- Selahattin (2/5): - Sehr schmutzige Gegend. Unsichere Atmosphäre. Im Hotel ist alles dreckig und unaufgeräumt. Ausstattung sehr schadhaft. Badezimmer Gang nicht zumutbar. Toiletten schmutzig. Duschkopf defekt und vieles mehr.

Giriş işlemi kısa ve pratikti.Oda temiz görünüyordu. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Kısa süreli konaklama için Fiyatına göre iş gören bir otel.

- Basilio Ruiz (10/5): - It is really close to the bus station. Really kind staff. We changed the dates, arriving one day before that we have booked and they changed that inmediately without any problem, just when we arrived.

- Murat (4/5): - Das Hotel befindet sich im Industriegebiet. Die Bilder von zimmern haben nichts mit dem zu tun, was man in der Realität findet. Wir wirden zu erst in ein drei Bettzimmer auf der ersten Etage untergebracht. Was muffig und dunkel war. Ich habe dagegen protestiert und danach bekamen wir ein Zimmer auf der fünften Etage. Es war nicht viel hübscher, aber zumindest war es heller. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Service klappte nicht immer. Man musste immer zwei mal nachfragen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, erst beim zweiten Anruf kam endlich einer hoch. Am zweiten Tag gab es kein zweites Paar Duschtücher, erst als ich selbst runter ging hat man mir was gegeben und es gar nicht hochgebracht. Dafür war das Hotel günstig. Aber ehrlich gesagt fand ich 64€ für zwei Nächte für dieses Hotel immer noch zu viel.

- MOHAMMED (6/5): good hotel but need to improve some points - the hotel in general was good , management are nice , but internet was very bad and I had to use my phone data all the time, room temperature was between 24 and 25 regadless how low I put the temperature, the room doesnt have kettle but I could go down to kitchen to get hot water anytime , not very convenient

Price included a basic breakfast and it was all worth the money we paid. Super close to the bus station which is why we booked this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Reception staff speak English. Hotel is 100m from Trabzon bus station. Wifi signal strong. Breakfast was fine, hot food,salads and cheese.

- Ralitza (8/5): A great budget hotel in Trabzon. - Nice budget hotel. the staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Nice roof terrace and perfect breakfast. The hotel is very close to the main bus station. You go to the city center with a mini bus in 10 min and 1TL. The neighborhood is not the best ever. It's a zone with car repair shops. Even as a solo women traveler didn't felt insecure and no problems at all. A great budget hotel in Trabzon.

The hotel is next to the bus station so convenient for bus trip; otherwise, nothing in the neighborhood to do (anyway, Trabzon does not offer much to do, just travel stop). The hotel is modern, nicely done, with marble in the bathroom. Average clean. Small room but convenient. Offers spa and sauna. Has parking.

No coffee in the rooms however on top floor restaurant there is coffee/tea all day for self service. They never charged us for the coffee. Limited dinner menu but very tasty food. No alcohol only sodas and water at the restaurant. Food very cheap. Close by liquor store we stocked the bar fridge. Hotel supplies bottled water. There is a sauna, hamam (turkish bath), gym (well equipped). They also have message facilities.
