Un petit dejeuner local et reconfortant, Une maison typique et atypique a partager, au calme dans une ville chaude et effervescente. Nous avons apprécié être au calme. Notre petit garçon a adoré cette maison et sa rencontre avec Taa, Hing...et les poissons :) Merci Taa et merci Hing !

• Kathryn (10/5): A unique place you will feel lucky to experience - We loved our stay here! The hosts were incredible! Attentive, caring and they have really thought about that people need. We loved the local area, there is great local Eating options where you can eat a good lunch for 50 baht or dinner for 300 baht per person. We would really recommend the restaurant at the other end of the alley to the guest house for dinner. I have been to Bangkok so many times and this place is what I have always wanted from a stay! It’s away from the hustle and bustle and is a tranquil oasis in a lovely part of town. The hosts went over and above to make sure we were comfortable, the bed and room were so comfortable and way better than they look in the photos. We loved everything and would come back again and recommend to everyone!

• Constance (5/5): Pas de chance - La gentillesse des hôtes et le caractère authentique du lieu. Décevant en regard des avis enthousiastes qui m’ont persuadée d’opter pour cet hotel. Chambre trop sombre, fenêtre donnant sur un mur à 50cm de distance de sorte que la lumière entre à peine. Impression de sous-sol mais peut-être n’ai-je tout simplement pas eu de chance et me suis-je vu attribuer la seule mauvaise chambre de l’établissement (no 1) car il y en a d’autres en étage probablement mieux placées.

• Emma (10/5): Lovely little house in a calm area - I absolutely loved my stay at Baan Tepa! The owners are so friendly and welcoming, always smiling and chatting with you. I informed them of my arrival time in advance and asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in since my flight arrived early in the morning. I arrived around 9 a.m. and was so happily surprised that the room was already ready. They even offered me breakfast, which I was so thankful for. The room was really cozy and just the perfect size for me, and the bathroom was very clean. The yard was lovely with all the plants, and the breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from. The location was great: the area is calm, but you can still easily walk to more touristy areas or take a boat on the river. I was leaving later in the day for my overnight train, and before that I wanted to walk around the city so they kindly allowed me to use the shower before I left. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Bangkok. There was nothing at all that I didn’t like.

The couple taking care of the guesthouse are just wonderful and they are very taking care of their guests. I was sad to not be able to open the window of the room. It's really the only thing and they have a very nice balcony so it was okay. Everything else is perfect :)

We were traveling as a family with our two young children, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. The owners were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The house was beautiful. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, perfect for our family. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, a great way to start the day. Overall, Baan Tepa Boutique House is a very welcoming and family-friendly place with excellent service. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again. Nothing, it was perfect.

Nie jest to główne centrum, dzięki czemu w nocy jest cisza, a w pobliżu znajduje się stacja promu. Wszędzie też można dojechać taksówka w rozsądnej cenie. Właściciele są przemili i bardzo pomocni. Gdybym mogła, oceniła bym na 11. Do stacji metra jest dość daleko.

• Anette (10/5): Kleine grüne Oase im Herzen Bangkoks - Sofort bei Betreten entschleunigt man. Kleines idyllisches familiär geführtes Boutique-Hotel. Liebevoll gestaltet mit viel Grün und wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 6 mit kleinem Balkon, großes gemütliches Bett und viel Platz im Zimmer. Wasser in Glasflaschen standen kostenfrei im Zimmer zur Verfügung und auch beim Frühstück. Dieses konnte man aus einer Karte aussuchen (Thai, Eierspeisen, Sandwich etc.). Dazu gab es jeden Tag frische Früchte (Mango, Bananen). Rundherum gibt es überall Garküchen, 7eleven und zum Thewet-Pier sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort kann man mit den verschiedenen Booten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

• SERGIO (9/5): - 100% recomendable. Es un casa-hotel que la lleva una pareja anciana que te hacen sentir muy cómodo desde el primer momento. La habitación era super amplia, con aire acondicionado y muy muy limpio. El desayuno que te preparan por las mañanas está incluido en el precio y estaba buenísimo. Te dan a elegir entre varios platos. Nada negativo a destacar. Solamente que ya nos hemos marchado😔

I was looking for somewhere with amazing hosts and that’s what I got at Baan Tepa. Lovely room, fantastic breakfast, peaceful and homely. Just wonderful. Thank you so much! Nothing apart from the location, it’s not near any metro stops. Buses were more miss than hit, so I would plan on using Grab/Bolt much of the time as Bangkok is a big city. Totally minor compared to the loveliness of the hosts :)
• Toni Bert (10/5): Perfekter Start in unsere Thailand-Reise - Unsere günstigste Unterkunft war gleichzeitig. Unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber, und ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Man merkt, wieviel Liebe in dieser Unterkunft steckt, das unterscheidet diese Unterkunft von ganz vielen anderen. Überall gibt es tolle Details zu entdecken, alles ist sehr sauber. Obwohl man mitten in Bangkok ist, ist es eine Oase der Ruhe. Man kann auch einfach mal einen entspannten Vormittag da verbringen und bisschen lesen oder Eichhörnchen beobachten :) Die Anbindung war vor allem durch die Fähre (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß) super, damit war man schnell und günstig in der Altstadt. Wer Authentizität mag, wird hier sein Glück finden. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung. ALLES war perfekt.
• Mathias (10/5): Känslan är närmare att bo i Bangkok än som turist. - En unik upplevelse i Bangkok men också över världen skulle jag säga, där man verkligen får känna sig som en gäst. Du får bo hemma hos Tak och hans fru, så visiten blir personlig jämfört med hotell där man bara är en i mängden. Huset är byggt i början av 1900-talet helt i trä, taket är högt och golvplankorna är breda så det har en otrolig karaktär. Likaså gården utanför där det kryllar av växter och olika djur. Frukosten tillagas åt dig varje morgon av Taks fru och skulle kunna vara något från en högt rankad restaurang!
