- Demetria (2/5): - Hice una reserva para mi cumpleanos, fui con mi mama, mi esposo, y mi hija reserve 3 dias 2 noches primero desde que llegamos al hotel se suponia que el check in era a las 3:00 pm, esperamos hasta las 3;30pm y me dicen pueden subir usted y su esposo a su habitacion y yo les dije como asi y mi mama su habitacion ? oh ella puede ir con ustedes su habitacion estara al lado que es que la estan terminando de limpiar me quedue en shock ok subimos porque andaba con mi bebe y quedaron de llamar o a mi que llamara eran las 4 y nada asi que llame y dicen ok puede ir a su hab. ya esta casi lista pero ya puede entrar , cuando llegamos a su hab. esta saliendo la de limpieza cerro la puerta y nos dijo que abrieramos con la llave pues tratamos y nada volvemos a mi hab. y llame a reservacion y me dicen que mi mama que baje a buscar la llave al momento le dije que me comunicara con un supervisor porque como iba mi mama a ir tan lejos a buscar una llave , entonces dicen ok le vamos a mandar una casi a las 5 de la tarde despues llamamos porque el aire no servia mandan a alguien a chekarlo y segun el lo arreglo pero nada no sirvio nunca en los dias que estuvimos ahi la segunda noche llamamos para lo mismo y nada nos contestaron y colgaron y jamas volvieron a llamar, ibas a recepcion nadie te ayudaba para nada , llamabas y nada una mala actitud quisimos hacer una reserva en uno de losrestaurantes y nada no pudimos fuimos a recepcion para ver si nos ayudaban y nos dijeron que ahi no era su traba

The smell of delicious food wafting from the restaurant always gets my attention. Having someone else cook amazing meals while on vacation is the best. I wish I was there right now!

All glassware smelled like fish and alcoholic beverages tasted like soap because they didn’t have enough cups and would have to quickly wash cups to give out new drinks

Even though we were compensated in another way, I was not happy with that. Karisma was the company that wanted us to join and kept insisting, and the representative was annoyed that we wouldn't join.

- Bermaly (10/5): - This is my 2nd time going. I love my room had the swim up pool. My kids in there everyday even after going to the bug pool where you hang out & listen to mysuc. I like the fact every night they had a different show. I also love they have alot of activities for the kids. My kids love the water park and the slime. The staff treated us like family. Everybody spoke even to the gardeners. ❤️❤️❤️ I will definitely go back a 3rd time. Highly recommend this place to take the lil ones.

- Stephanie (6/5): - The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. My main concern was safety, there were vendors on beach at the resort, selling bracelets and handmade crafts. My husband purchased a few things from them, in front of the resort’s security. Paid via cash app, we later received text messages from these people demanding more money and sending threats to us. We reported this situation. The response we received was “it’s ok don’t worry, this is why we tell tourists not to buy from them”. We were never given this information, nor were we warned by the security guard on the beach. The staff stated they couldn’t control who goes on the beach since it is a public place. Needless to say, we were extremely uncomfortable sleeping in our room due to this situation. We also got sucked in a long promotion pitch about their rewards program. They offered free breakfast with the characters, for 1 hour of our time. It ended up being 3.5 hours and they charged us for the breakfast at checkout. To save anyone from this headache, one of the packages they were selling was 100k USD and they wanted 18k down payment. Save your time!

I didn’t like that you have to book your specialty restaurant each morning at 9am sharp or you would not get an ideal time. They upcharge you for so many things that I am used to having it included with other all inclusive resorts I have stayed in. For instance top shelf liquor and fresh coconuts. The food was better in the specialty restaurants. The staff were friendly overall. I expected more entertainment and character experiences out and about. It just didn’t live up to what I expected for the price point. We could have went to another resort and saved thousands of dollars. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place to be.

- Alexis (10/5): - The entire resort was very clean and the staff are attentive. If you call for anything to be brought to your room it comes pretty quickly. Other resorts I have to call multiple times before I actually get it. The food at the buffet is very good and they change it up daily. Desserts are not the best, but the have the Sweetery, so there have lots of ice cream and other options to fix that sweet tooth. The water park is great and they have trolleys back and forth all day to take you there and back. But it's not that far and is definitely walking distance. Overall I have no complaints and would recommend and go back.
- Diana (6/5): - This property has a nice waterpark that kids will enjoy, but unfortunately, that’s about the only highlight. All the kids’ activities come with an extra cost, and even the character breakfast was about $55 per person. The rooms are not well maintained — the shower was in poor condition, towels were stained, and the balcony doors barely opened. Food across the resort was just okay, nothing special. The arrival and departure process was some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. At check-in, we weren’t given a map or any information about the resort — you have to wait for the concierge, who mainly focuses on selling activities. At check-out, we waited over 25 minutes just to leave. The beach was very disappointing, completely covered in seaweed. They only started cleaning after three days, and even then it was still full of seaweed, making it not enjoyable at all. Customer service was very inconsistent. At the waterpark, I even had to wait in line just to get a glass of water since only bartenders could provide it. Overall, aside from the waterpark, I can’t recommend this property — especially considering the price and level of service.

I have stayed in other resorts in other islands and never had this issue AT ALL. The resort is also extremely expensive for they offer. The plushies they have in the shops for sale should be free. It’s a shame a small plushie costs $65. Ridiculous! But of course there’s always a first time for everything and I will definitely never be back.

- Natasha Ifill (8/5): - Overall good trip, but I think that they do need to have shuttle bus from the airport to the resort and from the resort. Also, the staff needs to be more attentive and takes them a few minutes before they come to your table to ask you what you want to drink and when you tell them it takes a few to receive your drinks. This was in the majority of the restaurants at the rest. The property is clean and you can see the they are doing some upgrades. They also need to do better with the golf court service that takes you to and from the water park. They told us it runs every five minutes this was not true because we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and no golf cutter so ended it walking over there.

The private pool was dirty, and the food was absolutely disgusting — bland, low quality, and in some cases barely edible. The reservation app is useless, making it frustrating to book anything. Beach service was slow, there were far too few staff for such a large resort, and the character activities were minimal and underwhelming. The rooms dont look as nice as in the pictures, and the Minibars you have to beg almos for them to refill the fridge. For the price, this was a huge letdown. I do not recommend this resort to anyone.

There was no entertainment for kids, there was a schedule but activities were ofthen cancel or delay, we schedule the paid breakfast and dinner with characters ($100 adult, $75 kids) and the show fell very short, made the mistake of scheduling on a Sunday were they were very understaff, we couldn’t get drinks. I use the valet parking for my rental car and when I get to the location to return I notice the car a 4 feet long yellow scratch that I had to pay extra $500 at the rental location. Nick place is their baby sitting area but they take your kid from 10-12mid-day and then again from 2-4pm because from 12-2 they take a brake and parents need to be there to watch their own kids inside the club? This is very inconvenient because this place is located 20 minutes away from the beach rooms and is not worthy! They need an 2 hour brake after watching kids for two hours?? Any other all inclusive you can live your kids for 4-6 hours and it’s ok, in Jamaica they take them for the whole day to dance, to perform at the stage every day before the adult shows etc. Employees were friendly but not that friendly, like force friendly. To summarize; Nickelodeon should be a kids place, any other all inclusive offers double entertainment, after 3 days eating drinking and pool gets boring, need to step up, also resort on the older side witch is ok but needs some TLC things broken everywhere you go!

The staff was rude and made promises and did not keep their word. I booked for July 15-19 and we unfortunately missed the flight down because we were behind an accident. We checked in the next day. Before we left I reached out to Expedia asking to use the credit from day one for an additional day. When we checked in the check out date reflected an extension. On the 19th we went to the front desk because they told us we were suppose to check out. I spoke to Jeri and Daniel the manager and they advised that I had to pay an additional day. We paid the 513. Daniel and Jeri advised that they couldn’t move the credit because it takes 30 days to be paid from Expedia but when I get home I can ask for a refund on the first day since I didn’t use it and they will give the money back. Since then the hotel is sending me back to Expedia and will not reply to Expedia so my refund was denied. Never again! The property needs to be updated. Food not at right temperature(yogurt warm) undercooked meat.

I have an artistic child I asked to please to take rice for my kid to the room they denied me and room service don’t have any rice. The only thing nice was the characters in the resort, because the breakfast was nasty. They have the same breakfast in the buffet we regularly eat. I thought this resort was good with kids that have autism, but I didn’t see that at all! I’m very disappointed. I waited 30 mins at check out to get a ride back to the FD.

We had a nice swim up suite and I totally recommended. It was nice because the waterpark closed at 5 PM and the pool is closed at 7 PM. Bring snacks for your kids and socks for indoor play area. Do not forget the sunscreen. I brought 2 bottles and finished one easy with a family of 3 and aloe with you get burned. Our room was clean but condition of the room things could have been repaired. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms was nice and cool stayed at 19 degrees Celsius and our other room. We could not get it to go down. It stayed at roughly 25°C. I told staff but it never was fixed. Food wasn’t the best for kids in my opinion but it was ok. Download the app for the hotel to see daily activities and when you get there scan QR code so you can make dinner reservations from 9 AM to 3 PM every day. K

Also, the whole resort experience 5 power outages extending up to a hour during the first outage. The staff members including security aren’t doesn’t speak English and continued to tell me that they don’t speak English so that a huge concern. I asked the Security personnel questions about the entire resort being without power at night kinds dangerous especially with small children and he said I don’t speak English. As the power continued to go out day two not as long but, definitely going out none of the staff addressed the issues. Not, all the dining places opened each day and I was told at check-in they were fully booked 400 guest so it made it really challenging to get dinner reservations even when trying at 9am when the reservations opened. They had a buffet restaurant open to everyone no reservations needed however, eating the same foods when there are other options isn’t good for the guest. It feel that if you didn’t speak Spanish you weren’t a priority when it came to communication. Nickelodeon is a large corporation and they should provide training to their team on speaking other languages. Lastly, some of the team members weren’t practicing the most hygienic food handling I observed a team member testing sauce and licking his fingers and not washing his hands. I definitely believe more training would help this resort.

It was so peaceful in the morning and in the afternoon you barely heard any noise even though the pool was right there the staff was excellent. They tended to every need. The buffet had so many choices. I definitely wasn’t disappointed, but the restaurants on the property were top-tier. Overall, I rate this resort 10 out of 10 and I would definitely be visiting again.

Many times in other areas of the resort (restaurants, coffee) the staff did not smile or want to interact; they seemed quite annoyed. One the flight home, several other guests mentioned this as well. The water park was very nice- loved the lazy river and waterslides. Was there in July though so would be a little worried to go back in high season as it would be very crowded I would think plus not enough lounge chairs near main water area even in July. The food was ok-plus. I was not a big fan of the buffet options but the restaurants were good. Not much evening entertainment at all if you are looking for that but for a family worn out by the pools and water park enjoyment all day, wasn’t a huge deal. Did not see many characters around and many things are extra pricing. I was not approached but again others told me that they were hard sold to buy time shares on the property. Our room was perfectly up-to-date, beds were comfortable, and it was super clean.

- Zuley (8/5): - Al momento de hacer check in, deberían dar todas las instrucciones del check out, en mi caso, había reservado con late check out, salí a desayunar y regresé a la habitación a las 11;40am y mi llave no funcionaba, fue incómodo porque nuestra habitación estaba muy lejos del lobby y cuando pedimos ayuda a la housekeeping para abrirla, nos dijo que no podía porque era nueva. Tuvimos que salir y encontrar una supervisora que nos ayudó para sacar las maletas, no teníamos conocimiento de que eso pasaria. El otro inconveniente fue con la comida, los restaurantes a la carta no valen la pena, la calidad de la comida no es buena y pensamos que sería otra experiencia, no simplemente sentarte a una mesa más. La comida en el buffet si fue muy buena. Y quiero felicitar a los que realizan el show de Michael Jackson, sin duda fue de lo mejor que tuvo el hotel.
