• John (8/5): As usual very clean. breakfast very good but room spoilt it. Had to sit on bed and look to right to see tv. good b - Clean The room was under the eaves and only one chair
• Ken (6/5): Ok - Room and bed were good, food was very poor it would be our main reason for not staying there again. Staff were very good helpful and happy. Food very poor.
• Ron (4/5): The room alth - Location was good with plenty of available parking & easy to access the high street. Breakfast was OK. A cooked breakfast has to be ordered at the bar but a Continental breakfast is self service. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The White Hart is not a suitable venue for anyone with mobility issues as there are unavoidable stairs to access different levels of the pub. To access the rooms on the 2nd floor are via 2 staircases, one of which is a spiral staircase which would be difficult if carrying a suitcase. There isn't a lift. The staff levels were very low.

• Joanne (9/5): - Room was well decorated and clean and the bed was comfortable. The best bit about the White Hart were the staff. All that we met were polite, helpful and friendly. The room was rather warm, despite having the air conditioner on. The bathroom was exceptionally warm and we had no way to adjust it.
• Cynthia (10/5): Comfortable room above busy, friendly pub. - Ideal location to walk to Stowe Gardens and get bus/train to Bletchley Park. Good cooked breakfast and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good shower. Everything was fine in room 20. Soon used the 4 sachets of milk provided in the room, but was able to get a small jug of milk at the bar.

• Charles (10/5): The white heart is a great place to stay if you are in Buckingham , friendly staff , and comfortable rooms - Comfortable room, quiet , great shower. The adjoining bar was good to get food and drink. They served a lovely breakfast. There was parking. Had a great stay

Staff very good and helpful especially as the coffee machine was broken. Also I would ideally recommend this hotel to others and use again if in the area. Nothing really. Just a few niggles but these were dealt with by the staff

• Lucy (7/5): Nice stay, not my favourite room - The rooms are pretty, although the floor is uneven. The shower is good but not the most powerful. The staff are wonderful, kind and considerate and welcoming. Included breakfast is good and the continental offerings are varied. Also plenty of sockets. I was in a room at the back, above the kitchen and the fans were noisy, especially when they were ventilated at the end of the night. Once this had been done, the room was full of the smell of the fryers and this didn't leave.

• Geraldine (7/5): Nice friendly comfortable hotel for a brief stay - Friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, very comfortable bed. Very central, and great location for visiting Stowe, which is just 5 minutes drive. Traffic noise - I had been warned about this by staff in email, but it was worse than I'd expected. The hotel is in narrow street by a mini-roundabout with constant queues of traffic from three converging roads. Would be unpleasant in summer with windows open. Rooms round the back would be fine. Room was cold, heater was very small for the size of room, took a long time to warm up. Parking was limited and it's a pub, so finding a space lunchtimes and evenings was almost impossible.

Water pressure on the shower a little funky, off and on again but not a real problem. Some noise from the road but that was not the hotels fault, just someone trying to show off their new exhaust repeatedly late at night…

I will definitely be returning even if I wasn't attending an event A1 place to stay, I have already recommended this lovely place to my friends.....

• karl (8/5): good stay, but wouldn’t have the breakfast again - Room was clean and comfy, no water in the room, considering the temperatures have been in the high 20s-30 could of been a nice touch. breakfast wasn’t the best, buffet continental was reasonable, apart from the fruit being very close to the red hot toaster. The cooked breakfast was poor to be honest, I had the traditional English 1 day and the bacon with crumpets the 2nd and decline breakfast at all on the 3rd day. Not once was i asked if everything was ok?
• Gina (8/5): Exceeded expectations and great value for money - Beautiful room and very spacious far exceeded my expectations for comfort, facilities and cleanliness! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pub itself was also very nice, clean and had lovely facilities and entertainment such as darts and shuffleboard. The food was also delicious! There was an iron and ironing board available upon request, toiletries provided, tea/coffee, hair dryer and aircon (which was much needed and kept the room nice and cool)! The cleaners were very respectful and did not touch or move any of my property and changed the towels and sheets every day and emptied the bins. At night I found it very quiet and peaceful and enjoyed being able to take food and drink from the bar up to the room. Fantastic value for money would 100% stay again! The only down sides for me that could be improved the main one being accessibility I am disabled and did struggle with the stairs getting my things up a member of staff did help me carry some bits up and I’m sure if I asked they would have carried everything for me. The car park with the disabled parking bays were quite a way from the hotel stairs so it was difficult and very tiring carrying everything through but once in the room accessibility was perfectly fine and shower was easy to get in and out of with plenty of space to move around the room. The other small improvement was the WiFi it did not work at all so a better quality WiFi would be good but everything was sufficient for what I needed and as I said exceeded my overall expectations for comfort, cleanliness, facilities and the quality of the room and I would happily come back and stay again despite accessibility difficulties and poor WiFi
