- G8130DHdanielb (4/5): Excluding me for saying the truth is ludicrous! - I wrote a letter to one of the casinos hostesses stating the obvious that the hostesses job is to keep the gamblers happy, and to keep them coming back, and staying as long as possible. That they hire mostly young attractive women to do that. I mean that's totally obvious that this is true. The woman I wrote it to turned my letter into security, and even though I've lost tens of thousands of dollars at 3 rivers they kicked me out from going there for 2 years. I've apologized numerous times, that does no good. The security director doesn't care. Someone tell me I am wrong about what I said? Excluding me for saying this is ludicrous. I want to comeback, but these people are not forgiving at all! I was coming in 2 to 3 times a week for years of time.
- caron5948 (10/5): Great casino - Suoer nice valet. Casino set up nicely. Much nicer then Ko Kwel. Security people helpful in getting a wheelchair for my husband when he started feeling unwell.
- ddudabrooks (10/5): Awesome wee casino!! - My husband and I love this casino. Staff extremely friendly, rooms clean and comfortable.
Food choices so so, can't complain as they are usually free with our offers.
- CocoRockies (10/5): Great Customer Service! - Hotel front desk customer service did a great job. Was greeted kindly by Joshua (originally from PA). Asked about the painted sea lion. While he did not have the answer to my question, he directed me to Tracy in the gift shop, just steps away. She knew what I was looking for and walked me right to the art piece (part of the Dancing Sea Lions exhibit). As I left, Joshua caught up to me and offered me the flyer about the exhibit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. What wonderful employees!!!! A giant thank you to Joshua and to Tracy! You two made my day!!!!! Nice work, Three Rivers Casino and Resort. You have found, hired, and trained these two employees who do an excellent job representing your brand!!!
- O3758OUracheld (4/5): Not a fun casino anymore - Used to be my favorite Indian Casino in Oregon. I'm not sure what has happened. My last several stays over the last 2-3 years have not been good. The gaming part of the 'resort' is not worth it. Tight, tight. I used to at least win enough to play on. Not anymore. The food quality has gone way down, even in the steak house. I woke up sometime in the middle of the night with a loud vibration coming from the ceiling ( I was on the 3rd floor). I love visiting Florence but I cant see staying here anymore. Not worth it ( so sad).
- marywA17BX (2/5): Down Hill - This is for the casino not the hotel. We have noticed lots of nice buildings being built as the customer satisfaction elements have decreased. The smoking area is horribly dirty with full ashtrays and spilled ashes on the machines. Who is cleaning this? The last trip the Maple Bars were half the size but cost the same. Really? That is saving you a bunch of money? You seem to be sacrificing the customers enjoyment to save pennies. We won't be buying the pastries again. Anymore the slots have become tight and the experience is not fun.
- jgP6626RP (4/5): I'm sensing lack of integrity with upper management business handling - When we first checked in they applied onto our credit card a $50.00 fee, and said our credit card would be credited back when we check out. Said it takes upto 7-business days. Never received the credit to our credit card. We are seniors, just two us, and absolutely no damage to the room. One night stay.
After 12-days still no -$50.00 credit onto our card. I called back three times, spoke to supervisor twice, who checked with Audit people. Another Manager was to also look into it, still nothing. My thinking is that since we did not gamble this time, maybe it may be another way to bring in Casino revenue.
- devvieb2024 (8/5): Noice pollution with the Rv generators - All in all not bad, I was here waiting for my permanent place to park my travel trailer. However I do wish that and Rv place that has a hotel also would band the use of generators, if they need all that get a room or stay home. It is disruptive to the environment and the rest of us would like to enjoy the outdoors experience without the sound of an obnoxious generator. I am recently widowed and I was there for 8 days without water/sewer hookup no electric hookup and I made out just fine. If you need all that stuff for your comfort like I said before get a room or stay home.
- MamaDanaMarie (8/5): Nice casino in Florence. - Very nice casino but bartenders need some training. We like to visit casinos so checked this one out while in the area. Very clean property with a good game selection. My husband sat at the bar near the entrance for about 10 minutes and the girl never even acknowledged him (and he was playing the Keno machine). He finally gave up and left. I went to the other bar (Blue something?) and sat at the bar and waited about 5 minutes. Not a word- there were 2 employees behind the bar chatting but neither ever came over. We eventually returned to the other bar and the same young lady finally asked if we wanted something. Disappointing service but then there was a shift change and the next woman was a bit better and more attentive.
- robertsM5094EB (2/5): This is for RV “park” not hotel. Horrible service, rude, web site wrong - not free - I’ll make this short. The young man at RV check in told me it was $30 per night whether you hook up to power or not (if you play and earn 50 points, they say you will get your money back- we’ll see). Then he tried to put me in a short site though my truck and trailer are 40 feet. He refused a longer site. A second man came out and began arguing with me. I told him my truck would get pinned in once another RV arrived. He clearly had no idea what he was doing. Finally, we parked in the middle of the lot without power. I won’t come back and won’t gamble there again.
- David (10/5): - The room was very basic just the things you need no frills room was extremely clean! Amd quiet. Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Steak house is decent. Lots of parking
- Jonathan (8/5): - Just stayed in the hotel portion for a night as well as went to the gaming floor for a bit. The entire property is affected by the cigarette smoke and has a certain smell that is unpleasant but tolerable. The ventilation system on the gaming floor could be better as the card tables have a sign that says, "No Smoking or Vaping" yet the slot machines are less than 10 feet away with people smoking leisurely. The smoke permeates everything there and I feel sorry for the workers and therefore the patrons who have to deal with the smell. However, this is par for the course for nearly any casino, but the smell shouldn't be affecting the rooms furthest from the gaming floor *at the very least*.
- Christopher (10/5): - Easy check-in, lots of parking, clean room and casino. We had a lot of fun and will be back for sure. 🎰👍♠️♣️♥️♦️🃏💰
- Jessica (10/5): - My visit to this casino was nice!! I enjoyed being in a clean room.
- Arlene (10/5): - Excellent staff. Really nice people at front desk and in maintenance. The battery was apparently running low in the room safe. So, as we were getting ready to leave it remained locked. I thought, “Oh no, this is going to be a big delay!” Not so, the first staff person I met in the hall turned out to be the right person. He immediately fixed it with a kind smile and we were on our way.
- Lisa (10/5): - Nice front desk staff
- Sammy (6/5): - Front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. Loud maids. The food and beds are great
- Kay (10/5): - This casino resort, although smallish, had plenty of games, nice rooms, and tasty food. The staff were helpful when needed.
- Kathleen (10/5): - Specious room and bathroom. Check in desk, rooms, food court, restaurant, poker room, and sports book are all located in the non-smoking part of the facility. Helpful staff, good food, and a great base to venture out and visit local shops, the dunes, and Bay Street.
- Bailey (10/5): - Super friendly staff and clean rooms!
- Jason (10/5): - Clean large property. Staff was helpful
- Francois (10/5): - Great property
- Sandra (6/5): - Beds too high rooms not sound proof could hear people all night long
- tanis (10/5): - Staff were great when checking in. The atmosphere is enjoyable. Nice to have eats and drinks on site. Rooms clean and large.
- KYRA (10/5): - First time staying here and we will definitely return! Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly.
- Siobhan (6/5): - The check in experience was okay but we were not told about the amenities or what time things close. We also asked for a different room number because my friend thought it would be lucky but the front desk person would not even check to see if it was available and just told us that all of the rooms were preassigned. I had an incident with security the first night I was there where they came out and told me (calling it an education experience) that people were not allowed to drink outside of the hotel. Mind you I was drinking out of one of my water bottle so there was no way to know what was in there. They wanted my ID then they wanted my name since I did not have my ID on me and they said if I did not comply then they could kick me off the property. So I gave my name begrudgingly. At first I brushed off the annoying idea that they came out to me because I am person of color but as I saw other people outside drinking and saw no security my annoyance turned to anger that I was harassed on my first night by security and yet other people were outside drinking out of beer cans and solo cups and I saw no security. It clouded the whole experience. Plus we were late checking out we were charged a late fee even though we asked housekeeping to give us more time. By the time we got to the desk they had already ran the card for the total and the late fee.
- heath (4/5): Avoid at all cost - Lost our reservation.
Room was not ready in check in after the “found it” 1 hour after trying to check in. So finally got to our room 2 hours after trying
Just a whole bunch of “am sorry” but not a lot of “this is how we are going to make it better”
- Joyce E (10/5): - I wish the casino was all non-smoking!
- Daniel (10/5): Very nice - Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
- Nassim (8/5): - Good location and nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately could still smell smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Probably came through vents in casino. But overall very nice stay.
- Richard (10/5): - clean room and convenient for food.
- Rubie (10/5): - Very clean rooms and the beds were very comfy. The staff was very helpful and nice.
- Sharon (8/5): - The room was well insulated and I could barely hear the people above us. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. They definitely deserved the tip we left them.
- Brian (10/5): - Very well maintained property with excellent staff that were kind and personable.
- Robin (8/5): - It was nice, food not that great.
- JAMES (10/5): - Very nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Will definitly stay here again.
- Rene (10/5): - I really liked the beautiful flowered landscaping entrance. I didn't like the coffee.
- Lori (10/5): - The dunes were pretty
- jose (10/5): - Easy to check in
- Yanqing (10/5): - Decline my credit card, but their restaurant ok with my credit card
- Philip (10/5): - I stayed in a few casinos while exploring the coast, three rivers was by far the nicest. Staff was great, room was great, parking was easy. I’d stay again for sure.
- Amalia (10/5): - Everything was great! Wish you had a breakfast option earlier than 11am
- Philip (10/5): - Good quality comfortable bed.
- Sally (6/5): - The beds were propped up so high, it was difficult to get into bed and impossible to sit on the bed. There were only two chairs in the room for sitting. We rented 3 rooms and our whole family would sometimes gather in one room. Everyone was just standing around uncomfortably b/c they couldn't sit. I think the rooms were deliberately designed to keep guests out of them and down on the casino floor.
- Peter (8/5): - Large, nice rooms, staff is pleasant, quiet location but close to beautiful dunes and other natural attractions
- Rebecca K. (10/5): - The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. There are nice restaurants to choose from in the casino part of the hotel.
- Daniel C (10/5): Great hotel! - Great hotel. Friendly and efficient staff.
- Carol (10/5): - It was nice. Check in went smoothly. Room was nice, a couple missed things on the cleaning. Staff was friendly
- Robert (10/5): - No real view from our room, just a big parking lot, but the room itself was excellent: clean, tight, quiet, comfortable, and in perfect condition.
Well worth the money!
- Dana (10/5): - The front desk and security staff were fantastic! We forgot a much loved quilt and pillow at the hotel. Security verified ownership and since we were not near the property, they promptly mailed it to our home for us. This was very much appreciated!
- Tamara (10/5): - Great place to stay. Nice staff. Nice rooms. Good food.
- Kenneth (10/5): - The property has lots of free parking and several places to ear. The room was clean and spacious, the beds very comfy. Check in and out was quick and easy, the guy who checked me in was friendly and efficient. The video poker machines were really tight. I would stay again.
- Stacie (10/5): - We stayed here for one night on our road trip. The room was very clean and I loved the bathroom! Easy check in.
- Sonia (10/5): - The property was nice and quiet
- graciela (10/5): - The room was a hugh and nice
- SARAH (10/5): - We enjoyed everything and will definitely come back
- Carmen (10/5): - Shuttle service was great, and personnel were very friendly
- Stephanie (8/5): - The room was comfortable and clean, the desk staff helpful and friendly.
- Ursula (10/5): - We’re greeted by a very friendly and professional staff member in the lobby. Nice quick and easy check in.
Lovely casino with a lot of games for a professional or amateur like my husband and I too enjoy.
- BRIAN (10/5): - Nice clean rooms. Next time we will get a room on top floor. We had a hard time sleeping with noise
- David (10/5): Family Vacation - Unexpected surprise. Beautiful resort on the coast. Super accommodations, large room, comfortable beds, several dining options on the property, and the casino. Absolutely would stay again.
- Cynthia (8/5): - This is a casino/hotel. Clean and friendly. We enjoyed our stay
- Rodd (10/5): - Great!
- Bernard (10/5): - Nothing
- maryam (10/5): - Everything we needed
- Nichole (10/5): - Probably a great place to stay, but I had a hard time finding gluten free options and nothing for kids to do.
- David (10/5): - We had a wonderful time. The hotel/Casino was very nice and the service was outstanding. Especially the security who discovered my car was still running in the parking lot..how embarrassing. Great job. Dave and Kim Letourneau
- Frances (10/5): - The rooms were large and very clean. Everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and very pleasant. Food was good. Had a great time two thumbs 👍 up. Five stars.
- J9931GOjuliec (8/5): Started out rough, ended up great!!! - The person at the front desk was very friendly. The bed was really bad, it has a huge dent in the middle of the mattress and was uncomfortable. We were awakened by the obnoxious neighbors (not hotels fault). After failed attempts to quiet them down ourselves, we got out of bed and went to the front desk to complain about them and the horrible mattress. This Exceptional desk person kindly moved us to a very comfortable and very quiet room and also had security address the noisy neighbors ( I am sure we weren't the only ones bothered by them). The Staff was amazing Kudos to all of you!!!
- Keith (10/5): - Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room
- Corey (8/5): - We really enjoy three rivers casino and travel there fairly often. Disappointed with the food venues this trip. Blue Bills service was lacking and lack of breakfast option after 11:00. Pizza restaurant also closed early. Other then those items, the experience matched our expectations.
- 991cathrinem (8/5): Nice small casino and Sportsbook - Nice smaller Casino with a Sportsbook. Nice to have a place to bet on college sports. The sports books pretty new and right now they are not offering rewards points on any Sportsbook bets. That was unfortunate finding after we went to turn in our winnings. Also you have to cash your tickets within 30 days. It has a nice Ambience and it's handicap friendly. I've never stayed at the joining Hotel but there's tons of accommodations right in Florence just a few minutes away.
- Cindy (10/5): Florence Getaway - Granddaughters and I had a fabulous 2 day stay! Our only complaint was a security person questioned my granddaughters sitting in the lobby near the registration area. Asked them for id’s and what they were doing there. They were simply waiting for me and shouldn’t have been bothered 😕
Otherwise things were great!
- kurt (8/5): - Great food choices
- Larry (8/5): - Limited restaurant options had to go to town because of limited choices. Our local casino has over a dozen restaurants so we are spoiled.
- Carol (8/5): - Our stay here was very good. We had everything we needed. The restaurant/café Bonfire was above average. There was no view but that was OK. The only thing I didn’t like was that the slots were so tight!
- jessika (10/5): - Great location
- Bridget (10/5): - Property is nice and clean, rooms are always clean and friendly staff.
- Kena (10/5): - The beds were very comfortable and food was very good at a reasonable price.
- Tamara (10/5): - Great hotel check-in customer service. Friendly staff. Great food. Nice, clean, spacious rooms.
- 903michaelh (2/5): Football playoffs - We went there to watch the football playoffs. They had closed the sports bar for remodel at the height of the playoffs. Plenty of square footage and plenty of TVs. That left one large screen for viewing the game. Jam packed, nowhere to sit and if wanted a beverage the line was a joke, . I left. Why they closed the bar is baffling, Whoever came to that decision ( timely remodel) should be required to attend the Super Bowl there. My bet he would look around at the mass of people and think “ maybe we should have put the remodel off a week or two. Sheer stupidity. DONT go there for the Super Bowl thinking you’ll enjoy yourself Wow did you guys sure screws this one up BIg Time. Review from from a longtime customer.
- Haylie (4/5): - Dirty room
- Sugar (10/5): - We stayed over 1 night and we enjoyed our stay. Clean, friendly staff, safe and fun.
- Jutta (8/5): - Very clean and well maintained. However, only one chair in a room with 2 queen beds. No place to sit other than the beds.
- Douglas (8/5): - Get rid of the bathtub, nobody takes bath on a 2 or 3 night stay
- Lisa (10/5): - Property and staff were great! We will stay here again.
- Bianca (10/5): - A great place to stay. Wonderful rooms, excellent customer service. Grwat food.
- Verified traveler (10/5): GREAT TIME! - We enjoyed our stay at the Three Rivers Casino Resort. Very friendly and competent staff. Rooms were clean and warm. TV was user-friendly. Great parking. Super bartenders at the bar making especially tasty drinks.
- MARILYN (8/5): - Had a great get away, very clean and staff was awsome.
- Bill (8/5): - The bad thing is the showers the water was barely warm we like very very warm not cool showers they need to turn up the hot water temp.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad experiences - Front desk - awful service. Had to speak to manager to check in. Then after we were in our room we were interrupted twice by front desk staff (who came to our room rather than call) to inquire about our keys and then give us new ones. Then we left the room for a while and came back to find they had let someone else into our room, had his jacket on our bed around our stuff and he was using our bathroom! Luckily we came to our room while he was there to avoid other potential problems because he left the room at that time. Front desk (sort of). apologized and gave us coffee coupons but could not adjust our room rate. We tried to use a coupon this morning upon our departure but coffee shop was not open. LOL. I could not get anyone to check us out this morning at the front desk although the employee was just there a moment ago. I waited and waited for help because I wanted a receipt. A random employee came by and instructed me just to drop my key in the box. Nobody would help me at the front desk but it is okay as I have friends at their head office in Coos Bay who will help me. We also had minor problems at their sports bar but food was good and they sincerely apologized for their error.
- Tresa (10/5): - It looked like new carpet which makes it so much nicer
- Bridget (10/5): - Check in is quick and easy and staff is always really friendly.
- Nancy (10/5): Nice place. - Very friendly staff and a quiet room. clean and large room with nice double vanity in bathroom.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beds were really comfortable! Rooms were really nice and very affordable!
- Christina (10/5): - The people in other rooms were noisy… and housekeeper as well…
- DAnn (8/5): - We had a great trip, all was good. We would stay here again.
- Alana (10/5): - Clearly the best hotel in town. Friendly hotel staff, and truly customer oriented. The beds are very comfortable coupled with the other up to date furnishings.
Great food choices, so no need to leave the facility. The casino has the newest slots, and always fun to be had.
- ralph (6/5): - Had to leave for airport at 7:30 am Valet not open/operating until 9:00 am Should have been told that when checked in
- Jerilyn (10/5): - Most everyone was very friendly. Both couples had the lettuce wraps at the sports bar & the meat was burnt. The only response we got from the waitress was OH!
