I Highly recommend Vin Trofeo’s Pizzeria & Pub! The Best thin crust pizza I have ever had! I love pizza & as an older person I have eaten plenty of pizza. They offer all the crust options. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked Wonderful! Mt. Pleasant is so lucky to have such a Wonderful restaurant. Stay at Gingko Tree you will not be missed! N/A

Location was excellent and rooms were well done. I love the grounds which are beautiful. The room I had was noisy. The downstairs carriage house room heard everything upstairs. That included feet running, children playing, and babies crying during the night. I was not that bothered by it as I like children and am use to it, but it could certainly keep some people awake.

David the owner is awesome and very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a treat, and the staff was great. Anytime we are in the area we will book with The Ginko Tree as David and his wife Layla created a true atmosphere of "a home away from home"!! Would recommend staying and as well as a venue for events. Many congrats to both of them to the new addition to their beautiful family. Five stars!!

Our room was a tad hot. We opened the windows and it cooled off throughout the middle of the night, but the street was loud due to college being back in session up until about 12am or so. Overall, the stay was exceptional!

Our room was at the top and it was nice and quiet, great temperature control, and very clean, cleaner than going to a hotel for sure. We felt that it was a pricey especially considering that we didn't stay on a Friday or Saturday. Breakfast wasn't included in the price either, it was $15 extra per person and it wasn't enough to really fuel us for our busy day ahead, it was more of an appetizer so we ended up having to stop somewhere else just a few hours later to pay for a meal again. I paid more for the room than our booking paperwork indicated I would, it was kind of strange that it charged half during booking online then we had to pay the other half, plus a bunch of fees at checkout, I'd rather know the actual total upfront at booking online as it shows you when you book a hotel.

The house is incredibly beautiful and the grounds picturesque. They offer a nice selection of beverages in their bar. Breakfast was delicious. The house is only a block from Island Park and two blocks from downtown Mt. Pleasant. The bed was on the soft side of things.

- Carrie (10/5): - Ginko Tree Inn is a lovely B&B close to downtown Mt. Pleasant. The proprietor, Jean, was excellent -- not only a fantastic chef, but she surprised us with a yummy turndown snack. The hotel is beautifully appointed with period furniture. A great place to stay!

- Randa (10/5): Class Reunion - Stayed for 50 class reunion. Right downtown so able to walk the area. Lovely dinners offered and four choices for breakfast. We were on the third floor with a fairly large room with interesting features. Glad we stayed there.
