Svarar inte häller när personalen från hotel .com försökte kontakta den ansvariga för att få en förklaring . Ingen återbetalning 😡.akta för lurarna.

- Evaldo (4/5): Awfull experience With mice and doves! - Unfortunately in the bathroom’s roof There were a Family of mice that went crazy and squeaking every time we had to use the bathroom! We Did not sleep well the 2 nights we were there! We Did complain to the manager Christian and his aide Ikea, that they ought to do something about it! The Apartment is well located but as it is it represents a danger to the health. I want my money Back as this experience was Disgusting. In any case I have audio from the animals inside the roof.

Neighborhood is busy in the evening but noise level was acceptable with windows closed (and kindly provided ear plugs). The apartment is basic but serviceable and gives good value for the price. Sofa bed is hideously uncomfortable and might be an issue for longer stays (we were only there overnight). Office staff were kind and helpful at checkin.

Men helt grei leilighet, noe slitt bygning men en ser de har prøvd sitt beste å få rommet til å se bedre ut. Helt grei leilighet med alt en trenger. NB, det er et stort hull inn fra Soveromm til Stue, så en hører alt fra Soverom og oppholdsrom. Noe knotete å finne frem til resepsjonen, men greie nok folk. En må signere en kontrakt og de tar kopi av legimitasjonen din, som jeg ikke liker. Vi måtte også betale der og da, selv om vi hadde betalt via Hotels.com , men dette kan jo være en feil fra Hotels.com sin side og ikke City Center Apartments
- Sonia (10/5): IKEA style #4B Roma - We were very pleased with our apartment. It was not only well worth the money because of its excellent location, it was clean and sufficient for a family of four. It looked like rooms in Ikea. We didn’t use the kitchen for any cooking but there’s plenty of facilities available. We did use the wine (bought from grocery store 5 minutes away) glasses and coffee (provided in apartment) mugs. You are asked to wash what you use in the kitchen before you leave. The heating kicked in after we cranked it up soon after we entered the apartment. It took a while to heat up but it worked well after that. There are plenty of hooks to hang your clothes etc. The bathroom is basic but clean. There were enough towels however, no toiletries. There is a mini refrigerator, tv, toaster, coffee machine, iron and a microwave. We arrived a bit earlier to check in time but our apartment was ready. Ettiene did a smooth check in by providing all the useful information we might need. There’s also ample measures taken to secure the place. The area seemed pretty safe as it is. Finding the place was fairly easy too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again.

However we weren’t warned that the elevator is out of order and we were on the 3rd floor with bags, groceries, etc... we signed a form that we wouldn’t be partying or noisy... unfortunately the people above us didn’t... they came in at 0130 & continued to party until after 0200... we could hear them very well. The sofa sleeper is not comfortable. We were only there 1 night.. one sleepless night...

Lo que no, la calefacción y el agua caliente no iba, el ascensor estaba roto y viajábamos con una persona en silla de ruedas, había muy mal olor en el apartamento, las escaleras eran peligrosas y parecía que se iban a caer, el sillon que se convertía en cama individual muy ruidoso e incómodo. Dejamos una fianza de 150 euros el día 5 de diciembre y a día 26 de diciembre, no nos la han devuelto, hemos intentado ponernos en contactos con ellos por correo, whatsap y teléfono, y no contestan a nada!

- Kourosh (2/5): We didn’t get the apartment we booked! - We didn’t get the apartment on the photo. It was to small for us 4. It had mold in the restroom and the sinks and showered were clogged. We had to wait to get our keys and the management company was unorganized.

- Sally (10/5): Seeing Brussels in a Day - It was in a great situation. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. The lady in reception was very helpful. We found where to pick up the key quite easily. I slept in the main room and could hear people walking past during the night - my family who stayed in the bedroom heard nothing and had a very comfortable night. Thank you

Sur les photos du site la chambre était séparée du salon et en plus dans ma demande j'ai eu une chambre à même le salon. Ce qui ne correspondait pas du tout à mes besoin pour un séjour de 5 nuits.

- William (10/5): No reason why shouldnt book this apt - Staff: Courteous. Friendly. Helpful. Apt: Clean. Spacious. Convenient. Only issue i had was the floors. Their so thin you can hear the upstairs guests walking around and talking. When they shut the door and walk in it almost sounds like their in your apt.

Appartement tres pratique et propre Idéal pour quelques jours en famille pour visiter Bruxelles Forcément un peu bruyant car dans une ruelle très touristique mais pour la nuit avec les bouchons d'oreille fournis on dort parfaitement !!!

- Henriette (8/5): Vejret og beliggenheden reddede ferien! - Lejlighedens beliggenhed var helt perfekt - 15 meter fra Grand Plads. Billederne af lejligheden stemte på ingen måde over ens med virkeligheden!!!! Der var rent sengetøj og køkkenet var rent men gulvene var beskidte, er var ikke håndvask på toilettet (dør og håndtag var møg beskidte og der var snot på væggen!!), der var tomme vandflasker og pomfritter under sengen, Skydedøren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes, gardinerne kunne ikke trækkes for. For at få nøglen til lejligheden skulle vi betale 150 euro i depositum for en lejlighed, hvor en rude var slået i stykker og der manglede service og glas da vi ankom. I skrivende stund er jeg er meget spændt på om vi kommer til at betale for de "mangler". Heldigvis havde vi 23 graders varme (og hvem havde lige regnet med det i oktober) og høj solskin i fem dage.

- Irene (8/5): great location in Brussels - The location for this apartment is great, The people in the office was really helpful BUT trying to fin the office to get the key to enter the app that was the problem. We find it after an hour walking around and asking business near by if they knew something about it. Besides that the rest was wonderful.
- Karen (8/5): - There was no information online about this place having an office in another address and that you have to go there before you go to the apartment. They did send an email the day of the check in, just when I was arriving at the apt and realized we can't check in there. We were lucky because there was another family staying there who told us about the office and walked us all the way there. Also, there's no elevator or escalator so it's a bit tough to get up and down from the rooms.

- Simon (10/5): Great location for simple needs - Great location in city centre (Grand Place). This is not a hotel so the check-in process is not typical but straight forward enough (you ring a bell at the premises and somebody will meet you in a few minutes). Get in touch and let them know your expected arrival time just to be safe. Apartment is simple and caters for all basic needs (incl. kitchen, fridge, plates cutlery), but all I needed was a bed for a night! There's some noise from the street at night (unavoidable given its location) but didn't bother me too much.

- disappointed (2/5): Nothing like images on line - The apartment bore no relationship to online images.It was called Madrid. It is marketed for 3 people. It is accessed by 40 stairs. The bedroom with two singles has no windows at all and the 2ft 6 wide beds comprise a mattress on a wooden frame. This is where the TV is as the main room is too small for a TV. Incidentally no bedside lights Bathroom okay The small main room has an adequate kitchen area running along the wall. There is a table with 4 dining chairs. No other seating in the room except a single folded up IKEA style futon. This is low end student accommodation.
- Larisa (6/5): Economic, pleasant apartment right in the heart of - Stayed for one night, as location of the apartment is very close to the Opera. It's comfortable and was perfect for three people. Our bedroom didn't have Windows, so if you are claustrophobic, it might be a good idea to put a note, there are many different apartments in the block.
