• HIROAKI (8/5): ダイビング旅行 - こちらが利用するダイビングショップから2〜3分の場所にあり、飲食店等の店舗も近くにあってローケーションは良いと思いました。部屋も清潔感があり、滞在中はとても快適に過ごせました。料金も周辺のホテルと比較して安く、また機会があれば、利用したいです。 Wifiの電波が弱いようで、途中ですぐ切れてしまう点は改善してもらえるとありがたいです。こちらはesimを利用していたので、Wifi利用はあきらめました。

• App (1/5): Mangelhafte Hilfsbereitschaft und Lärm - Die Lage war perfekt. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr unfreundlich und mürrisch. Am letzten Tag wurden wir herzlich verabschiedet, was die Unfreundlichkeit der Tage zuvor jedoch nicht annähernd ausgleicht! Außerdem wurden nahezu alle anderen Reisenden am Pier abgeholt, von dieser Unterkunft jedoch keine Anzeichen. Und das, obwohl Shuttle-Service bei der Buchung inkludiert war. Eine Kontaktaufnahme war ebenso nicht möglich, weder per Telefon noch per Chat. Des Weiteren ist zu betonen, dass die Zimmer nicht schalldicht sind. Lautes Geräusche in der Nacht sind Standard!

The location is close to everything but it’s down a dark alley so going out alone at night is a little sketchy

• Trinidad (9/5): Estancia agradable - Mi hermana y yo tuvimos una estadía excelente en este hotel. Llegamos en el ferry nocturno alrededor de las 6 am y pudimos hacer el check-in a las 6:30 am, ya que la recepción no está abierta las 24 horas. La habitación era amplia y estaba equipada con todo lo necesario. El baño es del estilo típico tailandés, donde la ducha no está separada del resto, pero no fue un inconveniente porque el agua se secaba rápido. A diferencia de lo que mencionan otros comentarios, nosotras no sentimos malos olores. El personal fue siempre muy amable, limpiaron la habitación todos los días y nos dejaron agua embotellada y papel higiénico nuevo. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos de restaurantes y de Sairee Beach. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí. Vecinos ruidosos.

• Javier (2/5): - Nada El agua caliente o no habia o te quemaba y no se podia cambiar a fria. A partir de las 8 pm no hay recepcion, hay que llamar a un tf. Ningun sitio para colgar ropa mojada. El colchon durisimo y las almlhadas horribles. El personal no muy amable como suelen ser en Tailandia. Se fue la electricidad durante unas dos horas. Muy mala relacion calidad precio ( 65 euros mas o menos).En fin...Para no volver.

Il manque de quoi etendre les serviettes et maillots de bains afin qu’ils sechent en rentrant d’une sortie plage. Le lavabo peu pratique.

A notre arrivée à l'hôtel le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il a pu pour que mon n'épouse passe le meilleur séjour possible. C'est un hôtel tenu par des personnes très gentilles. Je recommande cet établissement, au calme et proche du centre de vie. Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse. RAD

• Tatsuya (5/5): パスポートは預けるな。1000バーツは戻って来ない。それらを理解して楽しむこと！ - 都合良く予約が取れた点。 チェックイン時に、パスポートを預けるか、デポジットで1000バーツ預けるか求められ、デポジットを選択しました。1000バーツはチェックアウト時に返すとのことでした。 朝早い船で帰らなければならず、6:30にチェックアウトしたのですが、チェックアウトの際、誰もおらず、1000バーツは返って来ませんでした。 もし、パスポートを預けて戻ってこなかったらと思うと非常に恐ろしい思いをしました。 絶対にパスポートは返って来ないので預けないほうがいいです。1000バーツは支払うものとして考えたほうがいいと思います。

• Cheryl (10/5): Family stay at SAIREE - Loved the staff! They made a big fuss of my two children (4,6years) and made us feel right at home. We stayed 10 days and the room was cleaned every day with bottled water and coffee given daily. We had a little table outside our room too, perfect for breakfasts or snack time. It was really close to main Sairee area but without the noise. Would totally recommend for families. Pool was awesome and never busy! Shame the restaurant and pool bar weren’t open. Everything else. Perfect.

Belle piscine Plage et commerces accessibles à pied Nous avons dû loyer deux chambres car nous étions 4 alors qu'il il y avait des clics clacs dans chaque chambre. L'établissement aurait dû nous le proposer et non nous vendre deux chambres. Le bar de la piscine n'est plus en service, quel dommage.

• David (7/5): - Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer als von uns gebucht erhalten. Es gibt einen sauberen pool. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Das Bad ist extrem dunkel, desweiteren läuft Wasser aus der Toilette und das Badezimmer ist immer nass. Insgesamt sehr unfreundliches Personal. Die Bar im Pool hatte nie geöffnet.

Nice pool, sometimes had a dive school but they only used one half of the pool leaving the other half. Staff very friendly. Not 5* but it's not 5* prices, great value for Koh Tao. We stayed 12 nights and were very happy.

• CLAUDINE (7/5): HÔTEL TRÈS BRUYANT ET DÉCEVANT - Petite terrasse agréable mais avec beaucoup de vis à vis. Bien situé. Vieil équipement à la piscine. Pas de bar ni restauration. Chambre décrite avec coin salon… inexistant. Et surtout le bruit des jeunes qui sont là pour faire la fête de 17h à 6h du matin non stop… en état d’ivresse, de drogue… Premier hôtel où nous avons été obligés de dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles pour atténuer le bruit et les cris. Nous avions loué 11 nuits de plus que nous avons été obligé d’annuler tellement c’était insupportable 😫 mais surtout la direction de l’hôtel ne dis et ne fait rien pour faire cesser ces vacarmes à pas d’heure 😱

• Colin (10/5): - We have visited Koh Tao many times and have stayed at Pranee Amata for the last 7 visits as we have found it to be the most convenient hotel for Sarrie beach, as its quieter than the ones that are on the beach but still close to the action, they have their own swimming pool which is lovely, the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are helpful and friendly, a very good for value hotel.

• FRANCIS (6/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien, près des restaurants et de la plage. Le personnel est sympa. L'hôtel a vieilli, les équipements sont fonctionnels, la chambre sentait le moisi mais c'était propre. Les tarifs sont plutôt chers sur Koh Tao, vous ne trouverez peut-être pas mieux qualité/prix. La piscine n'était pas très engageante mais elle existe.

• Tronet (3/5): - We arrived and they didn’t find our reservation. We had to move rooms on ours two days. They told us we could do it at 11h the morning but at 10 they were knocking at the door. No commercial gesture or anything for this.
• Carina (6/5): Sødt personale - Fine og meget rene værelser. Rigtigt fint hotel til prisen og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Poolområdet er trist og bruges af dykkere. Poolbaren er aldrig åben. Ingen elevator, men personalet hjælper som altid med bagage.

Un membre du staff sort du lot…Jack Sparrow qui est juste incroyable: toujours souriant, ultra aidant, disponible et cerise sur le gâteau…il parle très bien anglais.

• Ronen Zeevi (9/5): - המקום קרוב לרחוב הראשי אך עדיין שקט ולא שומעים את המועדונים. בריכה נחמדה. חדר עם מקרר וקומקום. מזגן ומאוורר. כל יום מנקים ונותנים 2 בקבוקי מים. החדר נמצא בבניין נפרד מהמלון שהכניסה אליו היא דרך חניה. קצת מוזר. המים החמים במקלחת באים והולכים. בלילה יש חבורת כלבים שנובחת בהיסטריה על כל מי שמתקרב למלון. קצת מפחיד אבל בעיקר מפריע לישון.

• Didier (4/5): A éviter ! - L’emplacement. Accueil indifférent, chambre très peu insonorisée et le petit déjeuner réduit au minimum du minimum. Des affiches partout sur les murs indiquant à être respectueux des autres, mais personne de la direction pour faire cesser la musique forte jouée jusqu’à minuit passée. La direction de l’hôtel était avertie mais n’a jamais fais quoi que ce soit. Business is money !

• Erika (1/5): Pésimo - Nuestra estancia en este hotel fué terrible... Reservamos 4 habitaciónes y nos dieron 3 de ellas en un edificio pequeño y viejo que está al lado del hotel y 1 en el hotel. Ambos edificios están en pésimas condiciones. En el edificio apaetado donde nos dieron 3 habitaciones, teníamos en uno de los baños un grifo que tiraba agua a todos lados, en una habitación, la luz led del techo parpadeaba sin parar, teníamos que tenerla apagada... en la piscina el mobiliario estaba roto y oxidado, se imparten clases de buceo en la piscina y el bar está vacío, se aprecia que hace años que está cerrado. El personal del hotel fué muy desagradable, nos querían obligar a pagar en efectivo cuando yo al reservar puse que quería pagar en tarjeta, más tarde aceptaron cobrarnos en tarjeta si pagábamos un suplemento del 10%... respecto a las averías de la habitación, vinieron a arreglarlo un día por la tarde mientras mi bebé estaba durmiendo. Habíamos estado fuera todo el día y les dije que ese momento no era el adecuado, aún así se pusierona hablar y pasear por la habitación a lo que les tuve que decir que por favor salieran, que vinieran más tarde o mañana por la mañana pero al día siguiente volvieron a presentarse a la misma hora... no supieron arreglar ninguna de las averías... podría continuar pero no acabaría... no recomiendo este alojamiento a nadie.

Staff was helpfull, arranged taxi. Stayed one more night due to weather and boat cancelattion, no problem with extension for another night. Bed was comfy, big terrace with sitting area on each floor, nice and deep pool. No lift, so you must walk few times per day up and down to 4th floor, and also with suitcases :) but overally ok, clean and spacious
