Per tale prezzo (da 4 stelle) avrei gradito un servizio adeguato al prezzo! - La posizione sulle piste da sci Bisogna lasciare l’auto almeno a 300 di distanza. Avevano rotto il quad con attaccato una mini slitta per caricare i bagagli ma nessuno si è reso disponibile per darmi una mano a scaricare/caricare i bagagli (borsoni, zaini, borse con scarponi, sci e racchette per 2 adulti e bambina. Ho dovuto farmi 5/6 viaggi nella neve da solo!

Valentina (10/5): Vacanza sulla neve in famiglia - Posizione direttamente sulle piste con nelle vicinanze tutti i servizi necessari (scuola di sci, noleggio attrezzature, biglietteria, mini market, tavola calda e ristoranti). Camera confortevole con bellissima vista sulle piste da sci. Ottimo il riposo notturno. Buona la prima colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato. Proprietari disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Molto comodo per i bambini che si ritrovano subito sulle piste e circondati dal prato nevoso Village. Possibilità la sera di farsi preparare in loco piatti caldi, non abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio perché siamo sempre usciti a cena, ma un plus. Difficile trovare il parcheggio auto, ma bisogna considerare anche il periodo di altissima stagione, però una volta parcheggiata la macchina non abbiamo più avuto bisogno di spostarla fino al rientro.

Christian (10/5): Hotel nuovo con personale ECCEZIONALE - Tutto lo staff, assolutamente cordiale simpatico ed accogliente, su cui spiccano in assoluto Francesco, un padrone di casa premuroso ed accomodante, e la signora Rosa la cui presenza ti fa sentire a casa come se avessi una seconda mamma in struttura. Le camere pulite e curate in ogni particolare, la vicinanza a tutti i servizi per cui si prenota una vacanza in una location del genere. Chi conosce Prato Nevoso non può che definire questa struttura un diamante nel cuore del paese. Niente

Emma (10/5): Amazing location, extremely clean, modern and spacious room, and very friendly staff. - The location was right on the slopes so ski in ski out. Large ski locker available. Super friendly and helpful staff. We could leave our things at the hotel after check out so we could ski some more on our last day. Very clean and spacious room with nice hot shower. The view of the slopes from the room window was amazing - especially to watch the night skiers. There is a short 10 min walk down the beginner ski slope to get to the hotel - it wasn’t possible to drive the car outside to unload so you have to carry everything to the hotel. Not really a bit deal for us though.

It is a little walk down a snow covered road from the car park with your bags. But that's a small minus compared to all the other pluses!
