• Silvia (6/5): A lot of potential, but worn out base, and strange company policies - The villa is a good size, has a beautiful back garden with a pool, and the location is great. There are at least 5 beautiful beaches in a walking distance, and lots of shops and restaurants 5 min. away from the property. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The staff was friendly and polite. The base is old and worn out. I'm still in shock that they asked for €500 security deposit for a villa that is falling apart. It needs urgent refurbishment. Inside the villa was clean, but the outdoor furniture and pool were not.
• Jane (10/5): Great location, lovely villa - Nice villa within a quiet location, small lovely village. Sufficient facilities, restaurants, shops. Villa location is perfect for restaurants and beaches with reliable public transport. Lovely size pool and all facilities that you could need for your vacation. Outside furniture, cushions could do with replacing from the weathered & worn ones. Pre inspection of the villa prior to guests arriving would assist in eliminating calls to the property management company as bathroom sink didn't empty and the pool hadn't been cleaned properly. Any issues raised were immediately attended to & fixed.

• Sasha (5/5): unpleasant unclean - the pool was the main reason I booked this villa for our children and after having a terrible reaction to the pool water the first days of the holiday weren’t the best as they even struggled to go into the sea water, now our first thought was chlorine burn but if this is the case then that means the pool wasn’t checked before we arrived but to add to the lack of cleanliness there were bat droppings around the pool and toxic flowers hibiscus but our children have been in many many pools all around the world and this has never happened it was extremely disappointing we did complain about this . there were hairs all over the house the outside were the pool was was disgusting the furniture was filthy and we couldn’t use the pool really really unsanitary I could have gotten us a hotel room to stop in for half the price
• Janem (8/5): Very clean, lovely villa in a quiet area. Plenty of restaurants and beaches within walking distance. - Easy to access keys and La Mer was very active in their communication. The hairdryer didn't work but we saw a LA Mer person (Trevor) in the vicinity whom we reported it to and very quickly this issue was resolved by someone coming out quickly to change the plug. No pillow protectors on any of the beds. The mattresses were not comfortable but we got round it by using blankets on the bed. The outdoor cushions weren't particularly clean but this is likely due to weather elements and that we arrived at the end of the season. Neighbours dog constantly barking during the daytime was annoying but this isn't the responsibility of the holiday villa owners.
