- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful place with lovely people - The guesthouse has a great view by the Southwest of Ishigaki Island. Although the room is not particularly big, it's clean and comfortable. The owner Nao and her staff were all nice and helpful. I'd definitely stay in this guesthouse again the next time I'm there.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - 家族5人で7泊の予定でしたが、下記事情にて2泊だけして他のホテルに移りました。 家族5人で泊まれると言われた部屋は、二段ベッドが3台（計6台）置いてあり、スーツケースを広げたら足の踏み場もないくらい狭い部屋で驚きました。息苦しくて家族5人ではとても快適に泊まれる広さではありません。 また、バストイレも一人暮らし用の広さで子どもと一緒に入れないし、配管からか蟻が次から次へと出て来て、しまいには部屋の中にまで。本当に気持ちが悪かったです。従業員の方に伝えると第一声が「甘いもの置いてませんか？」と… 明らかにホテル側のミスなのに驚きました。そのあと殺虫剤で処理して下さいましたが、そのあとも次から次へと湧き出るように蟻が出て来て、子どもたちも気持ち悪がり、トイレにもゆっくり行けない最悪の状況でした。 よって2泊でホテルを変えましたが、ホテルを変えることを従業員の方に伝えるとまたもや第一声は「キャンセル料が発生しますよ」と…まずは「なにか問題がありましたか？」ではないのでしょうか。 泊まる前の電話対応は素晴らしかったのに、行ってみたら本当に不愉快なことばかりでした。キャンセル料は支払うつもりでしたが本当に最後の最後まで嫌な気持ちになりました。 部屋の狭さは仕方ないにせよ、蟻のトラブルはあったのにキャンセル料は満額取られました。 カップルや大学生にはいいかもしれませんが、家族5人ではどう考えても泊まれたものではありませんし、あの部屋にあのサービスであの料金設定はどう考えても高過ぎます。 ホテルを替えて本当によかったです。 色々とゲストハウスを経営するにあたって考えを見直して頂きたいです。騙された気持ちになりました。
- こじゃる (8/5): 可愛い空間のゲストハウス - オランダ製の壁紙、カラフルなお部屋で可愛いお部屋でした。 ゲストハウスなので、食材を持ち込んで食事するスペースもあり、石垣島に沢山ある鮮魚店でお刺身や天麩羅を買って堪能することも出来ました。 小さな子供と一緒に遊んでくださるスタッフのお姉さんにも感謝です。
- Ka po (10/5): 令人樂而忘返的地方 - 充滿夏威夷風情的民宿，佈置充滿心思，員工熱情友善，位置尚算便利如果你是自駕遊。喜歡這裡的氣氛，充分感受到日本最南端的小島風情。
