- Maria R. (9/5): -
- Andres (7/5): - La ubicación La ducha no servía bien, no había presión cuando se usaba agua caliente
- Prediger (8/5): - It was ok. Breakfast could have been better
- Amanda (8/5): I wasn’t there long, but it was nice overall - Big room, good breakfast, nice place overall. It could definitely use some deep cleaning. The fan in the bathroom was all dusty and had cobwebs, the lamps were dusty, the sink didn’t drain.
- Oleg (10/5): -
- Cynthia (4/5): Old hotel - Location Thin walls. Old property. Can hear guests in 2nd floor walking which is disturbing.
- Joseph (10/5): -
- Joyce (8/5): - Bed was comfortable. The room was clean except under the sink. I looked like someone had swept the room the shoved it all under the sink.
There was only a desk chair. No place for a second person to sit. Also, the coffee pot was placed where there was no plug in. We had to set it on the floor to make coffee.
- Sarah (3/5): - Could have been cleaner
- Jose Antonio (1/5): No me gusto nada - No limpian me ivan a reembolsar un dinero y nunca lo hicieron No limpin y en agua de la alberca esta muy sucia
- Lucas (1/5): Terrible! Will never stay again! - The room was dirty, the paint in the bathroom on the wall was peeling so badly you could peel back an entire layer of paint off the wall, the flooring was cracked/ruined in a couple places, the food was awful, the bathroom was dirty, and there was water damage on the walls above the TV and by the AC unit. The AC unit was falling out of the wall.
- Larry (4/5): Quality Ends that I have stayed in before were outstanding however yours failed - Breakfast was cold, Bathroom sink was not clean
- Tracy (4/5): Not a good idea - It had a good view on f the falls Dirty and not as advertised
- Kenia (1/5): Mala - La ubicación está sucio el cuarto por cualquier lugar que lo vieras
- Cheryl (7/5): -
- Debra (9/5): - It was next to the riverwalk., which is beautiful with the falls and sculptures.
- Debra (6/5): The room was clean. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. - The room was clean. The beds were comfortable The outside of the building was dirty.
- Feikje (6/5): -
- Doris (10/5): Our Go-To in Idaho Falls - Sleeping with sight and sound of Idaho Fall’s falls out the window is hard to beat. Add in the always-friendly staff, and this Quality Inn is hard to beat.
- Addie (5/5): It'll do - There was a bed and a locking door but nothing fancy. Cute park nearby. Good view of falls. Walking distance to restaurants. Door had giant gap under it letting daylight and insect in. Pool was gross and needed to be cleaned. Surrounding Area wasn't super safe. Did not feel comfortable parking truck overnight or walking alone. Room needed to be deep cleaned. The picture on website showed a nice updated tower stay but the actual rooms are in a separate building behind tower portion.
- Paul (2/5): I will not return to this facility. - Location A contractor was installing a new brick facade interfering with access to the room multiple times.
- Olivia (2/5): - WEIRD place with WERID creepy men. Also crackhead central.
- Suzanne (10/5): - We moved next door to Comfort and it was great. Al rooms have a balcony. The Quality was like Motel 6.
- William (4/5): - Place is under construction. Had to walk around workers and equipment. Parkingg was limited due to workers vehicles. Door to yroom was sticking, had to hit it to get it open.
- Suzanne (10/5): - We actually moved next door to Comfort Suites. They were SO accommodating in relocating us to the nicer sister hotel. All the rooms have balconies! Great view of the falls.
- Shilo (2/5): Quality inn - Upon arrival had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to check me in the bathtub was disgusting it was hot even with ac onat 5 am water started dripping above toilet still waiting to get deposit back stayed in room 168
- Brian (6/5): - The room was not very clean, scuzzy bathroom, damaged/scuffed walls, joints, finishes.
- SIMONA (8/5): -
- Deborah (5/5): -
- Tim and Ann (4/5): - In a great area along river and within views ig the falls. A variety of restaurants nearby, with a pleasant walkway along the river.
- Yeni (9/5): Good - The lady that did my check in was amazing she listened and answered my questions (unfortunately I did not get her name) but she was very nice. When I looked under the bed to look for something I misplaced under the bed it was super dirty you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned under for a while And when I walked without shoes on the floor you can feel the garbage just from how dirty it was, everything else was fine.
- Melinda (4/5): - Though the staff was super friendly the quality of the room was poor. We could hear people on all sides of us. The bathroom was less than desirable to use. Seriously thought I’d fall off the toilet. Lots of weird noises coming from the room itself.
- Valerie (5/5): Creepy, dark room location. Sufficient for an overnight, wouldn’t stay longer - Location, Bed, Size of the room Location of room was dark and the light above the door was burnt out. The parking was used by people utilizing the Greenbelt. I had to park way down the row away from my room. When I took my dog out to pee in the middle of the night. Most of the spots were now vacant. Semi easy fix, paint the two room numbers (there were only two that I could see) on two parking spots right outside the rooms. Granted jerks will still park there, but many people would hesitate and leave them open.
The ice machine was no where to be found and the maid didn’t know where it was either. Eventually I stumbled upon it but it was ridiculous how far it was from the room. Plus no vending machines.
Bathroom was so small and room was so big. Tub was janky and patched up.
A bit pricey for what you get. I feel like you are paying for the Greenbelt and the Falls.
- Traci (6/5): - The rooms were clean and comfortable. The exterior of the building was very run down and not well maintained.
- Farkhod (10/5): - Cool
- Stacey (2/5): - First room had no TP, remote control for tv was broke and found under the bed, there was a bunch of food in the mini fridge. To top it off ac wasn’t cooling very well. We moved rooms, added $100 to the price, that room was clean but had no hot water. You had to let it run for at least 10 minutes to get it hot. Breakfast was terrible. I had stayed there before and it was fine, but not this trip. Don’t think I will stay again.
- Bob (8/5): - AC did not work. Clerk said no other rooms, but checked with supervisor & she was able to "find" a room. Website deceiving. Thought we booked room with balcony but that was for Comfort Inn part of Quality Inn. Evidently Quality Inn is part of or buying Comfort.
- Marksteen (8/5): -
- Shandra (4/5): - The room we were given had bugs in it and was not worth the amount we paid for a 2 night stay. The room smelled like stale smoke and the walls were cracked and peeling. The staff at the Comfort Inn across the street that handled checking-in and checking-out were great, but the room itself was not up to a good cleanliness standard.
- Kamaron (8/5): - I'd stay there again
- GIANCARLO (7/5): buon soggiorno - posizione, prezzo, pulizia
- Messinger (1/5): -
- Joyce (9/5): -
- ashley (10/5): - outside very run down
- Rachele (8/5): - I thought the property was pretty nice. Its not the nicer place but it felt like they tried. We enjoyed the pooled. The staff was super nice and recommended food spots and entertainment. I was pleasantly happy with thr eooms. The exterior was a little eh, but my room was nuce. Only thing that bugged me was the ac fan was loud. It was hot so we had to have it on all night. The other thing was being on the bottom floor. The people above us were stompers. The licoation is beautiful. The breakfast was nuce. I am happy with my stay for the price.
- Carmela (8/5): -
- Stephanie (8/5): -
- Gary (4/5): - Great location across the street from the greenbelt river walkway. Right next to excellent restaurants.
Unfortunately the pictures show you the renovated tower, but we received the room in the older 2 story walkup next building next door, behind the vacant restaurant and meeting building. The exterior paint is peeling and the hallways are dirty. The guests above us were running and jumping in the room non-stop from 6pm to midnight. Not impressed.
- Eva (8/5): - Pool was dirty
- CHUNG-MIN (6/5): -
- Deanna (4/5): Adequate - Breakfast was good but we had to go to a different hotel next door for the breakfast Was being renovated there was new lobby or information that the property was being renovated. I also didn’t get the king room I paid for I only had two queens.
- Esteban Salcedo (8/5): - La ubicación La piscina, aite acondicionado pegado a una cama, olor de las habitaciones
- Jonathan (5/5): - The room was clean Couldn’t get into the pool because it was absolutely disgusting wasn’t cleaned obviously in a long time there was moss all over the bottom of it and all over the stairs. Had a hard time keeping the curtains up because they were covering the air conditioner, which I don’t understand why you guys can’t have shorter curtains so that way you can utilize the air conditioner and close the windows at the same freaking time common sense, obviously doesn’t go very far
- Krista (1/5): Overpriced for low quality - Nothing It was dirty. There were dead and alive bugs. No hot water or pressure. The bathroom was really dirty and the tub was clogged. I booked this hotel so we could swim in the outdoor pool and it was disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Pet hair all over the bed and the room. Breakfast was not good. We asked the staff to clean our room and they didn't. It was expensive for such poor quality. The room smelled very musky
- stefani (8/5): Better than Super 8 - The value for the stay, I recommend 2nd floor. Staff has always been great at check in and housekeeping! This place is 100x better than Super 8 across the road! They remodeled their rooms, but I feel like the bathroom didn't receive the same care as the rooms.
- Kat (1/5): - Close to where I needed to be The room was filthy, bugs both alive and dead, floor needed to be swept and mopped, dog hair all over the bed, dust clumps in corners, phone didnt work, hotel clerk wouldn't allow us to change rooms for our second night stay, and no one came to clean our room after the ckerk offered and said they would. Ceiling was stained and walls were peeling. No hot water the second night into the last morning of our stay and not apology or explanation. Bathtub was moldy and had horrible patchwork to the basin. Pool was filthy, and the hotel grounds were run down and trashy. This hotel is run down and should not be open. Most un comfortable I have ever been in a hotel stay.
- felix (1/5): - Nothing room was dirty.Had to move to another room
Will never stay there again.
- Petra (8/5): -
- Yenny (2/5): - When I booked there wasn’t a announcement about the remodeling , the entire building is dirty and we wanted to use the pool but it was in a bad condition, room was clean but the appliances were dirty
- Molly (4/5): -
- Michael (3/5): - Entire property needs to be steam cleaned and painted. Trash needs to be emptied so it doesn't smell up the entire property. Such a shoddy look for such a beautiful location!
- Werner (6/5): -
- carly (2/5): - Our room was not clean when we arrived. The sheets were clean, but the rest was pretty gross. I found a receipt and hair band on the floor, looked under the bed and saw dust bunnies and other matter. The toilet was dirty and moldy, shower/tub haven't been scrubbed in a long time. The back of the bathroom door had a used towel hanging on it, and there were finger prints and what i can only assume was poo. The floors made my kids feet black, there was hair in the bathroom, the sink had a bad smell and gnats. There were ants, assorted flying bugs, and a cockroach in the room. I told the front desk about the bugs and they said they're aware of a box elder problem. I thought i should bring the smashed roach to the front desk, but the ants had already carried it away! The pool was murky with lots of floating matter, regularly out of pool towels, and the railing going into the pool moved side to side. There were barking dogs sticking their heads out of open doors from other rooms, and dog poop outside. People were smoking directly outside of our room and it came in through the mildew covered ac unit.
- Terri (5/5): - The breakfast was very basic but convenient. The location was perfect. The room was very dirty. The floor made our feet black. There was a large gap beneath the door to the room.
- Betty (8/5): - Office was closed but the staff next door was friendly and courteous. Needed to have the pool area unlocked and had to ask for towels for later that day. Parking lot needs work. Very rough. Suggest using a different cleaning product. Smelled a bit musty in the rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. The park across the street a plus and able to se the falls.
- Krista (4/5): - The floors in the room were not very clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay here - Dirty. There were jokes in the floor. The window didn’t lock. Bugs. Bed was terrible
- Warren (7/5): -
- Sauza Sanchez (9/5): - The place and view
- Kristin (4/5): - Room smelled like cigarettes and roaches found in room.
- Sauza Sanchez (10/5): -
- Patrick (2/5): not a inn of quality - Breakfast is ok not clean, not enough towels, very rundown outside of the hotel
- Sandy (6/5): - Beds and pillows were very comfy. Floor and tub were still dirty. There were long black hairs on the floor, in the tub, and the counter by the sink. Floor not mopped.
- Brian (5/5): Interior is fine, exterior looks horrendous - Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to several restaurants or brew pubs. Exterior looked like a run down warehouse or storage facility. NOT INVITING. Apparently it is getting renovated in the future?? It needs it.
Check in had to be done at a different hotel across the parking lot and breakfast was in the different hotel as well. Not convenient or enjoyable.
- Reggie (8/5): - Very good breakfast ❤️ The river and nice view to walk around and relaxing water falls.
- Dane (6/5): - Hard to review:
The staff was great - rooms are fresh and recently remodeled with a big TV. The outside is horrible, dated and filthy. No hotel can control who stays there or hangs out in the parking lot but you should lock your car or park across the street at a better place.
- TaRhea (2/5): - Very run down!!
- Chris (8/5): -
- Irene (4/5): - Prefer the round hotel. To light in room due to ourside light and curtains not blocking light
- Rick (4/5): Noisy! Construction going on above our room during sleeping hours. Did report the situation. Entrance to pool was locked - Good location Parking was limited and lights were burned out. Also parking spaces taken by public people not staying at Hotel
- Kenneth (6/5): - Close to dining and a park.
Bathroom extremely small, Bed very uncomfortable, grounds unkept, room dark, limited tv channels
- tariq (1/5): Should be cheaper and more cleaner. More diverse and more aesthetically tuned - Location is excellent Staff were rushed and not warm. Balcony was full of insects and not cleaned for sometime possibly. The bed linen was shrivelled and looked unattractive. Breakfast was very simplistic and not catering for vegetarian
- Collin (6/5): Acceptable for the price. - Convenient location. Close to freeway. Mattress was too soft. Floor in the room above squeaked when occupants walked around.
- Christine (6/5): It would have been a very enjoyable experience… If only. - The young man at the front desk was very helpful at check-in. The room was very comfortable & clean. The river walk was beautiful and refreshing. There were quite a few options for breakfast. Some very rude people were having a party right outside our window around 2:30 AM to nearly 4 AM. (or maybe I finally passed out from exhaustion ). I called the front desk around three and the young man asked “are they still at it?“ Apparently I was not the only one to complain. I understand celebrating together for various reasons but in this situation, I feel the police should have been called to move them to a different location altogether. Trying to return home from a funeral, it would have been an all-around very good experience, except there was no way to control the crowd outside and I think it would’ve been a dangerous situation for the young man at the front desk. next time I will dial 911.
- Sheri (1/5): We did not stay and were refunded our money. - Nothing. Run down and disgusting. For $143 it was the worst place I’ve ever booked. The room was filthy. Hair all over in the tub and bathroom floor. I lifted up the toilet seat and there was urine and feces under the seat. The room smelled like a sweaty gym.
- Jonas (6/5): -
- Cooke (3/5): -
- Nadine (10/5): -
- Trever (2/5): 50/50 chance you will get a disgusting filthy room. - Nothing stood out. We got two rooms. The room with the king bed [RM 150] I stayed in was filthy. First, when you walked into the room, it smelled like an ash tray. Then I noticed that the floor had something sticky on it. We used one of the few towels and attempted to clean it up. Next, we noticed hair balls and debris sprinkled over the floors and even on the desk chair! Finally, when I thought it couldn't get worse and just wanted to get some sleep after a long day of traveling, I found out that the bed frame was broken and the mattress leaned one way and the bed frame made creaking sounds with every little movement. Finally, we checked out the next morning and did not stay for the second night like me planned. The front desk attendant didn't seem to care much that I told her our room was so disgusting that we didn't want to stay another night and we canceled the remaining reservation.
- Mike (8/5): -
- Julie Ann (10/5): - Beautiful view
- Fawbush (3/5): -
- Natacha (10/5): Parfait - La réception Rien
- Richard (2/5): Short. - Not much, but close to freeway for access. Shabby, not well maintained.
- Doug (4/5): - Needs a big upgrade. Exterior paint peeled and fading. Rooms are peeling paint and porcelain in the tub flaking off, bathroom door rotting. Pool area is falling apart railings are loose and coming off, chlorine added to pool at 9 am for 10 am opening. Breakfast at combined neighbour hotel was fine but lack of seating.
- Johan (3/5): - You should clean the rooms better
