- jaimepX4773DB (8/5): Cozy and convenient - This is a cozy and convenient hotel; 20 mins from airport and 10 mins to RAI exhibition centre. Attached to a mall downstairs with lots of eateries and a grocery store. Rooms equipped with induction stove, microwave and dishwasher. My fav place to be is Papa’s Loft where breakfast is served; although food options are limited and gets repetitive, but the vibe is warm and welcoming. Breakfast specialist Ms Pansy greets everyone enthusiastically and offered me recommendations on places to go as a first time tourist. Looking forward to return.

- Mary (10/5): - Room was comfortable, modern and had all the amenities. Staff were considerate and breakfast was great. I wish the hotel and staff would have promoted that there was a free shuttle running to the Zuid station and back to shopping centre that hotel was part of. We found out by chance on our last day and there was a lot of rain the 3 days we were there. Also the hotel boasts a self serve laundromat with washers and dryers. Cost for either was 7 euros. I washed one load which came a little damper than it should have. I dried it twice, used extra dry on second try and it still came out damp. So 21 euros not well spent.

The room was great: both the room itself and the bathroom were big and clean with all the facilities you might need, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is all right if you don't mind taking a walk to the metro station to go into the city centre.

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is attached to a mall with a grocery store, which was very convenient. Gusto di Casto is an Italian restaurant located outside the mall. It's absolutely delicious and easy to walk to from the hotel. It's a small, family-owned restaurant with eat-in and takeaway. We ate there several times during our stay. I didn't realize how far it was from city central, but that was my fault for not checking. The mall had a shuttle that takes you to the metro, but the timing wasn't always convenient, so we often had to use Uber.

Parkeren onder het hotel perfect en Niet duur. Papa’s lounge als bar heeft ook zeer vriendelijk personeel. De prijs voor het ontbijt is te duu erg voor het gebodene. Overigens alles perfect inclusief gereduceerd parkeertarief.

- Karin (8/5): Wir fanden Amsterdam und die Unterkunft sehr, sehr gut und kommen gerne wieder. - Tolles Frühstück, der Shuttle zur Tram und zur Metro ist eine super Sache Die Bettdecken waren unter die Matratze gesteckt, beim Rausholen löste sich die Decke vom Bezug, da es unten keinen Verschluss am Bezug gab. Das geht sicher ganz leicht besser, zum Beispiel durch das einfache umschlagen der Decke.

- farawmurad (10/5): Highly recommended and great stay! - Had a pleasant stay. Location is perfect! Just next to the luxury Gelderlandplein shopping mall. The mall had amazing facilities with a two major grocery stories - a great convenience. In front of the mall was also a free shuttle bus to the nearest train station, or it was just a quick 15 minute walk. The rooms were very comfortable for 4 people and the sofa bed was bigger than expected. Very clean as well and with complete amenities. Breakfast is excellent and the staff, especially Gaby, were very accommodating and friendly! She went the extra mile to make sure the food followed our dietary needs and gave us traveling tips. The front desk staff, Melinda especially, were helpful and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this place and hopefully will come again!

There were additional pillows in the wardrobe but they didn’t seem clean (not protected by a sealed plastic cover) - the quality of the towels (fated ones)

Great restaurants all round within walking distance and next to a nice and niche shopping mall. Special thanks to Element Hotel team who made our stay very memorable! Andreina at the Front desk, who made us feel so much at home when we arrived at the hotel. The morning breakfast crew, Pansy was such a lovely lady who took great care of us and the breakfast team gave us a nice and thoughtful anniversary surprise !! The check out by Melinda was seamless and easy.. will be back for sure if we visit Amsterdam again ❤️

Also the reception staff were very polite, professional and helpful (there was an Indian girl there that went out of her way to help us - she was great, but they were all very good). Her friendly and optimistic demeanor made us feel right at home and well taken care of. Location was also great (right above a shopping mall); rooms are clean and lovely (our room was east-facing, so we got the sun shining every morning, warming up the room). Only one downside - washing machine and dryer were separate, small and expensive.

The rooms were extremely clean, the team was incredibly friendly and it was a short easy walk to the metro to go into town. The area was safe, and a lot of fun! Ox and buck is a great bar as well as dickys! The daily breakfast was a great way to start my day and having the mail and grocery store next door was great! The self service laundry was very helpful 7euros for wash and 7 euros for dry! There’s a little library on floor 1 and it truly was a cozy stay!! I highly suggest this hotel!

Tenho vontade de nunca mais voltar lá por isso, no entanto o quarto e o pequeno almoço eram otimos.

Good restaurant right off the lobby. Included breakfast is very good. Hotel is attached to a mall with a great grocery store and a liquor store. Free shuttle from the hotel takes you to Central Station where you can connect to trains to everyplace else. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an open door entrance on both sides. I did not feel very safe in the lobby. At times, there was no front desk person people just walk in and out of the lobby. - Emina (10/5): - Dieses Hotel würde ich wirklich jedem empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Es war mein Geburtstag und ich habe eine kleine Pralinenschachtel bekommen, was wirklich eine sehr schöne Geste war. Wir konnten sogar eine Stunde früher einchecken. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls hervorragend, gut ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, sogar eine Küche. Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat, ist der Parkplatz, der sich im Einkaufszentrum befindet. Dort steht das Auto die ganze Zeit sicher und alles funktioniert problemlos. Ich habe wirklich nichts Konkretes als Nachteil zu nennen. Das Einzige wäre, dass das Hotel etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt ist, aber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe, sodass auch das überhaupt kein Problem darstellt.
