• George (7/5): - Good location. Close to Junceylon Mall. Not too far from the action of Banzeen Market and Bangla either, but far enough away that it is a quiet and restful stay. Good restaurant and coffee shop options nearby, especially the little one at the reception which makes excellent coffee at a much more reasonable price than out on the main road. Comfortable bed. Nice little balcony to enjoy an evening beer on with not a bad view. The room was a bit run down and the dishes were dirty.

• Saniya (10/5): - Постель чистая, приятная, удобная. Плита, холодильник, кондер работали хорошо. Персонал очень приятный, вежливый, дали нам тостер попользоваться. Оставляли чемоданы на ресепшне пока ходили на пляж в после. Воду нам приносили. Патонг конечно суетный и шумный район, благо эта гостиница в глубине было тихо ночами. До пляжа на такси ездили 170-200 бат, назад пешком через ТЦ и кафешки. С детьми севернее на пляже лучше. Вход пологий, чище и контингент нормальный ) Душ не отделен кабинкой, но на удивление лужи не было после принятия душа. Вода быстро уходила, высыхала. Так что нормально.

• Davide (7/5): good for price and confort area - staff very kind, room very clean confort easy area to arrived bangla road or beach. nice tv and toilet. overall, everything is fine everything good the only problem for me is elevator too slow matress and pillows really to hard , very difficult to sleep and relax aircondition in front the bed when i turn on all the air in my face easy get cold but impossible don t use because is hot also changing direction the air coming on my head, should be on the side left or right of the room the safe boxe s should be fixed to the wall and hidden.

• Abdel Hamid (9/5): - The place is really nice and peaceful. It’s conveniently located close to everything. At night, it’s very comfortable no noise at all. I had a relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it! The kitchen isn’t well-equipped and lacks many essential items for cooking. There’s only one small burner on the stove, so cooking has to be done little by little. The kitchen drawer doesn’t want to open, and it looks old and worn out. Despite this, the stay was comfortable in other aspects.

• Finnian (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very accommodating and went out of her way to help us. The air con was cold and there were good restaurants and massage parlours nearby. There is a good vibe around this guesthouse. One of the rooms the floor isn’t angled right so the water collects. Also not so much a fault of the property but just so other travellers are aware it’s common for bedding to be slightly stained from sun lotion. We pointed it out and it was changed but everywhere we stayed at has the same thing so it’s just a case of adjusting expectations.

There was no hot water and the shower and toilet are on top of each other. We were told the room would be cleaned every 2 days but it was not cleaned unless we asked.

It lacks maintenance, you notice that it is only a business and not oriented towards the well-being of tourists. I missed a hair dryer.

• Antony (5/5): Passable - Spacious comfortable room. Property is set back from busy main road and quiet. I slept well. Location is partly up hill. There's a short cut which makes for an easy 10 mins walk to back of Jung Cfeylon centre. You can walk through it for coolness. About 20 mins to beach or bagla/paradise area. Unfortunately I was taken ill. The cleaning staff from myanmar don't speak English or Thai and didn't call for help. They ran away!! This is an area the GH could improve so staff know what to do. A disadvantage of being away from centre is distance to hospital. Pharmacy open midday.
