Guest Reviews
- Tavon (8/5): - the staff have amazing attitudes and are very friendly got a big truck small parking lot, but it’ll do
- Brooke (10/5): -
- Jeff (4/5): - Very little Dirty microwave
- Carr (1/5): Don't. - The rate was the only good thing but still not worth it The parking lot supervisor was out of control. He acts like there is nothing he isn't allowed to do or say like he forgot what discrimination was. He yelled at me, made up his own rules that I was supposed to follow like if I got doordash after 10pm I had to go to the corner and get it..like he is stopping the riffraff from hanging out there like they aren't permanent residents. Screamed at me on the phone and hung up on me. Said things like "can you not hear me" after I pointed out hjm contradicting himself
- Guest (7/5): - Bed was too soft for my taste but that's probably because I like a firm mattress to sleep on
- shelley (2/5): - Filthy and disgusting!!
- Lathaniel (6/5): - Honestly, I can’t be too disappointed for a $45 motel. It’s an older place with some issues. The AC unit would not cool and the shower would not maintain a consistent temperature. You either got scalded or froze. I only had a one night stay so it is what it is.
- Albert (10/5): - Comfortable.
- Jacob (2/5): - Looked like a drug hotel. carpet dirty and torn all over. smelled like cigarettes and had empty food cans sitting in front of the door. felt like i was going to catch something if we actually stayed there. We actually ended up staying somewhere else. Staff was friendly though.
- Marianne (3/5): They charged me 4 times the pet rate due to me being a local and there was no breakfast even offered -
- Quinisha (10/5): - Definitely is safe
- Daryl (2/5): - We had to come on a medical emergency and I could find a dog sitter and this was the cheapest option out of anything I could find the lady was rude at check in. Our room had torn carpet and already had trash in the trash can. The toilet wasn't flushed and the TV picture wasn't very visible. Just really sucked and couldn't sleep or enjoy some quiet time because next door in 107 a dig constantly barked... Also the dog area was very dirty and I had stepped in other poop. I literally had to go to the park by the hospital to take my dogs potty. Very disgusted and disappointed wish I could get a refund because it was horrible I will never stay here again. Thanks
- Large (7/5): -
- Guest (8/5): - Kind of hard to find as a traveler
- Louis (2/5): I won’t be staying here again - Not a whole lot was ok at this place. Desk staff was helpful but had a bad attitude. The room was dirty and the windows didn’t look and were cracked.
- Braden (2/5): - I arrived after midnight and they put me right next to the smoking bench, so I didn't get any sleep. People above me walked their dog at 4am, There were tiny bugs in the bathtub that I had to wash down the drain before my shower.
- Maria Jose (1/5): -
- Deborah (8/5): - The staff were great. Thanks for the security. Room was very clean.
- Samuel (6/5): I wouldn’t stay there again - The beds were fine, there were paint marks on the carpet, the walls were damaged, it was a “nonsmoking” room but the smoke from other rooms, I suspect, was so bad that it wasn’t a non smoking room. I would call this a last minute, nothing else is available, not recommended, place to stay.
- Shannon (6/5): Good value for a night - The staff was very friendly and were very accommodating in getting me a quiet room. Good value for a quick stay. The rooms were very basic and could use a bit of sprucing up. There were a few flies in my room as well.
- todd (8/5): - It rained hard, back wall had water intrusion.
- Meric (8/5): - Rough part of town. However, a very good price for the room/
- Katelyn (6/5): Comfy Beds - The end was way more rundown than I thought it was, but the beds were surprisingly super comfortable and super clean! The staff was ready to go to check us in even though we had a late check-in and they clean the room basically as soon as we were out of it. They did take a little while to get to the dust sometimes because they may not have been in that exact area, but they got there as quick as they could. The area didn’t look the best, but it did seem safe at the same time. The tub had a real bad dirt ring around it, though, which made a few people in the party feel uncomfortable about showering there.
- david (8/5): - strange place but felt safe
- Josj (10/5): Exceptional -
- jon (10/5): - Don't judge a book by. It's cover.
- Bobby (8/5): No frills but comfy and a great receptionist. - Although the room was tired, it was clean, comfortable, the WiFi worked well and the shower was good, warm.and powerful . The only food outlet was Subway, situated a couple of blocks away. Other thst that the place is fine for the price.
- Domingo (10/5): - Awesome place can't complain
- Jill (10/5): - Broken down car in the parking lot, and another with a broken window, felt unsafe. The desk had no chair and staff could not help. No ice. The hotel rate was $20 less than what we paid. Staff was friendly but limited in what they could do; not helpful.
- Katie (6/5): - The people are friendly, pets welcome. Rules are fairly reasonable. Only real issue was a cockroach infestation. Had to flick a couple of my body while trying to sleep. Had to sleep with a light on to keep em off me...
- Jerry (8/5): Very good - The price was right.
The staff were friendly. The place needs an upgrade .
- Camaron (10/5): - Incredibly wonderful people! Kind, and friendly!
- Denise (6/5): - Carpet had just been cleaned, so it was wet.
- Gross (7/5): Good - The staff was friendly. The location was in a rough part of town.
- Anonymous (5/5): Pleasantly surprised! - It allows dogs so that was great for us as not many places do! They had a designated area for dogs to go potty. The bed and shower were surprisingly clean and it was very quiet. The staff was amazing and friendly. The decor was outdated and the exterior was a little run down but it was a small very old family business and I assume the decor was the way it was because they allow dogs and spending on newer decor was pointless as some dogs are not always the best behaved.
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Leanne (8/5): - Good value room
- claude (8/5): - older establishment. For the price, didnt expect grandeur. room clean and everything worked, although shower valves rotated the opposite way. overall, good overnight stay.
- Chris (2/5): - We literally could not stay there. The room was disgusting, dirty and smelled. Someone was actively breaking into a car outside of our room when we pulled in. I can’t believe this is even an option on Expedia! DO NOT STAY HERE
- Anonymous (2/5): Cockroaches, mildew, and smoke. Do not recommend. - The staff were very nice and informative. Literal cockroaches roaming the room and bathroom. It smelled of mildew and smoke, windows had half cracked glass, half of the rooms are for permanent residents. Non smoking rooms are directly next to or above smoking rooms so secondary smoke was an issue.
- Lucy (5/5): Passable -
- Shondale (6/5): Pleasant - Super clean room abig difference from the outside . No Ice machine
- Daryelin (1/5): Unpleasant - The location seems perfect to me The place had an unpleasant smell, it was in bad condition, not to mention that the afternoon staff was rude because I asked for a disinfectant to put in the room since it was smelly of sewer, I didn't even stay to sleep, I left the room at 7 at night
- John (2/5): - Worst hotel ive ever atayed at and ive seen alot
- Mike (10/5): - Nice 👍🙂
- Marcus (2/5): - Incarcerated individuals live in better conditions. I did not stay the night. It was in an unsafe area of town. This place should be condemned. It was filthy, scary, and no one in their right mind would stay here. Expedia should immediately remove this posting. It is bad advice to even have this as an option.
- Melissa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Davis (1/5): The front desk was nice the hotel itself was awful. I will not be returning. - The only thing I liked was the front desk person. He was very nice I didn’t like that there was black stuff all over my mirror in the bathroom, I didn’t like that I didn’t feel safe enough to sleep under the covers because it felt so dirty in that room. I don’t like that the chain lock was taken off the door. I don’t like that the room smelled awful, I don’t like that there were stains across the carpet, I don’t like how old and rundown everything was. I didn’t like anything about my experience the pictures online or nothing like what the hotel actually looked like. It was a bad area it felt like.
- Wendy (5/5): Comfortable and nice. - The room was comfortable. There was a Bench/swing out in front of our room. The towels were fluffy. The bathtub had a leaking faucet.
- roxanna (10/5): - Comfortabke
- Quinones (1/5): Bad -
- Joshua (9/5): Superb - Peaceful sleep Nada
- John (3/5): Poor - Staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately, there wasn't too much nice to say about room starting with difficulty with lock. Walls were too thin, neighbors complaining about no heat, their dogs rough housing next door and lack of weatherstripping around entry door (see through at bottom). Couldn't stay entire booked reservation and forfeited second nights.
- Wade (6/5): - Unsafe too many vagrants walking around the property.
- Charles (5/5): Passable - Hot water quiet Heating not very good given the time of year
- Julie (2/5): - Yikes! We aren’t bougie but this place is filthy and also unsafe. Don’t stay here.
- Tammi (4/5): - The doors had to be played with to unlock them. There was a gas leak in one of our rooms.
- John (6/5): Pleasant -
- Morales (5/5): Regular - I didn't like it at all The air conditioning filters are very dirty
the carpet was in bad condition
- Jenni (2/5): Hotel Hell - The room was very outdated, no heat, shower was barely a trickle and smelled bad, mold and mildew on walls. There was no way to secure the room. Vents very loud and banging. Took puctures and videos to send to the city of Casper.
- Sapp (2/5): Would not recommend it to anyone! - Nothing Everything. It was more like an apartment complex than a motel! Only had a space heater for heat! The night guy was a complete jerk!
- Cody (8/5): - Very kinda lady at the front when i checked in (which was pretty late) but still welcoming and accomodating. I just stayed for the night to sleep and I was comfertable. Would use this location again.
✔ Clean
✔ Quiet
✔ Comfly
Only negative was the road being worked on so you had to drive around the back. No fault of the establishment.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - The room was mostly clean. There were a few questionable stains on the carpet. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable.
There was no heat, it came with a space heater in the room, but it was very comfortable.
The area was less than stellar, and a lot of people live in the motel, but it was quiet and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping.
All in all, for a one night stay, it was satisfactory and I would stay here again.
- David (6/5): - It was good price for room on a short notice. It was definitely the oldest property I've been too. The inside wiring could have for power cords could have been routed better, I was timid about pluging anything in. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Overall, I would stay again.
- Chad (8/5): - good for the price and location
- Alberto (5/5): Where to begin.... - The staff is very nice and courteous. Room auto locks, so don't walk outside without your key. Bed was comfy. The shower made this loud whining noise and was worse when you opened the cold water. The shower didn't fully seat so there was a ton of water coming out from the bottom which causes the tub to fill slowly. Tons of cosmetic issues with the room. Carpet torn in certain places. Chair was very uncomfortable, could not adjust height. Saw some roaches....
- Robbin (5/5): Good nights sleep for us and our dogs. - Comfortable bed, little noise and a nice area for the dogs. Nice larger fridge. Sketchy neighborhood. Warn facilities and furniture.
- Albert (4/5): - A lot of issues checking in. I'm guessing 3 hours from when we first got they until we had our room. Had to use chat for assistance repeatedly. Only time we had this with expedia.
- Natasha (1/5): Didnt stay due to my fiance not having an id and they refused to give me my money back. - I didnt like anything about it. All parties in your group have to have Government Identification to stay here
- Janice (2/5): - People living there. Cat litter boxes by stairwell. People smoking everywhere. Door has big opening at bottom, can see outside. Roaches. Carpet dirty. People everywhere.
- Tom (2/5): - Noisy - unable to sleep with blaring music non-stop. Cockroach crawling the wall. I left at midnight to sleep in my car
- Oscar (10/5): - It was nice, quick and cheap for the night
- Gordon (4/5): - Didn’t like anything about property. Old and rundown. However bed had clean linens.
- Victoria (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay!!! The office associates were amazing… attentive, friendly and humorous!!!! The room was clean - The property was awesome!! the parking!!! accommodations!’
- Diane (2/5): - This place was primarily a residential inn, there were not even any trash cans in each room. The carpet stunk. Neither the receptionist or the assistant could work the TV and so they had to bring one in their IT guy to fix the television. It was a dirty dive.
- Jainie (4/5): I’m VERY GLAD/thankful that places are like this for poor - I was thankful for very nice towels & toiletries, nice A/C, friendly staff. I do feel I got what I paid for—-I just wasn’t expecting this quality of facility. Tears in the carpet and carpet missing, door not fitting firmly at the bottom, bathroom patch work poorly done & dirty pillows.
- Alexander (5/5): Passable -
- Connie (7/5): Our stay was just fine and the price was right, and no matter what the room was clean, so we would . - The room was fairly clean, the bedding was clean, the TV worked, the people who worked at the front desk were very friendly, The carpets could use a good cleaning, the soft chair in the room could use a good cleaning, the furniture in the room just really all need to be updated,
- Osvaldo (10/5): Exceptional -
- JaNell (10/5): - The people are nice and kind
- Noa (8/5): Very good -
- Joel (2/5): - Smelkedinthe rooms of mold
- Lisa (10/5): - Everything
- E (3/5): Very poor building condition -
- Lori (4/5): Cheap but not cheap enough to stay here again - Thankful they have a nightly patrol. This place is mostly clean Saw a baby roach in the bathroom in the morning. Room smells musty. This is a motel so door opens to outside. Pillows are uncomfortable.
- Nancy (10/5): - I was very comfortable an there were no dislikes
- Leeland (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (8/5): $70 price per night - This seems to be the only hotel in Casper for this price. If you need this price, then this is your place. If you need a nicer place, then, of course, you will need to pay more somewhere else. I appreciate it for what it is. It actually has a little historical value. I was told it is a hotel from the 1950s. So it is that style. It would be nice if the rooms were a little smaller and less expensive. Although that’s what was available.
- DARRYL (2/5): - Terrible not even worth $20. The lobby, desk clerk and my room smelled of cat urine! Bad part of town was afraid to park my car in the lot! You have long time residents living there. Absolutely no sleep finally left at 3AM because of no chance on sleeping
- daniel (10/5): - Na
- Diana (2/5): - This is a smelly and run down motel in the downtown area.
- Richard (1/5): Bad -
- Connie (4/5): The stay was just fine, the bathroom was very clean, the bed was fine, -
- Mike (2/5): Don’t book - Awful - unsafe, dirty - many windows at property were broken- ours had what looked like a gun shot in it and our door was damaged- appeared to be smashed by attempted break in. Sketchy people hanging around and not good area - felt very unsafe. Thought our car would get broken in if we left it there. We ended up not staying and loosing our money to book another hotel as we couldn’t bring ourselves to sit on bed let alone sleep on it.
- Orlena (4/5): - Roaches
- Robert (9/5): Good price for a good room - The young man that checked me in was very helpful and accommodating. Construction off the freeway made it a little tricky getting to at night.
- ha thu (6/5): - Wifi very slow and not leaning mellbad
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional -
- GDFG (6/5): - Carpet in the room was dirty
