- Dott. Mario (10/5): Un hotel da 10 e lode! - ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura e francamente ne sono soddisfattissimo. L'hotel ha standard altissimi per la zona sia in termini di struttura e manutenzione, quanto della professionalità di tutto il personale. I ragazzi del desk sono sempre gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità, il personale del ristorante principale tutti molto cordiali e veloci nella gestione delle richieste. La cucina è ottima, tanto quella a buffet, quanto quella dei ristoranti a la carte, con una nota di merito per il ristorante Hama che propone cucina asiatica di ottimo livello. La spiaggia è ben gestita, con una pulizia quasi maniacale ed anche qui il personale è di una gentilezza che colpisce. Sottolineo che conosco la maggior parte degli hotels 5s di Sharm, e questo certamente è tra i migliori. Il mio voto per questa struttura è 10 e lode. Nulla!

- Topçu (10/5): - Beautiful hotel, especially for the families with kids. Welcoming personnel and delicious food in beautiful restaurants. We had wonderful time. Thank you! I wish the sea by the beach wasn't so shallow. You have to walk down a long pier just to get into the water, which is where we go to see the reefs. Yes, the reefs are beautiful, but we can't fully enjoy swimming in the sea.

- Maneesha (10/5): Big group - The staff were great especially guest relations - esraa..we were a big group with kids and she made sure everything was accounted for and we were looked after..anything we asked for she did and we were a big group of 8 adults and 8 kids..she made the stay a great experience The food options wasn't as nice as other all inclusives in Egypt..saying that Esraa made sure the food for the kids were ordered ahead of us arriving at the restaurants due to them being small which was amazing for us.

We hebben gegeten in het Libanese à-la-carterestaurant, en het eten was heerlijk. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Een speciaal bedankje aan Ahmed, die ons tijdens ons verblijf altijd heeft geholpen in het à-la-carterestaurant en bij het hoofdzwembad. Het entertainment was iedere avond gezellig en goed geregeld. De kamer was niet zoals op de foto’s; deze was wat ouderwets ingericht. De hygiëne was echter wel goed. We zijn niet te spreken over de lunch en het diner in het hoofdrestaurant. Het eten zag er goed uit, maar was niet erg smaakvol. De desserts waren niet smaakvol en ook in het overige eten hadden we meer variatie verwacht, zeker voor een vijfsterrenhotel. Daarnaast leken de lunch en het diner elke dag erg op elkaar, wat na verloop van tijd eentonig werd. De app voor het reserveren van de à-la-carterestaurants werkte niet naar behoren. Dit zorgde voor irritatie, omdat we de reserveringen telkens via een medewerker moesten regelen. In de kamer waren alleen grote glazen flessen beschikbaar, waardoor we telkens water uit glazen moesten drinken. Ook op andere plekken in het hotel was geen flessenwater beschikbaar en moesten we water uit een tap in glazen drinken. In een vijfsterrenhotel hadden we graag de mogelijkheid gehad om ook plastic flessen water te krijgen. Daarnaast kregen we overal katoenen servetten in plaats van papieren servetten, wat vervelend was voor iemand met smetvrees. De handdoeken bij het zwembad zijn toe aan vervanging. Ook vonden we het onhandig dat deze elke avond naar de kamers werden gebracht; hiervoor zou een eenvoudiger systeem bedacht kunnen worden.

The architecture and design of the hotel are absolutely stunning — elegant, luxurious, and beautifully maintained in every corner. The pools are amazing, very clean, spacious, and relaxing, and the beach is simply beautiful with crystal clear water, excellent service, and a perfect atmosphere throughout the day. The food was exceptional during the entire stay. There was a huge variety every day, everything was fresh and delicious, and the restaurants, desserts, and drinks were all at a very high level. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible service and the amazing people working at this hotel. A very special thank you to Esraa Mohamed from Guest Relations, who made our stay feel incredibly special and personal. She organized a beautiful romantic birthday dinner setup by the pool with amazing decorations and attention to every small detail. She truly made us feel cared for and gave us a very exclusive and memorable experience that we will never forget. We would also like to thank Mr. Wael and the reception team for being so welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. A special thank you as well to Hassan from Room Service, and to Said and Walid at the beach, who were always kind, attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality and positive attitude made a huge difference and added so much to our experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the entire resort feels peaceful, luxurious, and exceptionally organized. Everything about this hotel reflects quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We would absolutely love to come back again. Honestly, almost nothing. Any small issues were minor and were handled professionally and quickly by the staff. Overall, the experience was outstanding from beginning to end.

The landscaping was beautiful and the food was delicious, allowing you to eat healthy. We loved doing yoga outside looking at the sea. We also liked that we didn’t feel so cut off like you do in some resorts. You could walk in and out to shops across the street and to other neighboring resorts. That I couldn’t have stayed for a couple of months months.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié toutes les petites attentions qui font la différence : les brumisateurs au bord de la piscine, le nettoyage des lunettes de soleil, l’anti-moustique apporté spontanément lorsqu’on en avait besoin, ou encore les serveurs qui se souviennent de nos boissons, au petit-déjeuner comme à n’importe quel moment de la journée. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe du Client Relations Service particulièrement à Esraa et Yosr, toujours présente via WhatsApp ou en personne pour s’assurer que notre séjour se passe parfaitement et pour gérer nos réservations dans les différents restaurants. Mention spéciale aussi au service au bord des piscines : passages réguliers avec de petites attentions à manger et des jus frais, ainsi qu’aux maîtres-nageurs qui réagencent régulièrement les transats et aident chacun à avoir son petit coin tranquille. - Ruslan A (9/5): - I travel quite often, and I can confidently say that the hotel is excellent. The rooms are nice, there are several large swimming pools, and the food is excellent and varied. The staff is well-trained and knows their jobs very well. I would like to express my gratitude to the waiter at the main restaurant, Amr, and the guy who cleaned my room. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The water on the beach is very shallow. The only way to fully swim in the sea is from the pier, which is quite long. However, the electric car for transportation on the pier was not always available. Nevertheless, the water in the sea near the pier is beautiful and very clean. The pier has sections for storing clothes and offers free drinks. The beach itself is well-equipped, but swimming directly from the beach is not possible. And this is the only small minus, which is more related not to the hotel, but to the location of Sharm El_Sheikh as such. For that I had an excellent diving.

The food was high quality with plenty of variety and delicious options every day. Понравилось, решили вернуться. в этот раз питание даже улучшилось. Идеальная чистота, постоянно что-то убирают, заботятся о растениях и проч. Очень важно наличие бассейна только для взрослых. 6 ресторанов a la carte - хороший сервис и еда. Персонал замечательный. В отеле 5* в ванной должны быть не только шапочки для душа и моющие средства ) телевизоры маленькие и пора бы уже обновить их до Smart TV, матрас с одной стороны оказался продавленным, положили сверху "уплотнитель", но все равно спать было не удобно. Смешили названия блюд и прочие переводы на русский язык. В отделении SPA неприятно удивила дискриминация в инструкции по правилам пользования (( На английском и немецком текст был нормальный, а на русском и польском жирным шрифтом призывали не злоупотреблять алкоголем и подкладывать под себя полотенца! Менеджер по работе с гостями долго нас интервьюировала, узнала, что мы второй раз и предложила в качестве бонуса бесплатно пользоваться безалкогольными напитками в мини баре, но когда на следующий день мы уточнили на ресепшене (хорошо спросили)) оказалось все не так и все платное (( Кстати не понятно почему в отеле 5* all inclusive безалкогольные напитки и пиво в мини баре платные (в то время, как во всех барах отеля они бесплатные).

They constantly cleaned our room, Mahmood who cleaned my room 1119 thoroughly everyday and was so thoughtful. Mohammed at the main buffet was amazing everyday. The bidet in the bathroom was hard to use, on the wrong side. I was also put on the first floor, with a pram it was difficult everyday.

- Ismail (10/5): A relaxing stay made exceptional by truly outstanding staff. - The resort is beautiful, with great pools and a relaxing beach atmosphere. We loved our swim up room and would recommend it for any family. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Isra from concierge was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Even telling me when Salaah time was. Yosr from guest services went above and beyond, taking the time to show us around and make us feel welcome. A special mention to Taher, the lifeguard, who really stood out with his professionalism and positive attitude. Martina remembered even menu order we had and Mohammed that cleaned our room made our stay remarkable I only worked out that there isn’t a place to get breakfast / lunch at 10:30 . Should have woke up earlier
