• Melanie (6/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage, Zimmer sehr einfach gehabt aber für den Preis absolut in Ordnung Die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelegen und jede einzelne Feder war noch nach Tagen spürbar im Rücken. Personal hat zwar weitere Decken draufgelegt aber das hat nicht viel gebracht. Natürlich kann ich nur von unserem Zimmer in der 3.Etage sprechen. Der Pool war zweckmäßig und sauber aber die Dachterrasse hat nicht zum Relaxen eingeladen.
• Emanuelle (8/5): Completo para estadia de pouca duração - Tudo muito limpo, e staff impecavel. Todos foram muito amaveis. Acesso aos quartos por escadas estreita e com degraus altos, o que custa muito mais ao subir com peso, ainda mais uma mala grande por causa do formato e pegas. Banheiro poderiam colocar cortina ou vidro pra evitar molhar demais. Em grupo, não da tempo de secar entre um banho e outro com isso ate o quarto pode ficar molhado.

• Maria Jose (9/5): Muy bueno - Era cómodo y buena ubicación. Alquilamos en el mismo lugar una moto. Reservamos el mismo día, llegamos al alojamiento y tardaron en atendernos. Nos quedamos en recepción un rato. Es entendible porque reservamos el mismo dia, pero guarda con reservar en el mismo momento.

If you want to eat delicious food, they will warmly introduce it to you. The room is very clean and spacious, which completely exceeded my expectations! Very good! recommend!

• Andrew (5/5): Okay to stay if you are a single guy and not bothered about anything luxurious but not as a couple. - The location The tv didn’t work and the shower kept falling off the wall every time you switched it on. So you had to hold it in one hand each time. Staff said they would get it fixed but nothing happened at all. The view from the small balcony was awful as it looked like a rubbish tip outside built up over the years…

• Lynne (7/5): Good - No lift. Beds were very uncomfortable especially the single one made up for my son, it was like sleeping on the floor the mattress was so thin. We had a flood in the bathroom as the shower plug was blocked and there was no way of calling anyone as it was out of hours so we had to wait till the morning.

• Valeriia (10/5): This hotel is greta for its price and we appreciated the opportunity to use the pool on the roof. - The best thing was honestly its price. The rooms are not the newest, but the bed is comfortable and everything else was working just fine. We did have an issue with our wardrobe, as it was smelly and we didn’t want to put our clothes there. Still, it was just a minor inconvenience. It’s located conveniently within the walking distance to the beach, 7/11 is literally next doors. There is also an awesome caffe right down the street, local souvenir-market and a food court around the corner. By and large, I do recommend this place. It probably wasn’t the cleanest place, although we got our room refreshed every 2 days and the best thing was that they provided us with water, which was a real lifesaver.
• Sheppard (8/5): Good, clean room. - Great hotel with rooms cleaned everyday and water left for you. Friendly staff. Nothing really- a good budget option.
• Jessica (1/5): Avoid this place - Next door to 7/11. As we checked in after reception closed, their idea of a secure self check in process was to leave the hotel front door open, with my name and room number on a piece of paper with my key on top. I took the paper as I didn’t want others knowing my name and room number and that’s when I noticed that the paper they used was a photocopy of another guests passport. I contacted said guest to aid in reporting the hotel and she said she stayed here 3+ months ago so the hotel is storing months of photocopies of passports to use as scrap pieces of paper/to give to other guests. The morning after when we went to reception, the manager shouted ‘passports’ at us. We explained our hesitations of handing over our passports after what we saw and she screamed and shouted even more. I asked why she didn’t use plain paper (which I could see on the printer) instead of giving away other people’s private details and she shouted in our faces. Along with the awful management, the shower had electrical wires hanging off it, the bed was broken, the safe didn’t open, the air con was right above our heads on the bed so couldn’t be used and the balcony had no chairs. This place needs shutting down for breaking several privacy and data laws.

• Niten (7/5): Good - Nice comfy but small rooms as compared to the photos. But this is what you get in this price range. I paid around 125 USD for 1 room, 2 nights for 3 pax. It was a peak tourist season, otherwise the price of this property is not what I paid for.

• Karen (1/5): A disappointing and uncomfortable stay with poor cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and excessive n - Nothing. The room was dirty and full of ants, especially in the bathroom. There was also a bad smell throughout the room. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, making it uncomfortable to stay. Additionally, there was no lift, so I had to carry my luggage to the 5th floor, which was very inconvenient. The pool was filthy, and I didn’t even swim because of its condition. Considering the poor service and property upkeep, it was far too expensive. On top of everything, it was extremely noisy at night, and I couldn’t get any sleep. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

• Pratiksha (8/5): Very good - Nice room and comfortable bed. Had some issues with electricity connection, but the staff made sure to fix it swiftly. Very friendly staff and available for assistance. The location is good and walkable from the beach and eateries.

Helped me carry 2 x 27 kilo suitcases up four flights of stairs. Exceptionally clean and very good housekeeping. Roof top pool is beautiful. Close to everything. No elevator...a real tough climb up stairs if you are not up to it. Room facing street. Noise all night, hard to sleep sometimes.
