- Said Akbar (6/5): Not worth the money, better options elsewhere with better value for money. - The staff are excellent, location is not too bad Felt like a very old building, when I stepped out of the elevator on level two, it reeked of dust and poor ventilation, old carpets. Not the cleaner’s fault - they clean every day but if you know the stench of old carpets, you’ll recognise it. My window view was of the back of another building. Depressing. Bed was creaky, aircon is of the old vent type.

The entire team was warm, professional, and very attentive, and every staff member I met made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I would especially like to mention Dew from the front desk. He left a deep impression on me from the very first day I arrived. Almost every time I left the hotel and returned, he greeted me with a bright, welcoming smile. Whenever I had any questions or needed help, he was always the first to assist me. His kindness, efficiency, and attentiveness really stood out and made my stay even more special. I am very happy to see such an outstanding employee representing the hotel, and I truly hope to experience the same high standard of service when I return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for making this a birthday trip I will never forget.

- praguecr (10/5): One of Bonvoy best - Being a Titanium Elite member I stay a lot of Bonvoy hotels. I can honestly day this is won of their best. Since opening 3 years ago I stay there a few times. Then they lost their manager and it went downhill a bit. Now Khun Yam is back and I have to say hotel is back to a high standard. Other shout our goes to Nong Tae, bell man has been there from beginning always so helpful. In short the management has built a strong team. Rooms and location good as well. Highly recommend. - AJV

Walking distance (when its not extreme) to major malls and attractions. Rooms were clean and well laid out and has everything a weary traveller needs. Special thanks and word of mention to TAE (the concierge) that after a brief ride and me mentioning im looking for a specific tea pot went - without being asked - and did the research on his own and wrote me great instructions on how to get there and where it is! Value, 3-3.5 / 5 Rooms, 4 / 5 Location 3 / 5 Service, 17 / 5 !!! This is what will make that I go there again !

We normally stay at the larger Marriott locations downtown but discovered this one and we were super impressed with the personal touches, kind staff, cleanliness, breakfast options and hospitality we were shown. We will definitely be back and making this a preferred choice! Neab welcomed us warmly, helped with a rooming situation, was so kind and available for any questions. The concierge quickly responded to my request for a taxi and arranged a private ride where I could pay via QR for ease. It was all effortless. The breakfast area is smaller than larger hotels but each option was quality and there was plenty of variety with the advantage of no crowds to get the food. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and our children were treated kindly. The pool is smaller but clean and quiet and we enjoyed our time up there. It was a wonderful experience and helped to restore our recent less-ideal Marriott experiences. Thank you!

- MizKacee (8/5): A place to lay your head - If I visit Bangkok again, I would likely stay here. The upside is that the location is close to the train station, 7 Elevens, and the Grab rides come quickly. A variety of restaurants are close by. The staff are courteous; helpful concierge (Perm), front desk, and dining (breakfast). They serve a great variety of food....Thai and continental. Downside, I didn't like the room much. It could do with a face-lift. Especially the bathroom. Also, getting to the room via the restaurant is a bit of a turnoff, but I guess someone thought it "wise" to tempt us with food. The corner bed is too close to the wall, so that makes it a bit awkward. It was a good thing that I did a lot of tours, so I was out early in the mornings and back in the late evenings. All in all, the hotel is a good place to late your head, and the food gives value for money in taste (and no, I am not a food connoisseur). 😇

Shoutout to Gwen and Mimi who were extremelt warm and helpful with early check in and accomodating us with a breakfast on our day of arrival. Recommended for families and business travelers.

My family went to Bangkok during the Chinese New Year holidays for a short 5 days 4 nights trip and we were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a suite! Hotel location was excellent - plenty restaurants .. local stalls and the BTS sky train is just nearby. If you ever get tired from a day of sightseeing, the hotel also offer shuttle service to and fro the ashoke BTS / terminal 21 mall. Hotel itself (am not sure is it newly renovated) was extremely new and clean! I will definitely come back for my next stay !

- IanLing911 (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The location is fairly convenient, situated between the Asok and Phrom Phong areas, with shopping malls, restaurants, and BTS stations within walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with the standard amenities expected from a Marriott property. One minor drawback is that the hotel only has one lift, and it is quite small, which can sometimes lead to waiting during busy periods. Overall, despite the room rates being relatively on the higher side, the quality of the stay, cleanliness, and service made it a comfortable experience. I would consider staying here again when visiting Bangkok.

Отличный, вежливый персонал, сразу отвечают на просьбу и делают всё для максимального комфорта. Номер который мы снимали был неплохой, чистый. С большой кроватью. Хороший душь. Хороший завтрак, большой выбор. Номер который мы снимали совсем не для 4х человек. Мы были с 2-мя детьми, 13 и 9 лет. Нам дали номер с одной кроватью и маленьким нераскладным диваном. Мы на следующий день вечером улетали, поэтому не стали менять гостиницу и уже остались там ночевать. Если бы нужно было на пару дней, я бы там не оставалась. Если для 2х человек, то абсолютно хороший и комфортный номер.
