- RobertJan (10/5): Een unieke en aangename beleving - Wij doen niet zo aan reviews en geven nooit een 10, maar vinden het voor dit hotel een terechte score. Zeker gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De kamer was schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim, zeker naar Japanse begrippen. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, respectvol en hulpvaardig. Het ontbijt was uniek, met een basiskeuze uit 4 gevarieerde ontbijtmenu’s en daarnaast een uitgebreid buffet. In de avond werd gratis drank aangeboden (inclusief witte en rode wijn) en zelfs een kleine maaltijd met hert en rijst. Dat hebben we echt nog nooit meegemaakt. Alles aan dit hotel voelde aangenaam en het was jammer dat we maar zo kort konden blijven.

The room was comfortable and clean and was large enough and had chairs so you could actually sit in the room and relax The breakfast was delicious with many choices We really appreciated the included wine and venison curry that was provided in the lounge in the evenings. We also appreciated the bath salt selection provided for in the lobby We have been traveling for a month in Japan and this was our favorite place We didn’t dislike anything- I wish we could have understood more about the restaurant- I think they had lunch but I wasn’t sure

They even offer free wine in the evening. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the room was very spacious and clean. Parking spaces nearby. The included breakfast might be a bit unusual for an European. If your not into fish or fondue for breakfast, I recommend you just opt for the breakfast buffet.

Staff friendly, helpful, and professional. Good overall hotel but no fitness room or lunch/dinner. However, they have complementary afternoon wine, water, coffee, tea, and juice. Additionally they had excellent Vensison curry (half portion free and full portion an extra 500 yen). Served from 7:30-9pm daily. This very delicious and was what we had for dinner both nights here. Overall, would definitely stay here again. I believe excellent overall value for your money. Lunch/dinner options. Having a gym. All else was EXCELLENT!!!

- AKIRA (9/5): 冬の北海道でしたが美味しい食事と橋のロケーションは最高でした。 - ホテルの外観が良かったのホテル内に宿泊者用専用ラウンジあり、19時30分からハーフサイズですが鹿肉のカレーが提供されお得感あります。最大の魅力は朝食ですね。海鮮をチョイスしましたがとても美味しくて和商市場で勝手丼食べなくても満足でした。最後にチェックアウト12時もゆっくりできて良かったですね。 特にありません。

- jonesyp43 (2/5): Give Kushiro in general a miss, as faded as a faded thing. So is this hotel. - You know when you walk into somewhere & go “oh dear…..”, well this was just that. The staff are pleasant enough, but to call this (& indeed Kushiro as a whole) “faded” is an understatement. Like Birkenhead in the 80s. It’s like a step back in time, & wasn’t for us. We got the room key & made it into the room, but only so we could google somewhere else to go & make sure they had a room (we went to Lake Akan, lovely…). Sadly we’d paid in advance non refundable (£242 for 2 nights), but it was a small price to pay to stay somewhere else nice & modern that didn’t feel completely dead. Somewhere you’d count the minutes until you can leave. Not for me

- Chuang (9/5): - 飯店位於幣舞橋旁邊，從房間裡就可以看到很不錯的景色！ 飯店有兩個車位滿多的免費停車場，工作人員很親切，還提供一份免費的簡易保養用品，並且很細心的為男女住客選用不同的內容物，最棒的是可以在大廳旁自行選擇泡澡鹽浴、精油，甚至可以借用不同種類的枕頭。 房間乾淨整潔，也有提供咖啡機，洗澡空間很大，泡澡起來非常舒服；看得出是比較有年紀的飯店，但不太有年代感的異味，同樣感受得出有努力維護設備和環境，會考慮再次入住並加購早餐。 我們共三人入住的是「豪華好萊塢雙床間」房型，所以有一張床是另外添加的，橫著擺在靠近窗前的位置而讓動線上有點微妙，如果能跟原本的兩張床同方向並排擺放應該會更好，但整體空間是足夠放行李的。
