• Alexander (7/5): - Tolle Lage, sehr guter Service im Zusammenspiel mit dem Hotel Splendid. Shuttle-Service für das Gepäck. Kurze Wege in die Einkaufsstraße. Direkt am See und entsprechend nahe der Zustieg für die Fähren. Extra möchte ich mich bei dem Personal an der Rezeption bedanken. Sie waren allesamt unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr viel Verpackungsmüll beim Frühstück, hinzukommt kein frisch geschnittenes Obst, sondern Dosenfrüchte. Dasselbe gilt für Joghurt, auch nicht offen, sondern in Plastikbechern. Die Brotauswahl war nicht besonders groß. Die Stühle im Zimmer waren gänzlich unbequem, zum Fernsehen sozusagen ungeeignet.

• Cristina (6/5): No tienen recepción. - El hotel estaba muy cerca del ferri y teníamos muy buenas vistas desde la habitación. Además el desayuno estaba muy bueno y había muchas opciones. El hotel en general esta muy bien, pero no hay recepción para el check in y check out. Tiene que venir a recogerte una persona en un carrito de golf y subirte al hotel Splendid Palace para que te atiendan en esa recepción. Luego tienen que volver a bajarte. Nosotros queríamos coger un ferri temprano el día que nos íbamos pero dependíamos de que nos recogieran en el carrito para hacer el check out. Por suerte solo tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos a que nos recogiera, pero cuando volvimos había una cola de tres o cuatro familias esperando a que les recogieran en el carrito se golf, por lo que puedes tardar más de media hora en hacer el check out. Para nosotros esto es un fallo muy grande, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas y, por el precio que tiene, esperarías tener recepción.

• Jocelyne (8/5): - Hotel is in a great location in the pedestrian part of Limone. Hotel info states there is 24/7 reception however there is no reception at the hotel, the reception is at its sister hotel further up the road. This makes it difficult to pop to reception and ask questions. It also means that check-in and out is at the other Hotel but they do provide golf buggy transport to get there for these 2 occasions. This also meant trying to change pre-booked taxi transfers as I was not notified until a short time before the holiday. Air conditioning in each room was good if a little noisy. Amazing views from hotel if booking lake view. You have use of a swimming pool a short 5 minute walk away. Location of this hotel is great.

• Nawal (10/5): - Check-in is at the splendid hotel up the street. Once you check in, they drive you to Hotel La Palme in a golf cart. That was quite fun! Once we arrived, we realized that our room was facing the ferry dropped off. Eventually, we asked to move rooms and the front desk was exceptional at quickly transitioning us to the splendid hotel as there was a room available. For those who want to be in the heart of Limone, La Palme is fantastic. We were just looking for a little more quiet. We will no doubt return to the splendid hotel.

• Gina (8/5): Wonderful location, great breakfast on the water, air conditioning didn’t work very well, parking at another hotel up th - Fantastic location in the pedestrian area of Limone. Great breakfast right on the water. Wonderful way to start our day. Had to park at Hotel Splendid up the hill. They did provide transportation of ourselves and our luggage upon arrival and departure. Very tight parking garage. Pool was located up the street a little bit from our hotel and it closed early around 7pm. The air conditioning didn’t work very well.

Na śniadaniu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a i restauracja oferuje dobre dania, desery i wino. Udało nam się doświadczyć kolacji przy muzyce na żywo. Personel przemiły, z polskim akcentem. Polecam serdecznie.
• Matthew John (10/5): - Wonderful staff and great restaurant. Our rooms were on the top floor with a lake view and was traditional in style but very clean and in good condition. Restaurant prioritised hotel guests and gave a discount. Hotel is right next to the ferry terminal so is very convenient. We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. Nice private swimming pool with sun loungers just a short walk up the hill with great views over the lake. Recommend the restaurant by the small harbour around the corner called monte baldo.

• Olivia (10/5): Perfect to explore limone sul Garda - The location of this hotel was fantastic. Such a small quiet hotel which is nice and is perfect for exploring limone sul Garda. Incredible they offer free parking and breakfasts have everything you need could need. Would have been better if we could have checked in at the hotel not the hotel nearby but at least there’s is a transfer

• Derek (10/5): - Amazing hotel and staff. Transportation from the top of the hill to your room was easy with a great driver. The room we had was a balcony overlooking the water and the views were very nice. The room itself was good and not overly hot and stuffy. Definitely recommend.

Besonders erfreulich, dass wir unerwartet auch noch ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick bekommen haben. Der Shuttleservice mit dem Golf K vom Schwester Hotel Martha los funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter (sowie das gesamte Hotel) aber charmant. Italienisches Urlaubsfeeling Der Müllwagen direkt unterhalb des Zimmers, welcher um 6:30 Uhr die Glasflaschen entsorgt hat 😅

• Barbara (10/5): Lakeside elegance. - The location is right on the lake, right in town, right next to the ferry departure; just perfect. It has its own restaurant - watching the ferry, ducks and swans and offers a most delicious seafood pasta. Also loved the private swimming pool with PIN code. Loved that the hotel offered free parking and check in at associate hotel near the main road and then we are taken by golf cart shuttle to Hotel Le Palma. A super place to stay. It was a bit strange having no one at Reception at Hotel Le Palma and no one to get advice or say hallo to in the mornings. But otherwise no negative comments.

• Tora (8/5): Very good - Hotel Palme is old in both interior and exterior, though a bit outdated, it’s mostly charming, and in a good way. It lies in the middle of the city which is convenient, but also, unfortunately and literary, right by the ferrydock. Our room was to the left on the first floor overlooking the lake, which mean looking straight into the ferry and all its passengers which arrive and depart many times a day. This is a bit stressful, and we couldn’t change rooms. The streets of limone are packed in the summer, which means that it’s quite crowded around the hotel, but still, I guess this is expected. On the positive side the pool area and garden which is about a five minute walk from the hotel is just great, magnificent view overlooking the lake, and easy access to the lake for a swim. A perfect place to relax and a huge plus. Breakfast area is also really nice, right by the lake, and the breakfast had a good selection. WiFi is not great

• Monize (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Palme in Limone sul Garda! One of the highlights was definitely the balcony — I absolutely loved the stunning view from my window. It was the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of the lake. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. We had to leave very early one morning and were going to miss breakfast, but they kindly prepared something for us in advance — such a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. The hotel’s restaurant was also fantastic! The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly and prestativo (helpful), making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Limone — I would definitely come back!

Lift was always available. The fact there was no reception desk in the hotel. For small queries one would not phone the other Hotel. It felt like no one was in charge.

The hotel is not updated but it is super clean and important elements like the showers and beds were in great shape. The food on the restaurant was incredibly good. They serve a great gin and tonic. The staff were attentive and friendly. The whole experience took us back in time on a good way.
• Cindy (5/5): Great view, shame about the rest of it! - Location A/C not cold enough, lack of usb ports, old curtains, warm refrigerator, 1 small complimentary bottle of water, for 2 guests, no milk, despite having tea/coffee making facilities, 1 pool towel for 2 guests, pools are not attached to the hotel, shower over a very deep bath..not ideal for persons with mobility issues, noisy ferries throughout our stay, they dock right at hotel, Ferry passengers can have a good long look at you if you are trying to relax on your balcony, check in is at Sunrise Hotel above Limone centre..a fact one is not aware of until the free cancellation period has expired, you have to leave your car at that hotel, pizzas at restaurant are almost inedible!

• Richard (9/5): This property is very well located within the beautiful village of Limone. - Wonderful older style hotel right on the water. Two lovely swimming pools and we also rented a speed boat for the day, with the kids. Fantastic breakfasts and so many choices close by for dinner and lunch.

Overall the experience was fabulous. The bathroom towels are thin and worn and need to be replaced. And the hotel say you can contact them by WhatsApp but they don’t reply.

• Marcel (3/5): Stay away! - The location is the only positive about this place. Rundown old hotel that needs a new management and renovation. Old furniture, old yellow curtains, tiny rooms, horrible food and a staff that couldn’t care less.
• Niels (10/5): - Indtjek foregår på Hotel Splendid hvor man fragtes i golfbil til hotel le Palmer i Limone city. Så kør dertil først hvor også bilen parkeres. Meget hyggeligt og originalt hotel med pragtfuld view over søen! Dejlig restaurant med sødt personale. Pænt og tent og sødt personale overalt. Enkel og simpel morgenmad der ikke på nogen måde er prangende, men fin. På hotel Splendid (søsterhotel) er morgenbuffet overdådig, lækker og med alt hvad man behøver og mere til. Vi boede to nætter på Le Palme og 1 nat på hotel Splendid og næste gang bytter vi tundt på det for at få den lækre morgenbuffet og mere rolige omgivelser lidt væk fra city og tourbådene.
