Der Balkon im Miniformat tut sein übrieges.Dieses Zimmer ist für 3 Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Das Hotel sollte hier ein Einzelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer anbieten

Het hotel heeft veel voorzieningen voor (kleine) kinderen. En ligt op een prima loopafstand van het centrum. De badkamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Deze zijn gedateerd en het sanitair hangt behoorlijk laag. Verder zijn de bedden niet erg comfortabel.

Неприветливый и некомпетентный персонал, начиная с ресепшна и процесса заселения, заканчивая обслуживанием во время завтрака. Маленький номер, старая мебель, грязно, неудобная дополнительная кровать для ребенка, устаревшая система вентиляции, из-за которой в номере было жарко и душно. Совершенно отвратительная парковка, оборудована среди деревьев, ям и камней, не всегда есть свободные места.

Unica nota non positiva è la vasca in bagno con telo, che personalmente non sopporto ed il condizionatore che mostrava tutta la sua età con poca efficienza.

- Petra (9/5): - Snídaně i večeře byly bohaté, obrovský výběr kvalitního jídla. Lokalita byla klidná, ale pořád v pěší dostupnosti do centra Malcesine. Bazén ideální pro děti a míčové hry. Personál velmi přátelský a nápomocný. Vnitřní i venkovní prostřední hotelu hezky udržované. Skříň měla dost ramínek, ale málo polic, v koupelně bylo relativně málo odkládacího prostoru.

- Helen (9/5): Incredible 4 days, hotel was great and we will be back! - The hotel and amenities were great. We loved the pool and the bar, evening entertainment was great. The staff were so nice. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring lake Garda. The kids loved the pool and very family friendly so they got to play with lots of other kids too You should allow pizza in the evening to be served anywhere in the bar area and not just in the designated pizza area. That felt like a rule that made no sense. You should add a jacuzzi to the pool area. And add free weights/dumbbells to the gym. Also if you have a shuttle you should use it more. The shuttle was never convenient. Should be every hour or even on demand - call for pickup. The town is so far to walk all the time so the shuttle should be more accommodating

- Lucy (8/5): Very big hotel in the most incredible location - It’s a very big hotel. It’s very clean. We were in a deluxe room which was very spacious with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. It’s quite dated decor. The location is probably the best on lake Garda. The most stunning little town. It’s a long walk to and from the town so you do need a car although the hotel does have a shuttle bus. The WiFi was brilliant. The breakfast was good and had everything you could need The decor is dated.

Zuerst zugewiesenen Zimmer, alt und viel zu klein. Bett eine Katastrophe. Spinnweben im Bad, die die ganze Woche nicht entfernt wurden. An manchen Tagen zuwenige Liegen am Pool.

- Walter (8/5): Gute Anlage mit schlechtem Zimmer - Da wir im Rahmen einer Rundreise mit dem Auto anreisten, war uns die Zufahrt zum Hotel (viele ZTL in ital. Städten mit z. T. undurchsichtigen Bedingungen) sowie ein Parkplatz in Hotelnähe wichtig. Unter diesem Aspekt liegt das Hotel optimal und auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite wurde uns zugewiesen. Da das Hotel außerhalb der Stadt liegt, ist auch das Ambiente drum herum mit Pool, Liegewiese, Minigolf sehr ansprechend, und die Luft an heißen Tagen nicht so stickig wie im Zentrum. Die Hotelanlage wirkt ist großzügig konzipiert und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet läßt praktisch keine Wünsche offen, und obwohl das Hotel viele Gäste beherbergt, gab es zu keiner Zeit ein Platzproblem im Restaurant. Die Bar, halb innen, halb im Außenbereich, ist sehr ansprechend mit einer guten Auswahl an Getränken und kleinen Gerichten sowie Pizza am Abend. Unser Zimmer im Haupthaus lag zur Frontseite und war sehr ruhig und vor allem schon ab dem Vormittag im Schatten, was bei den Temperaturen (Hitzewelle Ende Juni!) sehr angenehm war. Der Balkon ist klein, aber fein. Er wurde offensichtlich komplett saniert, und auch das Zimmer war anscheinend neu gestrichen. Unverständlich, weshalb man hier aufgehört hat (--> s. unten). Die schöne Lage im Grünen hat als Schattenseite die doch rel. große Entfernung zum Zentrum, Gehzeit ca. 20-25min. Bergab am Morgen mag das noch gehen, am Spätnachmittag, bergauf bei 35°C und in der prallen Sonne macht das jedoch keine Freude. Man sollte sich also dringend vorher an der Rezeption über Fahrzeiten und Haltestelle des Shuttle-Buses informieren! Das Zimmer, so gut gelegen es auch war, war allerdings eine herbe Enttäuschung. Schon die verschrammte Eingangstür zum Zimmer in fürchterlichem Dunkelbraun mit nachgerüstetem elektronischen Zugang ließ nichts Gutes erwarten. Im Zimmer dann ein in die Jahre gekommener Teppichboden, der einen unangenehmen Mief von sich gab. Das Bad, nicht nur klein, sondern die Armaturen matt und der Duschkopf total verkalkt. Die Dusche (immerhin mit Einarmarmatur) schwer zu regeln, die Strahlen infolge der Verkalkung entweder schwach oder wie Nadelstiche auf der Haut. Die Matratze auf der einen Bettseite total einseitig durchgelegen und überhängend, weshalb man den Eindruck hatte, jeden Augenblick aus dem Bett zu kullern. Das Extrabett (Sofabett) mit einer Auflage, die den Namen nicht verdient. Die Klimaanlage lief Tag und Nacht auf voller Leistung und war bei den Temperaturen gerade ausreichend. Das WLAN im öffentlichen Bereich war gut und stabil, auf dem Zimmer allerdings schwach mit Aussetzern.

- Liis Noormets (7/5): - We stayed at this hotel as a family of three – two adults and one child – and overall had a lovely experience. This hotel is extremely family-friendly, and I doubt there are many places around Lake Garda that offer such great value for money for families with children. There was an outdoor playground, an indoor mini club, and several pools at different depths suitable for kids. However, the pool water was not heated, which might be worth keeping in mind depending on the season. The hotel staff were excellent – friendly, helpful, and always available. One downside was the air conditioning in our room, which wasn’t powerful enough to cope with the hot June sun. The room got uncomfortably warm, which unfortunately affected our child’s sleep. Another issue was the live music concerts held in the hotel’s inner courtyard every evening until 11 PM. While we appreciate entertainment, the volume was very high and clearly audible from our room, making it difficult to fall asleep. I believe the performances would still be enjoyable if the music was a bit quieter and ended a little earlier – especially for families with young children. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids. Just be sure to request a room that doesn’t face the courtyard if you’re hoping for quieter evenings.

- Angelika (9/5): Ein toller erholsamer Urlaub - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, bei dem es an nichts fehlte, und abwechslungsreiches leckeres Abendessen. Sehr saubere Pools mit jeder Menge Liegen und Sonnenschirmen und wer Ruhe suchte, hat die Möglichkeit auf entsprechende Liegewiesen auszuweichen! Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und können es wirklich empfehlen! Auch Parkmöglichkeiten sind mehr als genug vorhanden, inklusive Parkgaragen! Leider haben wir keine Möglichkeit in der Nähe gefunden, um am See zu baden! Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts, das liegt an der Lage!
