- Miescke (6/5): Not Again - This hotel was pretty run down. The tv was so small. Ot was far to walk to the main area feom this hotel. It rained really hard and the rain came in the window and got all over the floor. There is no pool except the rainwater pool in the room. Inasked for an extra pillow and was told ,"We don'tdo that." It seems a very basic request for a hotel to be denied an extra pillow. Spend the extra xouple bucks and go somewhere better.

Not too far from MAYA (only 15 minutes by walking) and many small coffees, local restaurants and street bars where you can get nice dishes and beverages! Everytime I'm coming to Chiang Mai, I'm booking this place :)

I paid about 20$ per night so I got 20m2 room with private bathroom, flat TV, one broken light and 2 water bottles a day. Staff was not really friendly, It took an hour to do checkin process (we were group of six). We moved from another hotel with a bit frozen food but they did not offer us to leave the food in their fridge and even dont have a scale to check Baggage allowance.

- pasularia (2/5): Falling apart and not adhering to safety standards - If I hadn't gotten a deal on this hotel, I would be upset. And had I not paid in advance, I would have left after the second night. We ended up being moved three times due to water leakage in each room. In the last room, we only had 1 functional light. Furthermore, the emergency exits on our floor were blocked by 6 ft stacks of old mattresses, every room we were moved to had something broken (lights, sinks, shower heads, etc) and every single bathroom sink was clogged. It's a new hotel, but it's already falling apart, with bits of cement falling off of walls, stairs, and other surfaces. Lots of construction and pigeons made it very noisy all day, every day, starting very early. I will not go back and wouldn't suggest it to a friend.

Bad: Shower drain was clogged...so you had water all over bathroom...No locker with hangers is a minus. WIFI was not very good PS: The manager was kind to keep my luggage for a week after my journey, as we went to hua hin...then returned. That was very kind of her.

- Yashi9 (8/5): Good for the price - Stayed here for 2 nights..easy to get to and the room was clean. Didn't have any problems just not much light inside the room. The reception was helpful too. Taxi or Songthew both are familiar with the hotel as well. So unless you are looking for a hotel in the old city this should be a good choice for the price.. I paid 380 baht per night
- GTti_72 (6/5): Construction next door a big spoiler - A good-sized building is being constructed next door. I estimate it is 80% complete but some construction is still being carried out. So if you're thinking of sleeping late, forget it. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel for another 3 - 6 months (I'm not sure what their speed of work is like) to be safe or enquire whether construction has been completed before doing your booking. The room is clean but very basic. The lack of overhead lighting in the main area also makes for a dark room. Of course this can be remedied by opening the curtains, but with the building next door quite close, this means no privacy at all. No stationery was provided, no kettle or cups. There is a medium-sized fridge, two glasses and two bottles of 500ml complimentary water everyday. The TV is actually small for the room of this size. No TV station guide and only a few channels in English. The WiFi worked but speed was erratic. I used the Ookla app to measure it and got varying results from 1Mbps to the best being 10MBps. Contrary to my experiences in other hotels all around Thailand, the staff here will not greet, smile or acknowledge you unless spoken to directly. A sign on the counter states that keycards need to be updated everyday after noon but no reasons were given why. The keycard is used for both entry & power in the room and MUST be entered in a specific way. An arrow on the card shows the right direction but not which face must be up (or down). Due to this I spend about 5 minutes trying to enter the room (for the first time) and getting the power on. This is a very basic hotel (close to being an inn or hostel in fact) so no concierge or trolley service was visible or offered. The only saving grace was the cleanliness and the extremely low price I got via a promotion.
- 439mollyd (10/5): Super affordable, comfortable & clean - My boyfriend and I were itching to stay outside the Old City and closer to Nimman, but also looking to save some monies. We originally booked B2 Geen for one night but ended up booking an additional two nights after that. The staff was helpful, the amenities were very clean (and great wifi), and every night was an excellent's night sleep. 10/10 would recommend the B2 Geen.
- wachireek (8/5): for business trip, it s worth money - decoration is quite nice, seem eco system friendly, the room it self, quite nice especially if you got the view of Doi suthep on the higher floor. bathroom is acceptable though some problem with the door, which i was lock in the bathroom and need some help from staff.
- gurpal9838 (8/5): Budget but nice and boutique. - Stay here for a night on 17/4. Booked 2 rooms thru agoda. One superior and 1 deluxe. Rooms was nice and clean. As previously i had stay in their another chain outlet which is b2 thanipate. Compare with there here run down a bit,water pressure was slow. But the staffs here were far more friendly And helpfull compare there. Foods in walking distance. Definitely will stay again when i come back to chiang mai.
- jaiyenyenBangkok (6/5): Good Price Decent Place - B2 Green was a good place to lay your head down in the evening. Good bed, quiet area away from the noise of the backpacker hangouts around the corner and at the Old City. Nothing fancy but B2 has most of the essentials in a good location in the Huay Kaew area. The counter personnel were reasonably but not overly friendly and the maids were efficient but almost invisible. No food at the hotel but there's always lots of cheap eats in Chiang Mai. Huay Kaew/Niman is a bit more upscale than the Old City but there's still nice reasonably priced food and merchandise to be found. B2 is somewhere between a 3-4 on a scale of 5. You get more than you pay for but still nothing spectacular.
- rebeccapM9768JV (10/5): Lovely hotel - Really happy we decided to stay here, the room was huge with a massive bed, and the whole of one wall was windows with a beautiful view of the hills. There was also a fridge in the room which we were very grateful for! The hotel is in a good location and not too far away from shops and restaurants. Great value for money, would definitely stay again!

- benjnew121 (10/5): Really good budget hotel - Stayed here for an initial 3 nights which we extended to 5 nights as we loved the hotel. Big clean rooms with a big fridge, great for keeping drinks chilled, a big window with a view of the surrounding mountains and a huge comfortable bed. Air con in the room and the bathroom was very nice too. In a good location set back from the main road so quiet at night, secure parking too.

- Verified traveler (8/5): First few days in Chiang Mai - Great big windows... our room looked out at another building and some small local shacks. The staff there was pleasant, and they speak enough english to get you checked in and checked out. The room was clean, but the smell of fragrant cleaning chemicals mixed with a general muskyness was a bit much for my girlfriend's sensitive nose. Opening the windows to air out the room helped some.
- ShiiTeck (4/5): Unpleasant stay - My brother and I were staying in hotel room 419 on 27 Jan 17 to 30 Jan 17 while and parent and relatives staying in room 420, 418 and 402. We found out that the room at 419 are super small. Secondly the hotel not providing kettle, hair dryer, the room lighting too dim, the aircon position direct facing to the bed, the hotel reception service not friendly when we tried to ask for the chiang mai map. Hopefully the management can really look into this and improve.
- Verified traveler (6/5): If you like dark it's great for sleep. - Washroom could use some work. No flushing toilet paper in toilet, so get used to throwing the wipes in the provided bags. Wouldn't stay more than a night or two unless I had to. Close to massage places and places to eat.

But receptionist not say hi or sawaddee to us when we step to hotel. You need to say hi with them first and then they will a little bit talk with you. I thought they work on phone call more than walk-in customers.

Location is a bit far from the main road but can reach by walk, not far from Nimmanhemin road where you can many restaurants there. You can rent motorbike at hotel as well there is service.

- not recommended (6/5): In the central but far from the mean street - Staff are horrible. They are busy with their computers all the time, and when asked questions they never respond appropriately. The hotel is kinda in central chaingmai but had to walk a mile to get the taxi from the main street.
