- Vyacheslav (4/5): No coencide con las fotos - La habitacion era diferente a la del foto. Tenia todo lo necesario, pero mas pequeña, mas vieja y mas fea. No hay armario y si pones tu maleta, ya hay dificultades para andar por la habitacion. Las paredes son de papel, se oye todo. Los pasillos son de madera y hacen mucho ruido cuando pasa la gente. El colchon de la cama demasiado fino, si aprietas sientes la madera de la cama. Es un tercero real sin ascensor. Quise dejar la maleta despues del salir y las dejan en el pasillo, el recepcioniosta muchas veces no esta y estaba bastante preocupado ya que cualquiera podría llevarla.

- Pavel (2/5): - Состояние отеля ужасное, номера ещё хуже. Очень грязно, все старое, в пятнах. Зайдя в номер, нас встретил отвратительный запах хлорки, из всего, к чему было не сильно отвратительно прикасаться, это на удивление постельное белье. На рескпшене были все время молодые парни, которые очень вальяжно себя ведут, как будто мы к ним домой пришли, а не в отель. При этом с этикетом общения они так же не знакомы. На последние сутки к нам постучались с просьбой забрать из номера диван (у нас на нем сумки стояли), потому что он понадобился гостям в другом номере. Принесли другой, который был ещё более неприятного вида, чем предыдущий, грязный, неприятного запаха, скрипучий, еле стоящий. Комнаты на фото гораздо просторнее, чем в реальности. В уборной все вообще выглядит АНТИсанитарно. Начиная с состояния труб, сантехники, заканчивая шторкой, плиткой, дырой в потолке и т.д. Очень не рекомендуем этот отель к проживанию даже на сутки.

- Magnus (8/5): Prisvärt hotell nära röda torget - Prisvärt hotell som ligger 10min från röda torget. Ligger på fjärde våningen ovanpå andra hotell. Frukosten är enkel men serveras till rummet efter avtalad tid. Kylskåp på rummet.
- Mike (6/5): Difficult to find and up 3 flights of stairs. - While very basic the room itself was clean, had air conditioning and was en suite. To be fair it is only a shortish walk to the Metro underground and one stop thereafter on the red number 1 line to Red Square-so if basic is ok then this could be good. My price was inflated by the World Cup so value for money was not great.

- Dennis (6/5): 시내에서 가까운 붉은광장도 걸어서 5분이내에 위치 - 위치는 붉은광장에서 굉장히 가까운 호텔입니다. 주위에도 괜찮은 바 또는 식당이 많습니다. 그러나 호텔을 찾기가 좀 어렵습니다. 표지만이 없고 식당건물의 4층으로 올라가야 합니다. 침대나 조식등은 좋은편이 아닙니다.ㅠㅠ

- Verified traveler (2/5): Nur die Zentrumsnähe rechtfertigt einen Aufenthalt - Das Hotel ist in idealer Zentrumsnähe gelegen. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Roten Platz. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur unsauber sondern auch noch teilweise defekt. Das Bad, welches winzig ist, ist weder bei der Ankunft gereinigt sondern wird auch während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt trotz entsprechender Bitte. Das trifft auf das gesamte Zimmer sowie das Hotel im ganzen zu. Das angebotene Frühstück beschränkt sich auf labberigen Toast, maximal zwei Scheiben pro Person, frittierte Pancakes, Haferflocken mit Milch (vorgefertigt) und wenn man großes Glück hat noch Rührei. Das alles muss am Abend vorher bestellt werden und wird auf das Zimmer gebracht. Leider fehlt jeden Tag etwas. Laut Aussage ist es dann gerade aus. Die gewünschten Zeiten werden kaum eingehalten. Die Heizung läuft täglich auf 100% und ist nicht regelbar. Das Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, da direkt davor eine Entlüftung ist, welche unerträglichen Lärm und Küchengerüche verursacht. In Deutschland würde dieses Hotel behördlich geschlossen werden. Die Bilder sind entweder aus der Zeit der Eröffnung oder aus Photoshop. Das Hotel ist nur für hartgesottene Rucksacktouristen ohne Ansprüche und mit eigenem Schlafsack zu empfehlen. Schade, mit wenig Aufwand könnte es toll sein.

- Nurzhan (8/5): Convenient and polite staff - This hotel is situated in great location, just 10 min from the Kremlin and the Red Square. The staff is super friendly and polite. The maid is very nice person. However there are disadvantages like small rooms, no elevators, so you have to go up all four floors so if you are with an old person don't book it, the first room that we were given had a bad smell and they gave me another one, but it didn't have a working air con so the first night was cold and we were transferred into third room, which was warm. So there was inconvenience. Overall I'd advice this guestroom or bed and breakfast rather than a hotel to anyone who is young and healthy with low budget who would likes to stay near the center of Moscow.

- LUCA (4/5): - Hotel al terzo piano senza ascensore, parlano solo russo, stanze rumorose sulla strada, colazione solo se richiedi la sera prima e comunichi orario. Non rifanno le stanze. Punto a favore solo la posizione.
- DIANA (4/5): Hotel ruim - O hotel fica no 3º andar sem elevador. Avisamos que iriamos chegar na madrugada e não tinha ninguém nos esperando. O hotel estava em reforma e não tinha recepção. Descobrimos que o café da manhã seria levado no quarto no 3º dia de hospedagem. O que tem de bom é sua localização.

- jmgct (6/5): nice hostel - this should be considered a hostel not a hotel . if you can get past the following this is a great place to stay in Moscow . location only three blocks from red squire .this is a 4th floor walk up . bed was uncomfortable fridge did not work . no toiletries provided , the toilet broke and was not fixed the whole time . the breakfast was the same every day .

- jose luis (4/5): Es la realidad - Nos fue bien en Moscu... pero el hotel no era lo que esperaba..la atencion era buena ..pero lamentablemente la comunicacion era en ruso...a mi parecer Hoteles.com no puede ofrecer este hotel que es 3 pisos por escalera y sin decirlo considero que es una falla garrafal..eramos dos parejas y una no podia subir continuamente los 3 pisos dos o tres veces por dia....realmente estuvo mal

- Justy (2/5): This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! - When I first arrived this did not appear to be a hotel. On the road there is a small sign that is almost impossible to see, and inside the door a long staircase that has no lights. At night it is very creepy and had a strong cooking odor. I was met by a Russian man at the top of the staircase who did not speak any English. He showed me to a room that had a strong sewer odor. The room was much smaller than advertised. I immediately knew that I made a mistake in staying there and immediately the following morning complained about the strong sewer smell to the manager. He argued with me and said he could not smell anything, which was a lie because when he checked me in he immediately flushed the toilet. He kept pointing to an air freshener on the wall. I paid for a two week stay one month prier and asked to have my money returned minus the one night so I could go somewhere else. There was no way the manager would agree to that.The man was impossible to reason with. He already got his money and was going to do everything within his power to keep it. He offered to give me a different room that was much smaller but would not return any money. I spent all the roaming credit on my phone convincing Expedia to return my money and found a different place to stay. Nobody should ever need to experience this, it completely ruined my first day in Moscow. This motel is a dive and has no business being advertised on Expedia or anywhere else. I wouldn't stay there for free.
- Verified traveler (4/5): удобное расположение но плохое состояние гостиницы - Очень хорошее расположение - центр, всюду можно пройти пешком. Сама гостиница пропахла запахами кухни из расположенного внизу ресторана.
