• Vivienne (8/5): Very comfortable stay - Loredana was super helpful and quick to respond to any of our requests. She was also very understanding and accommodating of my requests. The location was also really great and provided convenient access to the Metro. The facilities were clean and the room was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. There was a small problem with the toilet not flushing properly at first. But that was quickly resolved. Also, you are able to hear upstairs neighbours through the wall. However that is expected for old buildings. The check in process is a little involved so make sure to read all the instructions carefully.

• Mark (1/5): No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo - La ubicación Aunque la ubicación es excelente, el alojamiento no cumple con los estándares mínimos de limpieza y seguridad. Al llegar, las llaves estaban en un sobre expuesto a cualquier persona, lo que supone una falta de seguridad grave. En cuanto a la habitación, las paredes presentaban manchas de humedad y el mobiliario de madera estaba muy desgastado. El baño requiere mantenimiento urgente: el grifo estaba suelto, la iluminación en la ducha era insuficiente y había presencia de moho. Además, no realizaron el cambio de toallas ni sábanas durante la estancia. Considerando que el precio supera los 100 € por noche, las condiciones son inaceptables

• Maria (9/5): - Location is very prime! Less than 5 mins to the Metro station. You've got everything you need near the hotel. We even walked to the Vatican, it was less than 30 mins. Shower pressure and water temperature was great. The heating system worked properly and I enjoyed the sunlight coming through the window. The room got enough space for our 1 XL luggage and 1 cabin luggage. My esim did not work properly when I landed, so I did not receive the message on how to enter the property. I was pretty confused when I arrived but luckily there was a lady coming out from the property and she helped me! But I guess maybe I was just unlucky,

• Yiğit (10/5): Mükemmel! - Öncelikle konumu müthişti, her yere çok yakındık bazı günler toplu taşıma bile kullanmamıza gerek kalmadan tamamen yürüdük. Aynı zamanda metroya ve otobüslere de çok yakın. Odamız gayet büyüktü her gün güzel bir şekilde temizlendi. Odada mini buzdolabı ve kahve makinesi vardı, kapsüller ve sular her gün yenilendi. Check in saatinden önce geldiğimiz için odamız hazır değildi ama valizlerimizi bıraktık ve sonrasında kendileri odamıza çıkardılar, bu çok güzel bir imkandı. Biz fiyat fayda olarak da çok memnun kaldık tekrar Roma’ya gelsem kesinlikle burada konaklarım.

Inoltre, sempre nel raggio di 2-300 metri ci sono un market, una farmacia, bar e ristoranti di tutti i tipi. Una nota negativa è il parcheggio, infatti nei dintorni è molto difficile parcheggiare. Ci sono anche dei parcheggi privati ma hanno prezzi irragionevoli.

Letto comodo e posizione veramente strategica vicino Piazza del Popolo e vicino alla metro. Muri un po’ segnati dal tempo e mancava la luce in doccia (separata dal wc e bidet). Di conseguenza dovevo accendere la luce del lavandino (esterno alla doccia) per poter far la doccia senza problemi.

Per il costo della stanza pensavo in qualcosa di meglio. Rubinetteria mezza traballante, doccia che quando è in funziona allagato il bagno perchè mancano le guarnizioni. Spa non molto pulita, ricoperta completamente dal calcare. Nella dotazione in descrizione c'è erano le pantofole e purtroppo arrivati in struttura non c' erano e non hanno saputo provvedere a elaborare la nostra esperienza. Molto delusa

• Laura Spinoso1 (6/5): Non fantastico. - La colazione non è’ inclusa Non c’è riscaldamento e la pompa di calore non faceva molta aria calda. Era probabilmente bloccata su una certa temperatura. Purtroppo, il bagno le tende a rullo erano rotte e dal palazzo di fronte si guardava dentro dritto verso la doccia.. Non era possibile chiudere le persone perché hanno messo la macchina dell’aria condizionata che impediva la chiusura.
• Corrado (9/5): Mi trovo bene in Place24 - Personale fantastico, sempre disponibili a dare un aiuto anche per richieste pratiche e logistiche, camere ampie, posizione comodissima, macchina del caffè nespresso e boiler forniti in tutte le stanze, ottimi bar vicino la struttura per la colazione (non offerta in loco) e i pasti. Alle volte il wifi è un po' lento, aggiungerei una sedia con spalliera oltre al puff per poter lavorare con comodità sulla scrivania presente in camera.
