• Robertson (9/5): Nice quiet location. - Nice quiet location. Good shower, hot water and pressure. Nice room and aesthetics. Hot and cold water to drink. Good wifi. Plenty of places to eat near by. Close to big shopping centres. Very friendly and helpful staff. Could do with bed side table lamps. Room too dark. Too far to walk into town.
• Viktoriyaa (8/5): - Розташування добре, шуму від дороги не чутно, великий номер , зручний номер , в номері немає вікна, но є балкон з вікном , але не зручностей не було , дуже гарно зустріли на рецепціїї!!!!! Дуже чутно все через стіни , і не зручна лесница якщо з багажом великим , якщо як у нас рюкзаки то буде норм.
• Raja (10/5): It is a hidden gem near Patong beach . - The room and their service are amazing. The big room with balcony fill with all the facilities for guest comfort. Patong beach is 40 bhat on grab motorcycle. I really like their kindness which they offer for the guests . All the receptionists are very helpful and kind . I never forget the place and their service .

• Jean-Christophe (9/5): TOP Baan Boa - Il s'agir de mon deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. La réceptionniste est formidable, souriante et d'une extrême gentillesse. Elle sait répondre à toutes les questions d'ordre logistique et autres. La chambre est très grande, au calme. La climatisation et le wifi sont au top. Excellente adresse à Phuket qui nécessite une réservation plusieurs mois à l'avance en haute saison. L'hôtel est un peux éloigné de la plage et des lieux d'animation (15mn). Absence de petit-déjeuner.

• Igor (9/5): - Ubytovanie sa nachádza asi 20 minút pešo od pláže aj Bangla Road, v okolí je množstvo reštaurácií a obchodov ,izba bola dostatočne veľká a čistá, mal som okno do chodby ,takže v noci bol kľud. Personál veľmi milý ,ochotný, celkovo toto ubytovanie odporúčam ,za tú cenu v Patongu nemá konkurenciu.

• Kevin (1/5): Issue - I requested a month in advance to check in early in the morning because my flight was arriving late. My request was accepted, but when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not allow me to check in, and I had to find another hotel at 2 a.m.

• Körper (10/5): Für +- 18 Euro pro Tag ein klasse Unterkunft, Basic, sauber und eine freundliche Gastgeberin. - Die Gastgeberin ist supernett. Man auch gleich einen Roller für 200 Bath pro Tag bei ihr mieten (Internationalen Führerschein nicht vergessen, sonst wird es teuer wenn die Polizei euch anhält). Man hört wie überall in Patong den Verkehr. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts. Das liegt am „Moloch“ Paton.

• Marcel (6/5): Für ein bis zwei Nächte ideal, wenn man unterwegs ist und keine Luxusansprüche hat - Preislich wirklich top für ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad, sogar mit Föhn und Balkon. Allerdings sind die Glanzzeiten des Hauses schon vor Jahrzehnten vorbei. Leider ist es extrem muffig. Außerdem gibt es viel Lärm von der Straße, die ganze Nacht hindurch rasen extrem laute Motorräder vorbei. Nach einer durchzechten Nacht ist das vielleicht kein großes Problem, aber nüchtern betrachtet möchte man nach spätestens zwei Nächten wieder weg.

We hired a scooter from the guesthouse very easily 6 euros a day, no hassle. Walls are a bit thin, and neighbouring residentual building (within touching distance) can be very noisy in the late evening. Not the staffs fault etc. Thoughless people. The road outside is also extremely busy and noisy. Try getting a rear room.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, the locations is peaceful and not even far from the attractions. All in all, it was an amazing experience. Can't wait to go back again next year 😄

• Fabrice (8/5): Très Bien - Très belle chambre à 18euros par nuit x 3 avec un petit balcon sympa et utile même si il donne en grande partie sur le mur d en face assez proche. Super carrelage sur tout le sol de la chambre, y compris balcon et Salle De Bain. 2 fauteuils + 1 chaise et un bureau ainsi qu'une grande armoire avec 2 peignoirs suspendus. Assez bien situé, même si a 10mns de Bangla road mais proche d'autres lieux sympas : plage, salon de massage, bars à filles sous paillotte et points de restaurations. Vue sur mur d en face et Bangla road à 8-10mns à pieds mais cela se fait aisément

Location is good - it’s in an interesting part of Patong away from the big resort hotels with more of a local feel. There is a great Thai restaurant directly across the road with great value food and plenty places for laundry nearby. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the beach or easy to get a Grab. For the price there was nothing to not like.

Everything was ideal with a spacious room and a comfortable big double bed and very good bedding. Free water bottles as required with a fridge and kettle. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water all day. A small shower gel bottle is also supplied on request. There are many small local bars and restaurants nearby including Doodees which includes a own cooking option (hot cooking pots) Perfect for me and I have a return booking in a few weeks time It was not an issue for me but it is a 20 min walk to Bangla road and the beach with limited pavements en route The road outside is very busy all day and late into the night for passing bikes etc.

• Elena (10/5): Better than expected - We are travelling with a small budget and this guest house is a gem! The girls from the reception are extremely friendly and nice, very attentive and helpful. Rooms are decent size (big!), clean, with very good AC and a small sitting area outside. They also rent scooters are at a very good price. Beds are clean and confortabile. Many options to eat around, 7/11 next door, and our room was quiet at night. It was lovely to stay here and we would be happy to go back! 😊

• Sanan (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - I absolutely loved the location, some people might think its a little far from the beach but I personally love walking around and exploring so this was THE PERFECT place for me to stay. The staff was super friendly and amazing, the room was super clean and I really liked that each room has its own sitting area in the front where you can simply chill out. One thing I want to highlight is that the owner is an absolute sweetheart! She was super friendly, super hospitable and super cooperative throughout the duration of my stay. All in all, I would reccommend this property 100% to everyone. There's nothing I did not like. I absolutely loved everything about the property!
• James (6/5): Decent for One Night Stay - - Front desk girl gave me a wake-up call at 5am (as requested) - Location (about a 15-20 minute walk) to Bangla Road, so it’s relatively quiet, but it’s about a 25-minute walk to the airport shuttle stop - Room had a small terrace to hang dry wet clothes - A/C, TV - Affordable, relatively cheap - Doesn’t accept credit card (cash only) even though they have signs saying they accept credit card - Staff doesn’t really speak English - the manager speaks English, but was pretty rude about giving basic directions to the airport shuttle stop - tried to tell me that I wouldn’t make the 6am airport shuttle for a 9:30am flight, which I did - tried to sell me a taxi ride for 600 baht versus 100 baht for the airport shuttle - Lots of mosquitoes inside the room
