- Narakaew (10/5): The best hotel in Kada beach, Wakayama. I'll comeback for sure if I have a chance. - - Location is great, seaside view but we have to drive for long distance to climb the mountain before reach to the hotel. It's very peaceful place. - Dinner is superb. I had travelled in Japan along 12 years, more than 10 trips, stayed in over 30 ryukan. I could say this hotel provides the best dinner meals in my life-experiences in Japan. Super appreciate about this. - Dinner is super big portion, fresh food, quality ingredients, very delicious. - Breakfast also great but come with smaller size compare with dinner. - Onsen is great also, could see many stars in the sky in outdoor area. - All facilities in the room are perfect. - Parking area is not convenient to carry many big suitcase during raining day. - Some staffs can't understand English well but it's not big concern as they're very helpful. - There are many steps from reception to the 1 floor: around 7-6 high steps that is very difficult to carry 7 big suitcases + 4 small suitcase to arrange all belonging for our last day of the trip. It also difficult for elder person like my mom too. - We found old socks from the previous guest hide between bed and the wall. It's not big concern for us as we found when we were checking all thing before check-out but the hotel should be aware more about cleaning.

- Mei Ling Miriam (5/5): - 房間乾淨 入住第二天晚上大概10點房間沒電，我們去前台想通知職員但是沒人，桌上放了一張卡說職員往巡邏中，但沒有寫上聯絡電話，所以我們只好先去泡溫泉. 泡完溫泉後大概11再回去找職員，前台一樣沒人. 家人跑回去男溫泉浴場找到一位清潔大叔，告訴他狀況後，他說這個時間前台是沒有職員的，他只好跟我們上房看看，箱過之後他跑去檢查電掣箱，弄一弄就有電了. 當晚應該起碼幾十人入住這飯店，晚上竟然沒有職員當值，感覺很不安全. 哪天還好找到清潔大叔幫助，不然也不知道要怎麼處理.

- Jiayi (10/5): 超级棒的日式酒店，希望下次夏天可以再来 - 温泉非常棒！设备齐全，员工非常有礼貌，温馨又非常被欢迎，餐食也非常棒，提供的和服浴衣非常超出预期，很多花色可以选择，温泉的各种护肤品都非常不错，海景的温泉超级喜欢！房间很大，海景超级美 1 所在房间的厕所有点臭臭的，感觉是之前住客的尿没有被打扫干净，厕所的墙也需要粉刷了，白色的墙都是黑印子。 2 房间的空调最大风工作了一晚还是有些冷，可能是大窗户太老旧不够保暖。希望房间可以更暖和

- Pairodox (8/5): Comfortable stay with beautiful ocean views - The location is excellent. It is right on the water with a beautiful view of the ocean from the lobby area and the adjoining patio deck. We went out several times just to enjoy the view, even though it was a bit cold and windy in November. In milder climates, I can imagine it's quite pleasant on the deck that has tables and chairs for sitting down and relaxing. The rooms were furnished with old furnishings that have seen better days. The facilities were also showing age from lack of maintenance. However, for two meals and a great view, it is a bargain to stay here!

- Ruhlmann (9/5): Merveilleux ! 😍 - Onsen au top face à la mer ! 😍 vraiment génial, le dîner et le petit déjeuner excellents et très généreux, vous ne risquerez pas d’avoir faim. Des Yukatas sont mis à disposition. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre c’était merveilleux !! Propreté ++ et très chic La dame nous ayant accueillis était froide, pas très souriante, assez stricte. Sinon les autres, plus jeunes, étaient gentils et souriants. Un peu dur d’accès et pas mal de marche avec les valises, mais ça en vaut la peine
- Goda (8/5): Overall, a lovely stay with great food and baths. - The staff were very kind and welcoming, though communication was a little difficult at times since only a small amount of English was spoken. Despite that, everyone did their best to help, and their warm hospitality really showed. The Beef Kaiseki Dinner and breakfast were both excellent — beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell that care goes into the preparation of each dish. The baths were also wonderful — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of traveling. Overall, it was a lovely traditional Japanese experience. I was disappointed with cleanliness of the room we stayed in. There were a few spider webs and a light layer of dust on some surfaces, especially around the TV unit. I'm allergic to dust so had to take medicine for it. The clothing rack rail also left my hands dirty after touching it, which suggests it hadn’t been wiped down in some time. With a bit more attention to housekeeping details, this hotel could provide a much more comfortable and welcoming experience. And I wasn’t able to book the hotel shuttle in advance because the property didn’t respond to my messages on Booking.com. It would be great if communication through the booking platform could be improved to make planning a bit easier.

- Nerea (10/5): Onsen y habitación con vistas al mar - Tenía la habitación con vistas al mar, una maravilla por la mañana. Me dejaron una Yukata y calcetines. El onsen es fantástico, con vistas al mar. Pedí que por favor mi desayuno fuera vegetariano y no pusieron ningún problema, estaba riquísimo todo. También pedi horas distintas de las que ofrecían para el transporte a la estación de Kada y fueron súper amables y flexibles. Guardaron mi equipaje después del check out. Ofrecen gratis zumo o café, dependiendo de la hora, y helado ciertas horas.

- Romain (3/5): - La chambre, la vue, le onsen. 5 restaurants dans l'hotel, mais aucune possibilité de restauration sur place ni dans les environs, obligeant à manger... des nouilles instantanées dans la chambre ! Refus de l’hôtel de proposer une solution alternative, ni même d'offrir les "plats" en question... Nous avons demandé un taxi : aucun disponible avant 1h. Le train ? 1h30 de trajet aller retour. Mais si cela s'arrêtait là... Une fuite d’eau énorme devant notre chambre, avec accumulation au sol, sans signalisation ni intervention sérieuse, posant un risque de sécurité. C'est mon 7ème voyage au Japon, c'est la première fois que je vois ça ici. Ce pays est réputé pour son hospitalisé et pour la qualité de ses services qui sont, à mon sens, très souvent irréprochables.

- LI (10/5): 非常喜欢，期待再来 - 酒店装修过了，设施很不错，最喜欢这部的温泉，泡汤很舒服。定食品种丰富，每天有更新，味道很好又精致，性价比很高 班车送客时间再多些就好了

- Wai Lan (10/5): - Location are great with million dollars ocean view. Even when you book mountain view, you can still enjoy oceanview because there are outdoor ocean view restaurant for sunset view or anytime. Of course, oceanview while you do onsen.

We had included breakfast and dinner and r the meals were delicious. There is an option to book the room only which I would recommend if you are not a big eater
- Nicole (9/5): Incredible views from everywhere at the hotel - The view was incredible from the room, the onsen, and the restaurant. Dinner was delicious and the staff were friendly. The courtesy pick up and drop off service from the nearby train station was really efficient and helpful. This is a beautiful part of Wakayama, very close to Wakayama City, that is well worth visiting if you want to be close to the ocean. Everything was great
