Important Information

In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax, Rate of Tax, Order 2017, the TTx of RM 10 net per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in.
Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.
Standard check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out.
Where applicable, a surcharge may apply for guaranteed sea or beach view rooms, subject to availability. Please refer to our Reservations team to inquire about surcharges that may apply.
A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in:
RM 200 per night for Executive & Premium Pool Suites, payment can be made by cash or credit card.
Requests for specific rooms are subject to a surcharge, which varies depending on the type of request. For further details, please contact our team at reservations@lexis.my.
Please note that the maximum number of occupants in the Executive & Premium Pool Suites is 4 people.
Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration.
Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability.
Extra beds and rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Additional unregistered guests must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional people beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM 60 net per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested.
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM 10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM 1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms.
Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and the use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.
Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM 150 net is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property, guest’s check-in details.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Daria (7/5): Good, but... - The room and amenities were very nice. Two large beds, steam room and pool, everything spacious. Water and bathroom amenities provided. Lovely view. We are able to checki in early which was nice. We also had spa treatments and that was fabulous experience. After initial delight we started noticing how rough aroun the edges the okace was. Chippped furniture, paint and plaster falling off here and there. Definitely not a 5 star hotel vibe. For our two night stay and the price we paied, it didn't bother as that much, but still...not something you want to see in 5 star hotel.

Variety of breakfast menus and so forth Even though there is a notice in the room, and very rarely notice few charlie ants, it would be better if it can be also informed at the reception during check in so tht v r more alert. Also do frequent pest control fr such issues as its a perfect suite and peaceful but we always need to be cautious in every move is like and might create uncomfortable feelings And for those already check in, hope the security guard can assist in the crossing of road in front hotel or the management can request a traffic light with sensor mayb to ease cross overs rather than making a u turn far away

Check-in took a long time, drinking water limited, local beach not the greatest, multistorey parking a challenge.

The first time we were caught off guard n door closes with our key card inside the room. Although we managed to get an extra access card to open the door, it was quite a hassle to do so.

There were a few things in the room that needed addressing. The glass panels surrounding the pool didn’t feel secure (not good on the 21st floor) and the pool trim was a little dated. Not much around the hotel.

Thank you for giving me such a beautiful beach view room. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The pool water had a noticeable chlorine smell, and we had to wait in line for breakfast at the café. The room door was also a little difficult to open. During my request for a beach view on my third stay at the hotel, the staff asked about my previous visits and requested the email used for past bookings. While I understand the need to verify details, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the process. Overall, though, the stay was enjoyable and the hospitality remained commendable.
