Die Wohnung war auch gut geheizt (März) Man fragt sich, ob die Vermieter sich auch mal überlegt haben, was man bräuchte wenn man in so einer Wohnung wohnt: vielleicht eine Garderobe oder ein paar Haken wenn man (im März, nach Regen) hereinkommt und Jacken aufhängen möchte, einen Couchtisch oder ähnliches, um Gläser abzustellen, einen Wäscheständer für feuchte Sachen, eine Ablage im Bad - da ist einfach nix…

We also had great communication with the owner via WhatsApp. I was really nice to walk from this place to the city center. Also visiting Murano from this side of the city is great. 8min walk to the Madonna dell'Orto stop.

- Rhian (10/5): Amazing - Everything was amazing, good size apartment if you want a little more space in Venice, beautiful neighbourhood with some nice restaurants and bakeries, only 5 minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants and 10-15 minute walk to Rialto bridge. Solo como dato a tener en cuenta que hay una tasa que se aplica al hacer el check out que es la tasa turística o por alojarte unos días en Venecia; lo comento para que se tenga en cuenta que no se aplica en los precios finales de reserva de la estancia, es algo que se paga al hacer el check out a parte del coste del alojamiento. Lo pongo por aquí por si está información no se sabe que se tenga en cuenta, en nuestro caso fueron 4€ por noche y por persona, por lo demás el alojamiento y la estancia muy bien. (No lo pongo como una crítica sino por tener este dato en cuenta, que es un recargo que no viene incluido en el precio del alojamiento).

All’edificio si accede tramite un cortile delizioso. L’appartamento è pulito, accogliente, ampio e dotato di ogni comfort. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Caldaia un po’ rumorosa

Numero di asciugamani inferiore al numero degli ospiti😕 Coperte un po’ vecchie. Rubinetto del bidet non fissato (mobile). Binario della tenda in soggiorno non fissato saldamente. Poca cura nelle pulizie (ragnatele intorno alle grate, vetri sporchi, pulizie in cucina sommarie). Complessivamente, l’appartamento è carino e potrebbe essere reso più accogliente risolvendo i piccoli problemi elencati.

- Elisabeth (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig, Vaporetti Stationen nicht weit entfernt, zum Vahnhof 10 min. Zu Fuß, viel Platz, Küche gut ausgestattet. Im November war die Wohnung, speziell das Bad, zu kalt. Eiskalte Bettwäsche, es bräuchte unbedingt eine Tuchent (Duvet). Im riesigen Bad keine (brauchbaren) Haken und keine Abstellflächen.

The apartment is in the 2nd fl. There's an elevator.. but it takes for ever to go down or up. and the stair well is not lighted at all. It is so dark and one could trip /fall. Though the apartment is relatively close to the main street with shops /restaurants, the street is almost deserted after 9 pm, and the street feels haunted. ( this may be common to many Venice BnBs). Pls make sure to use Google maps. Apple maps take you to different location.

Un canal tout proche nous rappelait très vite que nous étions à Venise. L'appartement était spacieux (appréciable quand il pleut à Venise) et l'hôta a été vraiment très arrangeant. On recommande sans hésitation. Le matelas du canapé-lit n'était pas très confortable.

The instructions we received were clear, and Giacomo, the host was very helpful and responded quickly to queries. The location is very peaceful, allowing for a good night's sleep, yet only a few minutes stroll to the wonders of Venice. It is also very close to the Alilaguna stop to and from the airport, and the vaparetto stop to the islands. I was under the impression that I had booked the apartment in the photo on booking.com, with a terrace. We didn't get that apartment, and had no outdoor space. I think that is probably booking.com being a little misleading, and myself being naïve.

No chopping board, only a bread board; no kitchen knives other than a small blunt, serrated knife. It would have been nice to have a supply of tea bags.

The location was also great. A close station if coming from the airport by Alilaguna and it was off the street so nice and quiet but still very close to shops and restaurants - a block away. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a floor lamp in the living area as the two lights can be quite bright.

The bedding had a weird smell.

Many times the apartments lack basic cooking ingredients like salt, oil, sugar, so one needs to buy too big packaging for only couple of days. This apartment provided it all, plus plenty of coffee tabs. The host was very welcoming and helpful, so all ran smoothly.

- Linda (10/5): Our stay in these apartments could not have been more enjoyable. - The apartment was lovely - really good aircon, high ceilings, beautifully modernised inside an old building, spacious and tasteful. I would really recommend it as a great alternative to an hotel as there is so much more space and it's about the same price. There is a reasonably well equipped kitchen and a nearby supermarket so we made our own breakfasts and sandwich meals and only ate out once a day. It is close to a busy shopping street with lots of restaurants, but is very quiet, so you get the best of the proximity without the noise. Our apartment was dual aspect and the front looked out onto a garden with fig trees and other beautiful flowering shrubs with the wrought iron gates and the canal visible. The bathroom was big and had a modern shower. There are some fabulous food/drink shops really close by. The host was extremely helpful and we could not fault either his attitude or the quality of service. Overall, we considered this a real find. Thank you Giacomo - you were amazing. TBH I'm having to really think to decide what would make it better and these two things were really unimportant to us, so I actually feel guilty saying them. Firstly it would have enhanced the bathroom if the shower cubicle was bigger, and the only other thing is that a smart tv with netflix access would have also been icing on an otherwise fabulous cake!

- csilla (10/5): Spacious apartment in fantastic location without crowds - Excellent location, near to varios vaporetto stops, (easy arrival from airport). The location is in the rather quiet and local neighborhood, so perfect to stroll around without crowds. Just next street 3 minutes away varios restaurant and great ice cream place. 5 minutes and you are on a busy street with all the shops, restaurant souvenirs. Nice walk from St Mark’s square. Gondola rides nearby. Easy check in, accommodating staff, and the apartment was suprisingly spacios and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this apartment.
- Arkadiusz (8/5): - Przed przybyciem otrzymaliśmy dokładną instrukcję odbioru kluczy i wszystko było zgodne z opisem. Lokal z dala od centrum i tłumów, więc uważam to za duży plus. Brak worków na śmieci, kubki do kawy/herbaty były tylko 3 sztuki, a nas było 4 osoby. Lokal duży, choć materac w sypialni bardzo twardy i niewygodny.

Supermarket just 5 minutes away. Collecting the key was very easy. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.
- Sabreena (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location with a superb host - Lovely apartment which was clean with good facilities for example, cooking facilities, washing machine, airer. It was really easy to find, the instructions to find the apartment and check-in from Giaumo (host) was great! Giaumo was a lovely host and kindly allowed us some flexibilty with check in and check-out times. On the table, as we entered the apartment was also a booklet with recommendations and advice. We were a short walk from the restaurants and shops which was great. After being in Northern Italy for a while without cooking facilities we really appreciated being able to cook during our Venice stay. The instructions to use the oven were in the draw which was super helpful. The kitchen had basic supplies which we were grateful for so we could cook without buying unnecessary things - salt, pepper, oil etc, Eating diner on the terace was a bonus! Throughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again if we can back to Venice! One of the pipes under the sink needs to be tightened up as it came loose when I was washing up. The lift (outside the apartment) felt like it would breakdown when you went into it so we just walked up/down the stairs each time.

The apartment was huge and comfortable. It was a nice quiet location but a couple of minutes from all the action. It was like our home away from home. I’d can’t recommend staying here enough!

- Jay.dee (10/5): top-notch apartment in a wonderful district - Away from the crushing crowds yet still within reasonable walking distance to the most highlights and the railway/bus station there lies this spacious, well-equipped, well-heated (in winter) apartment with great vistas of the waterway, where you may soak up the city's original atmosphere, strolling, sitting in charming restaurants and bars, and paying visits to the places out of the beaten path. Wonderful place. Nothing really.
