Basem (8/5): مكان عائلي بامتياز وبالتأكيد سأعيد التجربة مرة أخرى - الموقع يعتبر الأروع في كل بونشاك ، المطلات متعددة والمكان ساحر خاصة في هذا الوقت من السنة من شهر يناير . يعتبر الفندق في أعلى نقطة في بونشاك. الموظفون متعاونون وبشوشين . المرافق نظيفة ومرتبة . قائمة الإفطار متنوعة مابين إندونيسي وغربي . لا تكاد تجد أي ملاحظة على الموقع إلا ما ندر. هذه هي الزيارة الثانية لي بعد عام 2017 سكنت في كوخ عائلي غرفتين وكان بعض الأثاث يحتاج إلى تجديد مع صبغ بعض الجدران الداخلية.

khmis (6/5): اقامة جميلة وهي الاقامة الثانية - الموقع ممتاز . الفندق قديم ويحتوي على مناظر طبيعية جميلة . المقهى له اطلالة رائعة والجلوس فيه ممتع خصوصا في قبل الغروب يعيبه ان الجلسات محدودة المفارش قديمة . النظافة ليست على المستوى المطلوب وجنا نمل صغير في البلكونة ، الاسرة غير مريحة بل سببت لي آلام في الظهر ، يبث الفندق موسيقى في الممرات وارجاء الفندق تجلب الكآبة للنزيل وتشعر كأنك تعيش مأساة . بالمختصر يحتاج الفندق الى التجديد الشامل واستغلال هذا الموقع الجبار.

Chris (8/5): Very relaxing - This is a lovely place to stay, very relaxing. It has a beautiful garden with lots of nice areas, great plants, play areas and a big pool. The restaurant was also very good and the staff all round very helpful and friendly. The views are great too.

H1722KJsharonw (2/5): TERRIBLE ALLERGY SERVICE GIVING WHEAT DISHES SAYING THEY WERE GLUTEN FREE - we came to the restaurant and had pre-ordered a gluten free meal. they seemed friendly and immediately bought out separate food - but it contained wheat and was very visibly wheat noodles. Had I eaten it without knowing and checking I would have been very ill. The manager said "what you can't eat that?" when explaining no it was clearly wheat noodles all he wanted to do was instead bring out rice noodles. They took no responsibility for their error, no concern, no duty of care and I would not recommend eating here with any food allergies. Staff knowledge is terrible, especially when I was only being served by the manager. So dangerous when they say it is gluten fee and clearly was not.

39saida (8/5): Memorable Experience at Century Old Resort - My wife and I, together with our son and his wife, stayed for two nights at this nearly a century old Puncak Pass Resort. This was the final stop of our marathon Indonesian holiday visiting 5 towns in Bali and in Java. The Puncak Pass Resort is located at 1500 metres above sea level. The weather can get very chilly in the evenings. In fact, at about 3 pm the stratus cloud begins to blow from over the mountains and soon shrouds the whole area in mist or fog..The concept of the Resort is an open layout, spread over lush green slopes.The open spaces are carefully balanced with the built up spaces so as to preserve the natural beauty of the resort and prevent overcrowding, so as to maintain the privacy of the guests staying in the resort. We were allocated a two bedroom studio suite, the Bangkung. The studio suite had a spacious living room, en suite bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a fireplace. It had a classic wooden style which over the years had become old and dated. The floor had become difficult to clean properly and was dirty. As it was a bit challenging to negotiate the steep and winding road leading to the restaurant located at the main building, a buggy service is available for guests. The dining area of the restaurant is spacious. Indonesian and western cuisines were served there. The service was excellent. Waiter Sasmita needs mentioning; he was so helpful and very attentive to our needs during our breakfast time at the restaurant. Although the Resort was pricey, the experience we had during our stay was unique and memorable.

Denice (7/5): Good - The location is great and the view is stunning! The garden is also very beautiful. The bed was great. The staff is very friendly and assisting, they even gave a free ride to the coloured lake. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We enjoyed our stay. The state of the accomodation could be better. Everything is quite old and there were some big cracks in the door so insects were able to enter easily. It really needs some better maintenance. Especially for the price that is asked.

Rooms in Bungalows: Clean, but not exceptionally spacious or luxurious Bungalow amenities are provided, such as a TV, WIFI, fridge, and microwave. Fireplace inside the bungalows is a great addition. Adequate storage and seating, but nothing particularly noteworthy Staff: Friendly enough but may not go above and beyond to assist guests. Value: Prices are reasonable but may not necessarily offer exceptional value for money. Food and dining: Limited breakfast options, nothing exceptional. Room service is available but may be limited. Staff: Check-in and check-out process is fine, but not particularly memorable. Facilities: Adequate facilities but may not be particularly impressive or well-maintained.
