• joseph (10/5): recommended - staff reactivity, near metro and tram, separated room and big living room. the heat when the sun is present, but it turned out thats the Ac wasn't on , so the staff fixed that. another point, so much light in the room, so if you have a baby that cannot sleep without full darkness (our case), you should find a way.

• Andreas (9/5): Sehr gut - Gute Lage im „Internationalen Viertel“. Sauber, ordentlich, ok . Parksituation besser als erwartet, evtl. auch wegen Ostertage… Parkgebühr muss nur bezahlt werden- MO-FR von 9-17 Uhr für öffentliches Parken am Hotel bzw. in der Nähe. Dafür dann aber teuer mit 2,75 € pro Stunde. Am Wochenende oder halt von 17 Uhr bis morgens um 9 Uhr dann aber kostenlos. Das Hotel bietet aber noch eigene Tarife für Parken auf dem Hof. ( ca 24 Euro pro Tag/ aber nicht selbst ausprobiert/ einfach vor Ort erfragen…) Gruß Andreas

Met onze 2 kleine kids wilde we graag ontbijt op locatie tijdens onze paar dagen weg. Daarom zijn we direct weggegaan. Restitutie was niet mogelijk volgens het hotel. Ze waren daarna ook e erg onaardig.

Meer persoonlijk contact was fijn geweest.

• Aleksandr (9/5): Aparthotel ist Cool ! - Eine perfekte Anlaufstelle für unseren Kurzurlaub. Anreise mit dem Auto war perfekt als auch die Parkgelegenheit an dem Hotel. Check-In ohne Personal verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Kein Smart TV aber dafür eine wurdervolle Umgebung rund um das Hotel.

• Moozhan (2/5): - the staff were nice. The place was way too expensive — for the same price, you could easily get a hotel with a 24/7 reception. It might be fine for a long-term stay, but for a short stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. The towels had stains, and the TV remote was very dirty and dusty. For that price, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. They also charge a deposit, which is ridiculous, and I still haven’t received my €250 back even after three working days. On top of that, they kept sending messages with conflicting information. Overall, if you’re looking to relax and have a calm holiday, I wouldn’t recommend this place — they disturb you a lot and hold onto your money.

• Katrin (6/5): - The rooms are spacious, but already quite used up. A lot of scratches and not entirely clean. Windows may or may not open, air conditioning and heating device may or may not work. Reception desk was unfriendly and not willing to help. A 250€ deposit will be taken off the card, which is quite unusual for a hotel with short-term stay.
