• F_DI (5/5): Impregnarsi un po'...... - Ero indeciso se mettere 2 o 8 poi ho messo 5. Spiego: ho dormito nella stanza n A2, ma siccome paghiamo e non siamo ospiti gratis vi è da dire che la pulizia va migliorata, non è possibile avere asciugamani lisi e vecchi, solo un po' di sapone e 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni. La tenda dello striminzito bagno tutta strappata. Un po' di attenzione. Avevano segnalato la luce dalla finestra sulla porta, perché non intervenire per risolvere il tutto. Ho messo io un cartone..... Quello che ho scritto sopra. Se uno va in un b&b non è che si aspetti poi tanto. Ma il minimo deve esserci. Ecco con un po' d'impegno potrebbe essere un ottimo posto.

Dementsprechend ist der Toilettengang sehr feucht. Was soll ich noch sagen? Nur die Lage hat es rausgerissen. Tatsächlich, nur die Lage... Für eine Gruppe mit wenig Erwartung ist es in Ordnung. Aber auch nur das. Die übrigen Bewertungen stimmen leider voll und ganz.

• Ficet (6/5): Bien situé mais bruyant - Appartement grand avec un balcon plutôt agréable au centre d'Athènes. L'idéal si vous voulez passer la nuit à faire la fête et ne rentrer qu'aux petites heures du matin. Le bruit est terrible jusqu'à très très tard dans la nuit : l'appartement se situe au-dessus d'une petite place avec des bars où les gens font la fête toute la nuit et toutes les nuits. Très bruyant. La vaisselle n'était pas propre en arrivant mais cela a été résolu dans la journée.

• Manuel Isaias (7/5): Bien de ubicación, buena atención pero con algunas cosas que hacer a la casa. - La ubicación era perfecto céntrico todo, había restaurantes al rededor y cerca del metro. Había que esperar bastante a que caliente el agua, el baño no tiraba bien de la cisterna, el grifo estaba roto que si abrías del todo te quedabas con él en la mano tenías que colocarlo de nuevo en la misma posición para que volviera a cerrar, había algo blanco en el techo que caía a los sillones que están al lado del baño y si dejabas el abrigo o la mochila lo manchaba

There was an illegal party one of the evenings, I had to go and sleep somewhere else. I should be refunded for that.

The apartment is shocking, the air conditioners didn't work, a closet door almost fell on my foot, which was later and consistently ruled by an attorney for negligence, a shocking smell in the room, the shower head was leaking in all directions and here too, luckily, we didn't aim it with our hands, dirt and stains on the walls, cigarette butts in the stairwell. Everything is documented and photographed!! I spoke to the girl who promised that we would leave the apartment (after 1 hour) and receive a full refund the next day. Of course, that didn't happen. I suggest that anyone looking at this property run away while they still have a chance. Disrespect, lies, and disrespect for the customer. Shame and disgrace.

• Francesco (6/5): Basterebbe poco per lasciare in esperienza migliore - La posizione ottima, la stanza era molto grande, peccato che con un piccolo investimento si può creare un bellissimo loft. La pulizia era passabile, ma tanti piccoli dettagli lasciavano addesiderare, la qualità degli asciugamani ad esempio era scadente, assenza totale di saponi per corpo o dell acqua in frigo, letto passabile ma nulla di che, un ex ufficio trasformato in un B&B, le potenzialità ci sono, effettivamente è tra i più economici della zona, ma anche solo cambiando materassi e tipologia di asciugamani, con un investimento nel bagno per renderlo migliore si avrebbe un risultato tanto migliore.
• Elsa (6/5): - The best thing about this place is the location. We stayed in appartment 2A. We spent most of our time exploring Athens. The place has basic amenities. Place is withing walking distance of Acropolis, many attactions, restaurants and shops.
• Jean (2/5): - We flew in from Canada on a 16-hour flight, and upon arrival at the property, we found the front gate locked. There were no instructions or check-in details provided beforehand, and no email explaining how to access the property. We had to locate a phone number ourselves, and after about 10 minutes, someone finally returned our call. They mentioned that an email had been sent, but after checking and rechecking, we confirmed that no such email was ever received. The check-in information was eventually sent to us—24 hours after we had already checked in. After a long journey, we simply wanted to shower, but we discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided. When we called to inquire, we were told that these items were not included. While we didn’t want to argue, it was inconvenient to have to go out and find toiletries after such a long flight. Later, we checked Expedia and noticed the listing stated “free toiletries.” We recommend removing this wording so that future guests can be better prepared and bring their own essentials. Lastly, the room we received looked quite different from the photos shown at the time of booking. The only positive aspect of our stay was the convenient location.

• Fiona (1/5): Avoid at all costs. - Nothing. It was dirty and there was no running water for a good portion of our stay. Staff were extremely unhelpful. Staff were unhelpful and my call asking about the water being off was made to sound like I was an inconvenience to them. Without any support or alternatives and no communication when water eventually came back later that day. Bathroom was also filthy.

The studio wasn't clean, there was a lot of dust on the nightstands and some hair. The bathroom wasn't clean either. No basic soap to wash hands. The bed is not a proper bed - it's on the floor. The host was really nice, everything was well explained and he also allowed me to stay a bit more after the check out since I couldn't find and early ferry so instead to check out ar 11am he allowed me to stay until 1pm. It was really clean. It was silent. It's not that I didn't like I think these comments will improve the comfort of the room. Bathroom needs a device in the shower to allow you to put your shampoo, etc. There are not so plugs in the bathroom, some of the lamps didn't have a near plug. So I didn't know to where to put them to light them up. Natural light was OK but the view was not so nice was not like that in the pictures of booking.
• Meridith (8/5): - Directions into the place were clearly indicated the day before we got there. Read it carefully as the apartment is upstairs above a retail/stores. Quiet apartment, but sparsely furnished with older furnishings. Spacious, but the extra bed is a small settee, not a twin pullout. Also, the toilet needs to be fixed, as it wants to run constantly. Perfectly fine if you’re not expecting fancy. Great location right in the heart of Plaka, Athens, walking distance to most of the most important sights.

• Gonzalo (1/5): PÉSIMO - NADA No había llave a nuestra llegada, nos dejaron tirados en la calle a las 23:30 horas, íbamos con 4 maletas y tuvimos que ir caminando por la zona para encontrar otro hotel con recepcionista físico, ya que sería imposible conseguir otro complejo por Internet al no estar prevista nuestra llegada; además, llamaba por teléfono al propietario y no me cogía el teléfono, no supimos nada de los anfitriones hasta el día siguiente por la tarde. Pasada 1 hora pudimos encontrar un hotel con una persona en la recepción, cuya habitación nos costó muy cara debido a la hora que era y la falta de reserva previa. Por todo ello, NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE!!!! Ni tan siquiera nos han dado la diferencia de precio de un hotel a otro después de dejarnos tirados en la calle, PÉSIMO!!

• Sosa (9/5): clean, safe and great location. - location was amazing, didn't get to meet the host but the instructions to access the apartment were very clear and didn't run into any issues, the apartment/studio was huge, I loved the little balcony, and the full kitchen along with the cooking supplies provided, towels and toiletries are provided too so no need to bring your own, market, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, metro station & souvenir stores, everything within walking distance.

Bed bug infestation resulting in bites all over the body and ruined luggage items. Furniture disgusting and in a horrible state e.g huge holes in couch and chair. Aircon does not work at all. Absolute worst way to begin our honeymoon.

I had a balcony and could open windows The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work ,, as there is a technical problem,,, that must be an ongoing problem as this was already complained about in previous travelers feedback going way back. It should not be advertised if it’s not available as it is very misleading . In the advertised pictures there is a roof garden shown ,,, But the doors were closed at all times I tried during 3 days ,,, and the feedback was that it can not be unattended access ,,,, however there is no reception or anyone ,,, so this is misleading advertising too,

• Penny (8/5): Very good - The place is clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and sofa. Perfect position in the center of town. It would be better if the stove was in the kitchen and not in the dining area.

• Vahagn (2/5): Great location, but extremely noisy. - Location was very good, close to key attractions. One major issue: noise at night. I read reviews mentioning it could be loud, but I underestimated how bad it could get. It’s not just street noise or nearby bars - there was a wild party inside the building, on the same floor (2nd), with shouting, door slamming, and people coming and going constantly until 4 AM. If you plan to sleep before dawn, avoid this building. Apartment itself is quite old, with an uncomfortable bed, an unnecessarily large room, and a very small, outdated toilet and shower - and not pleasant to use
• Aikaterini (7/5): Good value for money - great location - Nice decoration, industrial ceilings with vintage furniture, it sure looks great! The mattress is so thin (or too old), you could feel the springs in your spine - time for new mattresses.
