• Cristel (10/5): - Service très rapide, chaleureux et personnalisé. Les matelas étaient très confortables, comme dans les hôtels de luxe. Les draps étaient aussi de bonne qualité. Tout était très propre. Mon fils était très content de pouvoir écouter le hockey qui était diffusé sur la télévision. On nous a même proposé de fermer le restaurant un peu plus tard pour nous accommoder puisque nous sommes arrivés tard! Formidable! Nous reviendrons c’est certain!
• Désormeaux (7/5): C'était correct - Près du centre de ski et des services Stationnement glacée, pas suffisamment de serviettes, la porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas bien, pas suffisamment de supports et crochet, près d'une route bruyante, pas bien insonorisé et aucun mode d'emploi pour la manette de la télévision.

• Marie-Therese (6/5): J’y retournerai car là Mme du ménage est très gentille ainsi que celle de la réception du camping qui m’ont fait part qu - L emplacement et le chalet sont Wow !! Ainsi que l’insonorisation . Primo, le chalet # 7 il y a une job de plombier à faire au niveau de l’évier salle de bain qui ne s’écoule qu’après une éternité ( pour se brosser les dents c est ouff !! un bouchon de bain de bonne grandeur serait de mise car celui que ci ne retient pas l’eau. Cuisine un grille pain qui fonctionne serait apprécié. Savoir que le restaurant est ouvert de 6h am à 14h pm serait bien aussi. Une affiche indiquant qu’en été la Réception des locations doivent se faire au camping serait de mise car s’il n’y avait pas eu un M. Locataire d’une chambre qui était dehors j’aurais cherché pendant 20 minutes au lieu de 10.

• Christian (10/5): - Awesome spot and staff, the room was clean and spacious! The only issue which might only be for a small% of people. Was the parking for my room #18, was very difficult. The person staying in room #17 was parked just fine, but the little amount of room I had to back up my 2021 F150 4X4 truck, literally took me 5 mins, and I wasn’t even between my lines, which didn’t really matter bc I was the last room! Other than that… 👍👍

• Gaelle (6/5): Bien mais rapport qualité/prix injustifié - La chambre familiale était spacieuse et l’accès aux infrastructures du camping est appréciable. La dame qui faisait le ménage le matin était très agréable et dynamique Le prix est élevé par rapport à la qualité de l’hébergement, d’où cette note. Néanmoins, notre séjour s’est bien passé :) Le motel semble récent et il y a encore de petits ajustements à faire, notamment dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir faire sécher les serviettes (on nous invite à les garder plusieurs jours mais on ne peut pas les faire sécher correctement). Pas de patère à l’entrée non plus pour accrocher des vestes ou autre. À 4 ça s’entasse vite… ^^ L’aire de pique-nique avec barbecue est une super idée mais il manque une lumière pour pouvoir l’utiliser à la tombée de la nuit. Enfin, nous avons déploré l’absence de distributeur de glace, dommage pour un motel au prix d’un hôtel. Nous en avons donc acheté à la réception du camping. Enfin nous avons été un peu déçus par l’emplacement en bord de route. Par rapport aux photos, on s’attendait à autre chose

Peu de vaisselle dans le chalet, serait à améliorer (aucun saladier, aucun bol par exemple). Horaire piscine: 18H pour la fermeture est un peu tôt pour en profiter en fin de journée qd on est là pour visiter la région.

• clement (8/5): Adapté pour un séjour court - Possibilité d'arriver tard, ce fut parfait. Pas besoin de repasser à l'accueil pour le départ le matin c'était vraiment parfait compte tenu de la configuration des lieux. Le panneau d'accueil est vraiment pas très visible quand on arrive de nuit. L'employé manquait de sourire dans sa voix et son visage. De plus on a été obligé de descendre jusqu'à l'accueil et de passer une barrière de sécurité pour récupérer nos accès, ensuite il a fallu, faire demi-tour (ce qui n'est pas très prévu pour des véhicules larges comme un sprinter), repasser la barrière et remonter à l'entrée pour notre chambre.

Baignoire glissante, un tapis de baignoire serait apprécié. L insonorisation des chambres : on entend la douche des voisins..etc.. Si chambre à l étage, escalier difficile avec de lourdes valises. Par ailleurs motel en bordure d une route à grande circulation , jour et nuit. Environnement pas terrible .

• Morgane (8/5): Motel de bord de route, convient pour une nuit. - Ce motel convient pour une nuit mais rien de plus. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Par contre, les infrastructures extérieures (jeux et trampoline géant pour les enfants) visibles sur les photos n’appartiennent pas au motel mais au camping attenant. Le camping étant fermé, ils ne sont pas accessibles à cette période de l’année.
