• Chloe (10/5): Best place to stay in Old Town - I loved the location of this homestay. Its so accessible to everywhere know old town. The hosts were really lovely, they even made us a homecooked Cau Lau as a thankful. They were able to book local tours for us that were cheaper than anything on klook. The place was simple and it had the basics I needed. Honestly, would stay there again if I come back to Hoi An. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The room was cool, spacious and kept very clean. Also it was great to have such a large balcony. Very little to raise here, it was a great homestay. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.
• Stefania (8/5): - La posizione è perfetta, in centro ma lontano dal rumore, in una tipica homestay. Stanza essenziale, aria condizionata, bagno e balcone. Molto carina la famiglia che gestisce la struttura. Nella stanza mancano piani si appoggio per bagaglio od altro e le prese sono lontane dal letto. Acqua calda e asciugamani vanno richiesti. Se si rientra tardi bisogna suonare ed attendere che il proprietario venga ad aprire, ma è la prassi.

This is not hotel but small homestay, so room and facility are not so high grade. staffs are so kind. day time is noisy with traffic and bikes but in the night tite was very quite. I am very OK here ,thank you.

I had issues with a bus to my next destination and they helped me with calling the operator, translating and getting me on the bus. Without asking for anything in return. Most helpful and selfless people I've ever met. Nothing at all

Phuong and her family are very nice and welcoming with all the help you may need for tours, transportation, bicycles and more. The Nha Lan Homestay is very clean and comfortable and my entire stay was excellent. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely place I liked everything. I can’t wait to go back

• James (9/5): Value for Money Homestay in a superb location & gracious hosts made our stay a very pleasant one. - Excellent location with easy access to eateries, clothing shops, massage parlors, pharmacy within less than a minute's walk. Access to the old town is also very convenient. It is also very easy to book a Grab ride from the location. Host provided a pot of hot water daily upon request. While conveniently located, the road is closed to cars after 5pm so one will need to be prepared to take a short walk from the outskirt street. Bedroom is on 2nd floor and the second flight of steps are shorter in depth so one has to climb carefully.

The balcony was great for sitting down and relaxing. The power sockets were not next to the bed which would have been helpful for charging overnight. All in all not a big issue.

• John (10/5): - We loved our time at Nha Lan Homestay. The family who runs the place are so nice and made us feel like family. Breakfast was made each morning at our requested time and our room, which was on the second floor in the front, had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. As a bonus, this family has been hosting people and booking tours for years. Don't use an app, use their booking services. They can help with all the popular tours, plus Laundry and postal service. They are a true one stop place for all of your travel needs. The location is perfect, in the old town, but right on the edge so it's easy to access the Beach, and other parts of Hoi An by bike, Grab car, or walking! Will definition stay there again when I'm in Hoi An.
• Jennifer (6/5): Not great - Located on the edge of the old town but noisy It is on a really busy noisy road and you have to keep the windows and balcony doors shut. The room is very basic, not as nice as it looks on booking.com. There is nowhere to relax. I booked for 3 nights but decided to leave and cut my losses after the first night and found somewhere much more comfortable for a similar price

For excursions, scooter rent or advices, the owners are always helpful and available. It is very clean all the services are nearby next to the pedestrian street in the pedestrian street. I highly recommend.

Short drive to Da Nang, 3h Hue, 1h Bana Hill. Nha Lan Honestay offers an easy trouble free holiday with all tours available to book with reception. Beautiful family who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and stress free.
• Peter (8/5): Good and friendly - The room we originally occupied was hot when we arrived but cooled in the evening. We were offered a larger room with a better air conditioning unit for the remainder of our stay which was much more comfortable. Choice of breakfast was good and well presented and we were well looked after with helpful advice and access to trips.
• Georgia (10/5): Value for money in a beautiful location, lovely family - One of the nicest homestays I have ever stayed at, the whole family were so friendly and attentive. They also have lots of information about tours and transport and can book for you for a good price. The room we were in was lovely and had a balcony looking out on the street. Location is excellent if you want to explore the old town. There is a minibar in the room stocked full of cold drinks for way cheaper than you can find in any shop in the old town so definitely make use of this if you stay! Room had a/c and a fan so was nice and cool.

This place is the perfect stay, the rooms are lovely and clean, ours had a sweet little balcony, the location could not be better and the host is incredibly helpful and kind. Beds are super comfortable and it is very peaceful despite being on a main road.

Cheap, super close to the river bank, the owners were helpful - helped us with airport transfer late in the night, helped us book a tour to My Son and let us keep our bags at the reception even though we already checked out. To be honest, there is nothing I did not like.

This homestay is in good position and could be much improved by the hosts being a little more generous with provisions . See below Nowhere to put suitcases or cupboards or drawer for clothes. Minimal things provided - no bottled water, no washers or hand towels. 2 small thin bath towels not changed. Outdoor balcony furniture was 3 wobbly wood stumps. Two power sockets but outside the room. Only daily room service was emptying bin in toilet. No jug or tea things. TV was advertised as cable, but not even digital. Need to update facilities with Booking services as misleading.

• Helmut (8/5): A cozy and friendly place at a great location. - Room 205: I loved the balcony and the view onto the small lake and local houses. The peace and quiet was wonderful. The host family was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the historical center. Tours, Motorbikes, Transfers...everything can be organized by the host. The neon light in the bedroom. The old spring mattress.

The family were very helpful and were always there to help us organize our trip, even when we needed help with organizing something outside of their usual contact pool. The mini bar is stocked with water and drinks at very affordable prices. The bed was comfortable and there were all the amenities that one might need (AC, shower, balcony etc). There was no bedside table. The fridge wasn’t really working. But for that price and this location I wouldn’t complain…
