• Laurie (4/5): Bon emplacement mais bruyant et service moyen - L'emplacement, très pratique Aucune isolation phonique et la rue est très bruyante à toute heure, de plus, la porte de notre chambre était vitrée et donnait sur le hall donc à chaque entrée, nous avons la lumière directement pendant la nuit, et devions nous lever pour aller l'éteindre car personne n'eteignait et pas de minuterie. Enfin, nous étions censé avoir le petit déjeuner inclus mais personne n'est venu le dernier jour.

• Amelia (8/5): - A great stay in a very convenient location. The room was a very generous size and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning. A very good stay indeed. If you are a light sleeper, the bnb is located on a street above restaurants and bars, so you do get some noise at nighttime but nothing that isnt expected when staying in the heart of Palermo.

• Jannik Noah (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Das Personal war meistens freundlich, konnte aber nicht immer gut englisch, aber man kommt schon zurecht. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück gibt es entweder direkt aufs Zimmer oder in einer Bar nebenan. An einem Morgen gab es leider kein Frühstück und die Kommunikation ist manchmal ein bisschen schwierig. Ich persönlich fand das gemeinsam genutzte Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber, aber man konnte es nutzen. Für den Preis war es vollkommen in Ordnung.

• Francesco (5/5): - Tolle Lage, leckeres Frühstück inklusive. Der Eigentümer ist freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Leider kam eine Mitarbeiterin bereits um 8:00 Uhr ins Apartment und telefonierte sehr laut. Sie wirkte dabei sehr unmotiviert und genervt und hat sich über etwa zwei Stunden darüber beschwert, dass sie Dinge nicht tun könne, weil sie arbeiten müsse. Das hat eine sehr unangenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen. Ich habe mich dadurch unwohl gefühlt, sodass die sonst positiven Aspekte in den Hintergrund gerückt sind. Sehr schade.

It's a house and you're subletting one room, the WiFi didn't work well, neither did the hot water in the bathroom. The bathroom pipes are also connected to each other, that means two people cannot shower at the same times despite there being 2 showers

• Oleksandra (9/5): For short term stay very comfortable and worth its price. - The location is perfect. Close to the city center, restaurants and shops. The host is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning in the hotel happened every day. Two shared bathrooms were enough for all guests.

Reluctance from the beginning, the cleaning lady's face looked like I was disturbing her. I arrived earlier but tried to be nice and waited for the room to be cleaned. Breakfast 0 points. The first day I wanted arrancin with cheese, they brought it to me with meat. The next day I had a stuffed donut, they brought it plain She bought the cheapest thing to save money. The coffee was warmed milk in the microwave with coffee. And the next day I didn't drink it. she was angry and wanted to solve everything quickly. I'm not talking about the fact that she didn't know anything in English..The cleaning lady was even angry that I didn't know Italian. I don't know if she expects me to come and stay there as a local. . I don't know why the owner wasn't the person I was going to solve things with. The owner came at the end of the stay only for the city tax money and didn't even ask if I was satisfied.

Благодарю владельцев и надеюсь отзыв был б - Была на Сицилии в декабре, местоположение очень удобное ( не далеко основные достопримечательности, 400 метров к автобусной остановки в аэропорт, рядом много овощных ларьков и кафе), но очень шумно и вечером , и утром на улице. Чудесный балкон, вид не самый привлекательный , но для утреннего кофе и завтрака - хорош. Кухня и душ в хорошем состоянии, всегда чистые. Всегда на кухне есть кофе, завтрак сложно назвать завтраком ( это пирожное, на выбор 1 шт- И Все), кофе в дополнение. Холодильник в рабочем и чистом состоянии. Есть основные кухонные принадлежности и это замечательно. Горячая вода в очень ограниченном количестве ( на весь процесс принятия душа должно уйти максимум 3-4 минуты, потом вода идет холодная. Очень скрипит балконная дверь и не закрывается плотно ( слышен сильно уличный шум)

Hotel gwarantuje w swojej ofercie śniadania w cenie. Potem wysyła na te śniadania do lokalu, gdzie trzeba dopłacać, nie informując o tym wcześniej.

La strada mi è sembrata tranquilla, vicino al porto. La colazione è stata servita tramite convenzione con una caffetteria nei pressi nei limiti dell’importo stabilito ed è stata più che soddisfacente Il telecomando del condizionatore non funzionava, fortunatamente ne ho potuto prendere un’altro nella stanza accanto non occupata. Anche il telecomando del televisore non funzionava per mancanza di una batteria che ho prelevato dal telecomando del condizionatore. Comunque solo piccoli inconvenienti che non offuscano i pregi della struttura

• Regina (9/5): Recomendo - Quarto grande, bem ventilado e silencioso. Estávamos em três adultos e ficamos bem acomodados (uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro).Ótimo guarda-roupas. A cozinha e o banheiro eram compartilhados com outros hóspedes e estavam limpos.

Tudo bem limpo e organizado. Bom café-da-manhã e excelente recepção! Super indico e voltaria! A localização no google maps indicada está correta, mas mesmo assim fiquei na dúvida da localização. Acredito que se puder colocar uma placa indicando o nome do hotel já ajudava bastante.

• Camille (9/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé. Le personnel gentil et arrangeant. Cela n'est pas un souci mais je le précise car je ne l'avais pas compris comme tel : vous avez votre propre chambre et vous partagez les salles de bain avec d'autres voyageurs.

C'è anche la possibilità di usare la cucina, attrezzata di stoviglie, microonde, frigo piano cottura, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè. La fermata dell'autobus che collega Palermo all'aeroporto è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. La colazione non viene servita prima delle 8,20 un po' riduttivo per chi come me vuole uscire presto al mattino

• Elena (8/5): Buona esperienza - Ho gradito la disponibilità e la cortesia della proprietaria; la stanza era immensa e i servizi adeguati. La posizione mi è risultata super conveniente: a qualche passo dalla fermata dell'autobus che avvicina al centro, o di quello che porta a Mondello. Nella mia stanza c'erano sia l'A/C che la televisione. Prezzo molto competitivo considerata la zona. La sera può essere un po' rumoroso per via dei locali sulla strada, ma per fortuna non vanno avanti fino alle ore piccole, i volumi si abbassano abbastanza presto. La colazione nel bar di fianco non dava molte opzioni.

NON CI E' PIACIUTO IL BAR SOTTO L'ALLOGGIO DOVE C'è LA CONVENZIONE PER FARE COLAZIONE, EVIDENTEMENTE PER LORO CORNETTO E CAPPUCCIO VA PRESO IN PIEDI AL BANCONE, Perché I HANNO FATTO PAGARE IL COPERTO A PARTE. • matteo (3/5): Economico in centro ma senza qualità - La posizione è buona Oltre la posizione il resto non è piacevole , il supporto del letto era rotto e si dormiva inclinati e se ti muovevi scivolavi dall’ altro lato . Inoltre se vuoi dormire un po’ non è possibile perché alle 8:30 lo staff inizierà a fare chiasso e sbattere per pulire le camere lasciate . Io ho fatto due notti è l’ultimo giorno hanno bussato alla mia porta dalle 8:30 perché non vedevano l’ora di entrare a pulire nonostante il check out fosse alle 10:00.
• moreno.concezzi (9/5): Camera comoda e spaziosa. - Camera molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, bagni puliti. Il check-in è fino a tardi. La colazione è compresa anche di domenica. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio anche dopo aver lasciato la camera. In bagno è mancata la carta igienica e non ne era presente altra. Mi dispiace di un inconveniente che c'è stato con una tenda in camera che credo sarebbe dovuto essere gestito in maniera diversa da parte dell'host.
