• PAPU-PAPU (10/5): - L' interno, la camera, il terrazzo sono bellissimi con arredi tipicamente arabi e lussuosi. La colazione è ottima, il personale è favoloso. La struttura è in pieno centro. È facile parcheggiare nel parcheggio davanti alla prefettura. Ho letto che nella stradina di accesso è buia, ma non è vero, è illuminata, con videocamere. Magari in camera sarebbe bene avere piccolo frigo.

There are huge spaces under the door so the room is not insulated at all. You hear the mosque in the middle of the night, other guests talking and having breakfast right next to your bed, staff talking in the kitchen, the janitor cleaning the floor every morning...

• John Bradson (10/5): A great place to stay for first timers. - I love how it is in the centre of the Medina, everything is in walking distance. Very friendly staff and it is a quiet place better than most Medina which is located next to the Souk and you can hear people and motorcycles. As a first time in Morocco it is a great place to stay if you want an authentic Moroccan Riad with their authentic selection of breakfasts every day and a big shout out to Asdin, Siham and all staff for a very welcoming and accommodating stay. On our second day we found a cockroach next to our bed and our water heating did not work but the manager did accommodate us by moving to a different room which is bigger.

Het personeel was ook super vriendelijk en steeds bereid om je te helpen. Je kan komen en vertrekken op ieder uur van de dag en ze zullen steeds de deur openen met een lach. Het ontbijt was elke dag heel uitgebreid en lekker! Zelfs al konden we niet ontbijten doordat we vroeger door moesten voor een activiteit, werd er steeds een pakket voorzien om mee te nemen! Niks!

• khn (10/5): Wunderschön, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage und saubere Zimmer - Wunderschön, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist perfekt (wirklich nur wenige Laufminuten von den Souks entfernt). Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns bei der Anreise einen Transfer von Flughafen organisiert und uns persönlich vom Parkplatz abgeholt und zum Riad begleitet (obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind) . Wenn es Fragen gab konnten wir uns immer an ihn oder das restliche Personal werden. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück jeden Morgen war sehr vielfältig und immer liebevoll angerichtet. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Aufenthalt wünschen können! Vielen Dank an das Team vom Riad Bleu du Sud! Große Empfehlung! Nichts

They even prepared a birthday surprise for me with decorations and a cake in the room, which I really appreciated—it was such a lovely touch. The riad is beautiful and very colorful, with a really nice atmosphere. The location is great too, very central and easy to walk to most places. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options, mostly on the sweet side with breads and pastries, so lots of carbs, but still really enjoyable. The staff were all kind and friendly throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The only small thing I noticed was an occasional smell in the room after a few days, maybe from the bathroom. But overall, it didn’t affect my stay much. I would definitely recommend this place for the atmosphere, the location, and especially the kindness of the staff. Nothing

The care takers of this property need to be specially appreciated for the effort they take to make you comfortable. Also, the breakfast spread is amazing with multiple options. The location is great, safe and easily accessible to souks, main restaurants you would want to visit. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
• Federico (9/5): Fantastico Riad nel cuore della Medina - Splendido Riad nel cuore della Medina, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale della città. Azzddine ci ha accolto fin da subito con grande ospitalità e ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. La colazione è ricca e buonissima. Poiché non è possibile raggiungere in auto il Riad (la Medina è pedonale), consiglio di prenotare il loro servizio transfer al fine di essere accompagnati fino alla porta del Riad. Probabilmente soggiornando a piano terra sentirete un po’ di rumore ogni tanto proveniente dall’atrio, ma nulla di troppo fastidioso :)

• Marina (10/5): Sentirsi a casa nel cuore della Medina - Dire che consiglio questo posto é riduttivo. Ho passato quattro notti qui, divise da una notte nel deserto. La struttura é stupenda, un Riad in pieno centro, coloratissimo, ed ho avuto la fortuna di avere due camere diverse avendo fatto due prenotazioni diverse. La pulizia e la gentilezza del personale fanno da padrone in questa struttura. La manager Siham é la persona più gentile che abbia mai incontrato. Un ringraziamento speciale va a lei che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, avendo un’attenzione per il cliente speciale, ha prenotato taxi per i vari spostamenti e ci ha trovato un posto per l’Hammam nonostante la prenotazione last-minute..Per non parlare della cura per la colazione anche quando dovevamo partire per un’escursione molto presto e ci hanno fatto trovare il sacchettino con qualcosa da mangiare. Ovviamente ringraziamo tutto lo staff che contribuisce alla cura del Riad e del cliente. Non vi ringrazieremo mai abbastanza per aver reso questa vacanza indimenticabile. CONSIGLIO CON IL CUORE QUESTO POSTO.
• Martin (10/5): Authentic, Quit, Hidden Gem, Tasty Breakfasts, Friendly. - This Riad is perfectly situated, very close by the center, within the Old Medina, and without all the authentic noise of the Medina. The staff is as friendly as you can find them. Breakfast is an experience on its own, as tasty as it can be. Sounds like I’ve got shares in the place? I don’t. Would book again without hesitating.
• Emer (8/5): Very nice riad - Ornately decorated Riad, really beautiful. It is about a 5-10 min walk from Bahia Palace (so easy to navigate in with suitcase etc.). Kind service from the guys working there :). The breakfast was beautifully presented each morning. The bathrooms are nice and spacious with plenty of towels, toiletries etc. In general the room was well decorated- but maybe less trinkets as it felt a bit cramped. The lighting could also be improved a bit in the room. We found the bed a bit too hard and not the most comfortable.
• Annika (8/5): - Das Riad liegt nur wenige Gehminuten (5min.) vom Djamaa el Fnaa entfernt und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super zufuß zu erreichen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und viel. Das Ambiente im gesamten Riad ist wirklich wie in 1001 Nacht. Da wir im Januar gereist sind und es nachts recht kühl wurde, nutzten wir die Klima als Heizgerät was gut funktionierte. Auch die Dusche hatte schnell sehr heißes Wasser. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, das sollte einem bewusst sein. Menschen mit leichten Schlaf könnten hier Probleme bekommen, uns hat es weniger gestört. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist eher schwach und der Wasserstrahl hatte teilweise Druckschwankungen. Die Zimmer wirken auf den Bildern größer als sie letztendlich sind, sicher eine Sache der Perspektive. Wer wie wir viel unterwegs ist, wird sich nicht groß daran stören. Die Dachterrasse bietet nicht wirklich einen Ausblick da sie recht tief liegt und man vor andere Häuser guckt.

• Sawera (9/5): Great option for a traditional stay in Marrakech - The riad is located at a 5 min walk away from a main parking lot in front of Hamaam Ziani, making it convenient for pick and drop offs. We were warmly welcomed by Siham who gave us a good orientation to the surrounding area. Many options for food and shopping a few streets away, and we easily walked to Jama el Fena and bahia palace. Felt completely safe to explore the surrounding area even after sunset. Azdin, on the night shift, was super helpful in packing a big lamp for me.. and serving us fresh orange juice pre-dawn on the days we were off to an early start. The riad is colourful with many beautiful corners to relax in and take plenty of pics. Instant hot water and Inverter in the room helped to keep us cozy in the winter. I would recommend staying here without hesitation. The ambience is dreamy so expect dim lighting in the rooms. Not suitable for people with limited mobility, as is the case with all traditional riads.

• eric (9/5): Chaleureux et réconfortant - Magnifique, bien placé dans la médina, très propre, équipe accueillante et très gentille, petit déjeuner typique de qualité ! Super ! À part que le chambre sentait un peu trop fort la fleur d’oranger et n’était pas très spacieuse rien à redire !
• Francesco (9/5): un riad che merita il viaggio - Tutto perfetto e ben oltre le aspettative. La camera era spettacolare quando siamo entrati sembrava una illustrazione de "le mille ed una notte". Tutto lo staff è super cordiale e professionale. Ottimi suggerimenti per gli hamman e la cena. Spettacolare! nulla da segnalare. Per il mio gusto cuscino un po' troppo duro. Per il resto perfetto.

• M. (9/5): Definitely worth revisiting. - Just returned from a city trip with my daughter, during which we stayed at this beautiful riad. It was my third trip to Marrakech, and this is definitely the riad I would book again next time. Good location, great breakfast, all staff super friendly. Thank you once again for your hospitality and excellent service.

• Bruno (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf! Voor herhaling vatbaar! - Warm onthaal. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Personeel geeft je veel info. Je krijgt een heel duidelijk en bruikbaar stadsplan. Fijne locatie, vlakbij het centrum. Heel netjes en proper. Verzorgd ontbijt Mooie kamers, je waant je in een sprookje van 1001 nachten... Ontbijt is erg verzorgd, maar iets meer hartige dingen zou fijn zijn (veel zoetigheden)

• I (8/5): Lovely time in a beautiful, welcoming riad - We had a lovely stay at the Riad Bleu Du Sud. We were welcomed in a very friendly way and the breakfast was incredible. The beds are a bit short for us as tall(er) Dutch people, but that is no problem at all for a shorter stay. The riad is perfectly located to explore Marrakech. Definitely recommend!

Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très copieux, chaque jour différent. Nous recommandons le service taxi que le riad propose pour nous récupérer à l'aéroport, c'est pratique et le chauffeur était accueillant.
