Guest Reviews
- nathalie (2/5): - this place is horrible they had bed bugs and when i showed them videos of the bed bugs they didn’t care and claimed it wasn’t from here and wouldn’t give a refund and said the most they can give me back is $20
- Nita (6/5): - The pool Out of order
- Verified traveler (4/5): Would not recommend - Unfortunately this was not the cleanest or nicest room. Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains. Bed frame has some type of stains close to the bed. The toilet had stains around the seat. The floor had random trash lying around. The “front desk” weren’t friendly, made me feel like I was bothering them when I tried to check in. My boyfriend and I bought our own bed sheets and disinfectant after we walked into the room
- Yolanda (2/5): - There were bed bugs and I got bit multiple times
- Cesar (2/5): Horrible experience - Horrible experience, didn’t end up spending the night there and was denied a refund. They tried to keep my deposit but I waited till they gave it to me. The room had no microwave, mini fridge; had burnt blankets, dirty curtains, couldn’t open the window, the AC didn’t work, the tv remote couldn’t change the input so all I was able to put was whatever was on the antenna. And the room just smelled musky had to leave the door wide open to try and cope with it but didn’t end up staying the night just wasn’t the right feel wasn’t comforting or relaxing. And the AC filter was dirty.
- Kerin (4/5): Would not recommend - Rooms were not so great. The key was only good for 24 hrs, which they never told us. The area was horrible. Could not understand what the person at check in was saying. The A/c, Heater was very loud and didn't work so well. could hear everything outside the room.
- Ralph (2/5): - This was one of the worst experiences while trying to celebrate my honeymoon. First the staff was extremely rude with very limited communication skills. I was treated at the check in window as if they were doing me a favor. There was some kind of mix up with my payment information. I believe it was conveniently not processed onlive so that I would be charged more at the window with at the time of check-in with limited resources. The room was below satisfactory with stained sheets dirty towels and roach droppings in various areas of the room. I also requested a non-smoking and handicap access suite, but not until I arrived was I notified about the lack in accomodations. What was suppose to be nice getaway for my wife and myself turned out to be a night of disappointment and disaster. I believe the Expedia in association with the regal motel worked together in cat fishing me into taking my business to a hotel that If not for Expedia I would of never have chosen.
- Ramiro (2/5): - Was not clean
- Yasmin (2/5): - Horrible place to stay at . Felt very unsafe , and I don’t end up staying.
- Rick (2/5): - Very unsafe area. We had to wait outside to check in because i think the employee was sleeping. He was very rude and we didnt end up staying for many reasons. Dirty and unsafe were the top reasons.
- Joel (6/5): - 👎
- Barbara (8/5): - Ok hotel, nothing special
- Cynthia (10/5): - The personnel was very kind
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My friend and I stayed here because we were going to a concert at BMO stadium and wanted to be relatively close to the venue as well as the airport. I am a very patient person and I really try to give people and places the benefit of the doubt but this place was absolutely not worth the price. The room was dirty, with hair and dust on the surfaces as well as marks all over the walls and doors. On top of this, the shower didn't quite work, where we had to shove in the handle to turn on the hot water and then were unable to turn it off. There were no towels so we had to go back to the front desk to get some. Honestly, the best part was the free beer left by the previous guest in the fridge. The man at the front desk was nice, but not very helpful and returning our second night the key wouldn't work, so we had to go get it fixed which the man said every night the keys reset? I guess it was not what I was expecting and paying over $300 for two nights I hoped for a lot more.
- Mia (4/5): - My friend and I felt unsafe. At first it was cool but we left to go get toiletries and when we came back there was a random van blocking our parking spot to which they moved immediately when they us as if they know if it was our spot. The dude in the van looked at another dude who was just hanging around and when my friend and i walked upstairs… the guy started following us!! My friend and I literally ran to the room and put the mini fridge in front of the door as well as sleep with a switchblade knife. Scary stuff
- Jennifer (2/5): - The window in the bathroom did not lock, making it unsafe to stay in. The room smelled horrible and there were stains all over the bed. The furniture was broke. The room overall was dirty. We did not end up staying.
- Christina (10/5): Good/Affordable - It was a good experience everything went very smoothly. I asked if the room would be available earlier and it was given to me right when I arrived! The only bad thing I would say is the A/C didn’t work.
- Frank (2/5): - Good luck finding parking
- kary (6/5): - Room was massive. But blanket was a sheet. Asked for a 20 dollar cash deposit for my room key to bought it was weird but I did get it back. Paid 140 dollars for the room which I thought was highway robbery for the location. But that is my only complaint.
- Cynthia (10/5): - Convenient
- Cynthia (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Andres (6/5): - Dirty
- Michella (2/5): - Not good
- Cynthia (6/5): - Staff was nice
- Cynthia (10/5): - Other patrons were very loud with music.
- Diana (2/5): Warming! Bed bugs! - We booked hoping they had improved. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one because found a bed bug in a "clean, fresh" sheets we requested after we had already stayed one night.
- Bin (4/5): - There is no electricity for the refridgter. Wifi was only works for outside not inside of room.
- jean pierre nghiem (8/5): - Found hair in the sink. Outside from that, it's safe considering how the surrounding area looks like.
- Enos (8/5): - Perfect for the weekend festivals
- Gabriela (6/5): - The AC was noisy
- Mathew (2/5): - It was a dump only Ist floor room in the garage no ice no chairs no drawer, no closet no coffee no refrigerator and it was noisy all night. homeless people. would not recommend to anyone it is a 1 star hotel and neighborhood was awful
- J (10/5): LA Rocks - Perfect stay for a quick concert in the area !
- Miguel (8/5): - There's no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms, WIFI didn't reached my room and I was on top of the office, I had to be exactly next to the office to get signal, second floor just doesn't get any.
- Amunique (8/5): - It was great overall. Just stretch the wifi 🙂🙂🙂🙂
- KERRY (2/5): - Dangerous neighborhood. Staff cannot speak english. Prostitution hotel.
- Evelyn (4/5): - Definitely a go to if you’re looking for a super cheap , not spending much time in the hotel kinda place or last notice kinda spot .The water pressure was horrible . Towels felt like a freaking old rusty carpet . Only two bars of soap . Room wasn’t clean just looked decent from far away. I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for a good quality stay .
- Araceli (8/5): - Is good end clean
- Jovanni (10/5): - They were good people
- Jennifer (2/5): - This place is absolutely not what the photos look like and the guy at the front desk asked me for a $10 cash deposit. For what?? Don’t stay here.
- Carlos (2/5): - Dirty and loud noises in the hotel.
- Gilberto (2/5): - Horrible experience. Room full of cockroaches
- Juan Carlos (2/5): Bad place to stay - I don’t like that they ask for 20 dollars cash, for key deposite, then the check out next morning is at 10 am, and they look for excuses to keep the 20 dollars cash key deposit, and they don’t give receipts.
The room got have only one night stand because the other one got ripe off the wall and you can see the wall damage, in the bathroom the tube is full of rust, everything was bad, never have an experience like this, too bad I didn't took pictures.
- William (2/5): Worst motel in town. - Outside seems okay. Ones you go to the room it’s all bad. Dirty, stinks, and roaches, and bed bugs. I had to go get my refund back. Oh yeah price over charges for a night.
- Luis A (6/5): - I liked friendly staff. Also, rooms include refrigerator and microwave. I didn't like they don't provide shampoo.
- Fátima (10/5): - no comments, everything is excellent service
- Trevion (4/5): - The walls are thin. Woke to people arguing and a guy playing pool music very loudly at 7am. The floors were so dirty and sticky I had to clean myself and the toilet was leaking. Don't desk was nice but almost booked me for the wrong nights if I had to corrected him and house keeping just hella rude.
- Shawn (8/5): A convenient location and place to sleep - Was close location and convenient to the LA Convention Center and a place to rest, shower and sleep. Had an issue with the refrigerator not working so the owner and his son replaced it right away.
- Yacov (4/5): - Beds had hair, the floor had not been cleaned for weeks and owner tried to take a deposit in cash. Wifi only good in certain parts. Bit sketchy.
- DoLariss (2/5): - Very rude staff hotel needs remodeling what a vacay
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Roaches and dirty room . And I mean everything was dirty
- Verified traveler (6/5): 8 - Is good for 1 night 🌙
- Carlos (8/5): - Thank you
- Charles (4/5): - The website and photos are misleading as this is a subpar establishment in a very rough neighbor hood. It looks like they are trying, but the rooms are infested with roaches, floors are sticky, walls/floors/furniture are all damaged and with stains (including blood splatter on the ceiling). The parking lot spaces are way too small for people to get in or out of their vehicles, and the stench in each parking spot is horrid (Urine, fecalmatter, and rotten food/trash).
- Bronte (4/5): - Honestly, was not a fan.
Floors were not clean, bugs on toilet, clogged shower, black mold in sink corner, stains on sheets, and dead bugs on floor.
No comforter for bed, just a thin sheet. No extra toilet paper. And they never answer phones. It’s like they are avoiding anything to do with customer service.
- Virginia (2/5): - It was bad!
- Adriana (4/5): - The property is dirty, the toilet seat was very damaged. I won’t to come back.
- Marissa (10/5): - Great customer service at
- Jennifer (2/5): - Ridiculous. Starting with the fact that there was someone passed out on the floor in front of the hotel as soon as we got there. Despite having a reservation the check-in man told us he had no rooms available until the late evening, he did not comprehend what we were saying, and this place looked nothing like the photos. This was a scam on Expedia’s part because you recommended we get trip protection but did not make an effort to contact the hotel to make our reservation?! This hotel should not be advertised to people. In the end we were not given a room and we could not stay here.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Did not stay at property. Credit card machine was not working. Property wanted cash.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Esta sucio los cuartos muy mala limpieza y no es familias es más un motel
- Nick (2/5): - This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Exposed wires, stained sheets a total dump.
- Shawn (4/5): No TV - No shampoo, no television or coffee.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff is nice and friendly. Half the stuff does not work or needs to be replaced. One of the night stands was barely being held up and wobbly, phone did not work, toilet seat was super wobbly, and the chair was badly destroyed but i do not blame the owner blame the people who stay there and damage the property.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Small bad the air-conditioning the weather is 102 f ist not working the tv not working and ask for dirent room they no want to change in bad attitude so i cancel my reservation after check in
- Ebony (4/5): - There was glass on the floor seems like no one cleaned it when I booked it.
- Daphenie (2/5): Worse place ever - I am a female and it is a bad area it had a flood was in the room and it was nasty, trash was everywhere and they wanted to hold me card until the next day
- Melanie (4/5): - The area is kind of bad but hotel itself was pretty clean so it makes up for it a lyijt11
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My room was exceptionally clean.
I loved how clean, cool and smooth the sheets were. I slept comfy and curled up. Hotel staff was very hospitable.
Will definitely be returning.
- mary (4/5): - No furniture in the room. Didn't like the area where it was at.
- Steve (10/5): - Staff was amazing and very informative.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly and helpful a great quiet place for rest.
- Anita (2/5): - Room was dirty there were female hairs in the shower and in the sheets. The room was facing the street and the noise didn’t let us sleep. Worst of all the Hotel manager knocked on our door at 1am to ask us for the TV remotes. Besides the dirty ness we had our sleep interrupted. Worst place ever!!!!
- isismarienn (10/5): - Sarah was very helpful even though it was her first time helping people out, the outside looks sketchy but dont bee fooled the rooms are very clean and neat and renovated. My family and I had a great emergency stay! Thank you Regal Inn!
- victoria (2/5): REFUND MY CARD - My card was charged even though I never stayed and tried to cancel my reservation because the pictures on app grossly misrepresented the MOTEL that was obviously being used for prostitution.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 👌👌👌upgraded the rooms are nice..parking is good no overcrowding..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We didn’t stay!!! It was horrible. Horrible location not safe to stay there
- Matthew (2/5): Do not stay here - Hotel was disgusting. Bad location. Not worth what we paid at all. No shampoo or conditioner, tub had brown spots all over it, air conditioning didn’t really work, check out was ten am instead of the usual 11 but confusing because front desk said 10 signs in room said 11, sirens all night long, two top sheets, stained towels and comforter. Not at all like pictures.
