• Oleg (1/5): If there is a choice, I would avoid this "hotel". - 1. The heating in the room was not working so it was damp and cold inside. 2. I forgot my phone charger in the room. I wanted to pick it up the next day on my way back, sent an SMS and tried to call the staff but to no avail. No one picked up the phone or responded to the message.

• Maria (7/5): - La habitación estaba bien en general y el desayuno correcto. El restaurante estaba cerrado y no había nada para comer en el pueblo y había que ir en coche a otro pueblo. Se oía absolutamente todo del resto de habitaciones.

• Nils (10/5): - Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, zweckmäßige Ausstattung, alles sauber. Einfaches Frühstück aber ausreichend. Bei dem Preis absolut zu empfehlen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten mal repariert werden, aber für ein paar Tage alles kein Problem.

• Yuri (2/5): Terrible - We booked a 3-night stay, but after arriving in the evening we checked out the very next morning – it was simply impossible to remain there. The “family room” was shockingly small and not suitable for four people. The children’s bunk bed creaked, wobbled, and looked unsafe, with loose screws that were not even properly fixed. The bathroom was tiny, one of the smallest I’ve ever seen – reaching the toilet felt like navigating an obstacle course. There was absolutely no space for towels, toiletries, or even basic necessities. Four people could hardly stand in the room at the same time. The only acceptable part of the stay was the breakfast, which was reasonable. Overall, extremely disappointing.

• Nico (8/5): - Der Empfang und das Personal war super freundlich und uns wurde stets etwas zu trinken angeboten als wir reinkamen. Das einzige was etwas störend war ist, dass das Haus hellhörig ist und man Wasserleitungen und Treppenstufen stets hört. Wer allerdings einen guten Schlaf hat, braucht sich darüber keine Sorgen machen. 🤗 Wir würden wiederkommen. Vor allem deshalb, weil es einen sehr rustikalen Charme und eine gute Lage bietet. Das Frühstück war gut. ☺️

• Carmen (5/5): Passable - The staff was kind. We asked for a queen bed and we had two single beds together. The manager explained that all the rooms had the same beds. We consider they shouldn’t offer those option if they don’t have it. Although he was open to change the room if we wanted to, and he gave us an extra pillow as we asked.
• Jupiterian (5/5): Passable - High price for such abandoned hotel. The breakfast starts from 7:30 to 9:30 but at 8:00 the pancakes were already gone and only 2 croissants were left. Old furniture, small room, the bathroom is leaking. There is no table in the room.

• Robert (1/5): Avoid! Double charged and ignored! - Do not stay – they charged us twice and ignored all communication We were charged twice for our stay. At first, we assumed it was a system glitch and tried to contact the hotel before arriving – but received no response. During the stay, we showed all the payment statements and were told they would “look into it.” They asked us to send everything by email, which we did immediately – only to be completely ignored again. We followed up with several more emails – still no reply. At this point, it feels like outright theft. They knew about the double charge, acknowledged it in person, and then chose to ignore us. No refund. No help. No customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

• Daniel (6/5): - Es war für uns zweckmäßig da wir den ganzen Tag wandern waren. Aber bei schlechten Wetter möchte ich nicht auf den sehr kleinen Zimmer sein. Die Kirche ist genau vor unserem Zimmer gewesen, also ca 5m weg und die Kirchturmuhr hat aller 15min geläutet bis zehn Uhr abends. Und früh um 8Uhr mit einem langen Glockenspiel begonnen. Also ausschlafen war nicht. Aber das Personal ist freundlich und es wurde ordentlich sauber gemacht. Frühstück war etwas mager aber man wurde satt. Es gab nur Kochschinken und eine Sorte Käse. Hätte mir da etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht wenn ich schon in Italien bin mit ihren guten Schinken und Salamisorten dafür hätte ich auch etwas zusätzlich bezahlt wenn es angeboten wurden wäre. Ansonsten gab es noch Jogurt, Müsli, Pancakes verschiedene Säfte das war dann in Ordnung wenn man süße mag zum Frühstück.

• Rudi (8/5): Very good - The room is big with an ensuite bathroom. The facilities were clean and their breakfast despite basic is very good. It's very well located and with plenty of parking spots available (street). The views from the mountains are spectacular. I believe it was a temporary issue, but we had no hot water during our 2 days' stay. The owner kindly offered us a partial refund for not meeting the conditions, so it was all good. Sometimes, there are situations outside of our control, and we totally understand it. Hope they get it resolved soon.

• Christopher (2/5): Very poor - Great location for ski resorts and quiet area. The reviews on your website are outdated or incorrect, this hotel is tired and poorly managed. From when we walked in, the receptionist was inappropriately dressed, wore designer sunglasses throughout (inside of course) and didn't engage with us. Our room had numerous building faults, including a tap that comes off in your hand and a toilet that rocks. Mould in the bathroom and damp. "Mountain View" is a very lose term. Breakfast was poor and the chap serving us had a duffle coat on as it was freezing in there. I have taken more photos as the ones on your website are not correct

• Ferry (8/5): Nice hotel, cramped bathroom - As the restaurant of the hotel was closed and we had booked for half-board, and we didn't have our own transport, we were chauffeured to an alternative restaurant of the same hotel chain in Mareson, a village nearby. This was an unexpected but pleasant experience due to the nice conversations in the car with the hotel manager and the fine restaurant. Breakfast was great too. Some unnecessary discussion on how to book a room with separate beds, this was never a problem in other bookings. Also the room we ended up in had a very small and outdated bathroom and to have the separate beds one of us had to sleep in a bunk bed.
• Ștefan (8/5): Very good - Nice staff. Good honest breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. In some mornings, during our 7 night stay, the omelet was horrible, as if it was mixed with carton. The bathroom is very small, at least in our room. The bathroom door was screeching badly. The door isolation is poor. You could easily hear people on the corridors. The room isolation in general is poor. You could hear the neighbours leaking in their bathroom. Sometimes at night, I almost thought there's someone else in our bathroom :)) The double bed, was made out of twin mattresses, and they were very unstable. Constantly having a hole in between them didn't provide the best sleep. It was not a perfect stay, but all in all, we just needed a place to rest in between our daily hikes, so it was good enough.

Pas d’avis sur le petit déjeuner pas encore pris. Le lit est confortable.
• Željka (10/5): Perfect for a short stay - We had a lovely stay at Brustolon. The room was small, but cosy, the beds were comfortable, everything was perfectly clean and the staff was kind and welcoming.

• Edgaras (6/5): Mold - View of the mountains is beautiful. Room had smell of mold and very old furniture. Even cloths hanged in the closed got that smell. Place is located between mountains, so to get anywhere there is a drive of 30-60 min. Every morning at 7:30 church bell rings mellosy to wake up the whole town, so dont expect ro sleep till more then 7:30. Hotel does not have parking, so when you ariveed there i a lottery wirh the car spaces in the town, some times we had to park it in the other side kf the town.
