an ideal setting. We can’t wait to come back! I cannot think of something that I did not like.

- Cornel (8/5): OK but nothing special about it - - friendly welcome - free sunbeds on the beach (only 10) - nice dinner setup right near the beach. They have live saxophone every Wednesday evening, would be awesome if you witness it - excellent homemade ice-cream, not too expensive either - free books for lending during the stay - a lot of human traffic on the beach. A lot of stones in the sand - at the pool the sunbeds are oriented facing the pool with your back st the sea, weird - the room shower is a mess, extremely hot water, hard to maneuver - very loud noises when someone above you is flushing the toilet - very limited breakfast. No buffet for dinner, just predefined a-la-carte - some rooms have their entry from the street

- John (10/5): Exceptional - The perfect hotel for a relaxing beach holiday. The location couldn't be bettered, having the choice of a lovely swimming pool and the Med to swim in, what more can you ask for! The shallow sloping sand into the sea meant you could walk out 100m in the clear warm sea and still be able to stand up, which meant everyone could spread out, families can play water sports without getting in the way of water loungers like me. The staff at the hotel were excellent, from front of house, restaurant, bar, pool side, room servicing and the lovely guy who picked us up from the airport. Our room was perfect, clean, well designed and perfectly cooled.

The food at the hotel is absolutely incredible. Staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back at this hotel. It is perfect location with short walk to restaurants and shops.
- Sian (10/5): Perfect beach location - I loved my stay. Room was really large and comfortable and had a nice little patio space too. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff at the pool bar and restaurant were really lovely and the food was brilliant. The beach view from the cafe is stunning and Avli restaurant a short walk away was also well worth checking out for dinner! I think the hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Tisili Beach.

- Peter (10/5): A wonderful stay - The hotel is located at the end of the shopping and eating mile of Tsilivi Beach on a shallow sandy beach. Just a few stones and then you can walk 100 meters out into the sea until the ground is gone from under your feet. Not even 100 meters on foot and the first restaurants and the usual tourist stores and attractions appear. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I had a room with a jacuzzi and a direct sea view - fantastic. The food was also very good - but as usual the portions were too big. A MUST ... the homemade ice cream - fantastic :-) Unfortunately, the bad habit of reserving sun loungers with bath towels has also found its way into this rather small hotel. I personally find this terrible and it should not be accepted by the hotel.

The Jacuzzi on the terrace was just perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area, although small, was calm and nice. I would definitely like to come back. The gym was very tiny and with no windows. It was a bit complicated to regulate the temperature of the Jacuzzi on the terrace.

We asked for 1 hour late check out (noon) and turned down immediately by the receptionist. The cleaning lady knocked our door very rudely at 11 am. Staff could be much politer.

- Lambert (10/5): Great place to stay in Zakynthos - don’t miss it!! - Excellent stay. I believe those are the factors that contributed to our outstanding experience. Facilities - modern and great, proximity to the beach, relaxing atmosphere, great mood, you feel welcomed there. Last but not least - the staff. Particularly Emma, the lady from the continental Greece. She took care of us in an exceptional way, she was a brilliant example of what customer care is about. She deserves a great salary raise for she is one of the main reasons people would go back to this hotel - believe me, I have been travelling a lot and seen good and nas examples of customer service and what hospitality is about. But also the entire staff was great and made our comeback to Greece (last time for me 2009) and the first time for our kids a great experience. You were fully booked (for a good reason!) and we could only stay three days. Breakfast - more veggies would be nice, breakfast was good but some more tomatoes and other green stuff would do the job.

- Sohail (8/5): Very good - The beach at the back of the hotel was really nice (a little rocky in the beginning of the water), and very pretty. Be aware that there is only space for 12 chairs at the beach, so it is not likely that you find one. And other guests just reserve seats for the whole day by putting their stuff on the chairs, even if they are somewhere else for a few hours. Nothing can be done about that, they say. The lady working at the reception in the morning was very unfriendly. The lady who worked in the afternoon was very kind and compensated for her colleague.
- Duvnjak (10/5): Amazing stay on our honeymoon - We came here for our honeymoon, and the kind hotel staff welcomed us with rose decorations in our room and complementary champagne and seasional fruit platter. The room was extra spacious and we had a huge terasse with jaccuzzi on it. The hotel is located right next to the sea and the view and the sounds of beach waves just makes this the most perfect place to completly relax and unwind. The bathroom had two separate showerheads and two bathroom sinks and that made it so much better. Also the bed was trully comfortable and cozy, and we finally got the rest we needed. The food at the hotel was absolutly amazing, everything tasted great and the staff was so kind and friendly. They complied with all of our wishes, and made our stay great. This is not a huge complex but rather small hotel where you can escape the crowds and fully relax. There was only one thing that I would make different, and that would be the jaccuzzi cleaning patterns. Upon our arrival it was already not clean, and they haven't cleaned it during our stay in 7 days. It would be preferable to me to have it cleaned at least on the exchange of guests to feel more comfortable using it.

To enjoy the beach, in addition to sunbeds, they also offer surf boards, paddle boards for free. The warm and attentive staff, especially during breakfast went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Staff were super helpful and very sweet with the 2 babies we had in the big family holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was superb and Food was delicious with very big portions - exceptional value. Location is great and walking distance to shops and other restaurants.
